They were quick, helpful and organized. I wanted to test my battery because I suspected it was going bad and they helped right away, no issues or complaints. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Much better experience than Ive had at auto parts shops in the past. Highly recommend this location.

Better customer service in the OReillys across the street I usually dont go to AutoZone because Im used to getting poor customer service from AutoZone this one is better.

I took my battery to this location to get charged. They misplaced the battery then told me I picked it up. Horrible customer service I dont use this location.

They had what I was looking for but had to ask for a raidator cap and had to give all sorts of information like phone number and zip code and even name which I did not like or understand why when I was buying not loaning something,but otherwise was okay.

The salesman came out and helped me find everything I needed. Saved me money, but sold me extra stuff...win, win! (Stuff I needed/wanted) Lol. He was even kind enough to tell me story.

I had to get a battery AutoZone got me a good battery for my car they couldnt put the put it in the car because there werent allowed to move any other items to get to the battery because the batteries weigh under the hood so they sent me into a place for twenty bucks to have a guy take all the parts out and put the battery in theyre very helpful and very friendly I go there quite a bit

There was a very patient and kind associate at the checkout. He had long braids and was very keen in his multi tasking experience! I did have to wait a short while to be helped but I was acknowledged upon entering by a female associate and was assisted with professionalism and consideration

Wow wow wow!!!! This team is by far the BEST AutoZone team. I came in to purchase a new battery because my car started to sound like it needed a new one. I walked in, great customer service and smiles. I walked back out to my car and it didnt start. Talk about great timing. Nonetheless, they team came together to not only jump my car (my battery has a harness and cannot be removed by them), called a shop down the street and the other shop stayed open just to help me.This team took care of me! HUGE thanks to Will, Tee and Tosha. Very knowledgeable and professional!! God bless them in every way.

VERY poor customer service. Went in this morning for a tail light. There were 4 employees and I was the only customer. Two employees in the back, one at the counter playing on his phone (he all but completely ignored me), and one employee who took a rather lengthy call instead of ringing me up and getting me out of the door. The only interaction between myself and ANY of these employees was a distant hello as I walked in the door. I stood in line without being acknowledged for a few minutes then decided my money would be better spent elsewhere. I wont ever spend my money here or set foot in such a horrible customer service environment. OReilly is in walking distance from here, that would be your better bet.

Non existent customer service!Went there today between noon and 12:30 to buy dash cleaner, four employees and no one to check me out !Two employees were doing inventory and chatting in the back, one employee was walking around the store with a guest, one employee was walking around outside on a cell phone then she came inside and walked right past me while I was waiting in front of a cash register...she was still on the phone. Got impatient of waiting, left my merchandise right there and went down to the street to O’Reilys, where I was checked out in a matter of minutes.Autozone of Farmington Hills lost a customer today, with O’Reilys and Pep Boys just down the street, why waste my time in a store who obviously does not need my money, I am happy to spend my money elsewhere.

I went to 2 Auto Zones, the first one was on 8 mile in Livonia i believe and it was awful, i believe the young girl that come out to test my battery and alternator had no clue what she was doing. The one at evergreen and grandriver was great, the young man that tested it was able to show me that my alternator failed and then actually apologized for having to give me the bad news as he saw i was upset because that is the more expensive fix....

I stopped in on Tuesday evening literally right before closing! The store manger husky black fellow with Braids sorry didnt get his name and Will very very helpful! I had just discovered my head light went out and it was dark! They helped me and actually stayed 30 minutes beyond closing time! Will installed my light and was so patient and professional he never complained or showed any irritation even though it started raining and it had been time to close the store, very friendly and they were both concerned that I had light and the vehicle was safe! This was done for FREE and better service than paying shops! I will ONLY go here from now on!Thanks again Will and your manager as well for what you doAwesome staff!

This morning, I showed up moments before opening (I HAAAAATE being that person) in hopes of grabbing a battery for my Nissan Juke, not only did Curtis know which battery I needed, but he put it in for me and waited to make sure everything was running. I appreciate his willingness to go above and beyond all while being polite and courteous. He was fast, efficient,and knowledgeable and Ill definitely be back in the future!

Im an employee of AutoZone from another location. told someone through the phone to hold a motorcraft oil filter from this location. I went in and decided I wanted to buy it later. so I put it back on the oil filter shelf exited through the door and drove off. No biggie. Than I get a phone call from my manager that I stole their oil filter. First of all I WORK for AutoZone. Why would I steal if you have my name on file ? Second of all you told me you had two or multiple oil filters on stock. Yet I only saw one. seriously, incompetent and inexperienced managers accused me of stealing. Check the cameras you can see that I didnt steal anything but you guys are still reporting me to loss prevention. The worst experience I have ever received in a store.

This place always has great customer service. Every time I come here, the staff is always helpful. I had to rewire a couple of wires in my engine and didnt have any tools with me. They offered to let me use some tools, which saved me a trip of unsafely driving home without power steering.

Went to the hub store on middlebelt to get a fuel pump. I was in a hurry and didnt look over the contents as the box was taped. When I opened the box I could see the part had been messed with and a small parts bag was opened with missing parts. Should have known

Dont try going in there 10 minutes before closing. Shift manager admitted to needing time to close down, so he closes store 10 minutes early so he can leave at 9. I thought open till 9pm means I can walk in up till 9pm. Coming from a shift manager just the craziest thing I ever heard and he did not like hearing he needs to stay open til 9pm by the store manager. Well guess what buddy, without customers you have no job, which maybe you deserve with an attitude like that. Im definitely contacting regional management for this.

This location is near Middlebelt and 8 1/2 mile. Encountered Mario and his counterpart, whom I must say both very lazy, unprofessional, not helpful at all in the ways of customer service. They acted like they were doing us a favor in trying to help us. They more worried that it was close to closing time. Would not recommend this location at all especially with other competitors in the area to get your auto parts from. Very disappointed...

This place falsely advertised they are open until 10pm.Doors are locked with people working inside and multiple people tried to go in so it was not just me...I thought possibly there was some danger but as I was driving out they let another employee in and then locked the door...again. so, are these people collecting a paycheck and not doing anything?I was sent here after another AutoZone did not have a working car battery checker. Complete waste of time and rude.

Customer service was horrible. Asked for a brake drum pullie and was greeting with an attitude. I would not recommend going to this AutoZone. As I was leaving he wanted to send out a last comment with an attitude saying “Save yourself some time and look on your phone” then I walked back in and felt I was in an argument with him. His name was John. Very unprofessional and argumentative.
