This location is usually very fast since most people go to the Starbucks next door. Their bagel sandwiches are decent too!

The two guys working at this location are absolutely killing it. I stop in almost everyday and they are just flying through the line and the mobile orders. There may be other people there working but I only see them two. Keep it up guys! We appreciate you and your hard work!

I bumped up my rating to a five due to this location bringing in new staff members to compliment the good ones that were still there.I go here at least once per week. The quality of everything I have here is consistent and exceptional.I love using the app. I enter my order and its waiting for me when I arriveMy go to spot.

At 9:30 they had a they had a sparse selection. of bagels The server with jet black hair was extremely rude was extremely rude and impersonal. only enough coffee for 1/2 cup. Very little cream cheese was put on my bagel. Needless to say I will not Is come back here again.. I leave feedback all the time. My reviews are always glowing. This is the 1st negative review I have left in 3 years.

I dont know how a bigger type chain store like Einstein can charge $1.69 for a borderline super market tasting bagel, especially when you can get a larger, hand rolled, quality bagel at a nearby local biz like Jersey Bagel or New York Bagel, for a LOWER price to boot!!

Great Bagels! Rude lady with dark hair! Curt and crabby...lol I would have left except no Einstein Bagels near my home. Im not one to leave bad reviews..hope she does better. Kindness works well no matter what you have to say.

Got two sandwiches from there. Was totally wrong and not what I asked for. I asked for no bacon and add turkey instead they did not do what I asked for and there was no egg or Spinach in my sandwich and I got charged for all that also there was a lady wearing a hat she was so rude.

I had an issue with an order, and it was promptly resolved. This company stands by their dedication to service and it shows.

The only reason I give a 4 is the food was good, a little pricey but I was expecting that :) BUT the worker was extremely rude. Kept rushing me and didnt listen when I told her I wasnt done and kept wanting me to cash out. I was ordering for me and my 2 sons(who were standing right next to me, so it was pretty obvious I wasnt the only one ordering). I asked her the price of a drink, she was rude with her response. It was like we inconvenienced her for coming in. Mind you we were the ONLY people in there.The other lady was fine, not very personable but she wasnt outright rude like this lady. Even my 13 year old noticed and said something to me about her attitude. When I ordered i told her I wanted the nova lox, no onion add Avacados. She said, you want Avacados instead of cream cheese, I said no, just add Avacados no onion (no big deal I get she might have misunderstood, thats fine). She proceeded to say my order back wrong 2 more times and then she told me oh so you want Avacados on one said and cream cheese on the other...um no? Lol. Not that complicated. I even stated multiple times, make it normal, I just wanted no onions add Avacados.She then tried to ring in my order which I had to tell her AGAIN I still had to order for my son. Which she rolled her eyes (literally rolled her eyes and got huffy) and proceeded to make my sons food. Also the Avacados wasnt very good and the Avacados was actually kind of brown :/ I hate complaining but this is just ridiculous.If it bothers her that much to make someones order DONT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. Its not that hard to be nice to people and just do your job.

Staff were okay. Food is good. Local breakfast corner. Free WiFi. Clean. Bit dark - can add more lighting or a brighter decor. Theyre open only till 5pm daily.The bagel sandwiches are very yummy especially the avocado toast. You can build it up as you choose.Einstein Bros. Offers a variety of tasty bagels and cream cheese spreads. Definitely try there cheddar jalapeno one if you dont mind the slightly spicy and tangy flavors.Vegetable garden spread is mild and yummy, and so are the onion and chives, garlic and herbs if you dont mind a little more of a strong flavour.

They last 3 times we’ve been there, they’ve gotten our order wrong. When I finally called to let them know, their suggestion was for me to check my bag before I leave there. I suggested the same thing to them. They’re all new staff and doing a horrible job!

Even though I have not been to an Einstein bagels store for a very long time. I do think they have good food. I dont know of any of their stores near by where I live. In any case, they have good food and I do remember how well maintained the stores are. The employees were friendly too.

The Farmington hills location of Einstein Bagels is great.. They carry variety of bagels which i couldnt find else where.. I love the Jalapeno cream cheese made at this location.. All the staff Tony, Paul, Diane,Heather, Terry are great .. They even keep the requested bagels ready on time if you just send an email the day before with the count.. Thank you guys for the yummy bagels every week..

The food was very filling and tasty. The sandwich was huge. We had a two hour meeting and it took me the entire time to eat it. If you need a quiet place to talk, this was a little on the noisy side.

Can be overpriced at times but the quality is definatly there. Coffee is fresh and unlimited, the vanilla hazelnut is my personal favorite. Bagels are great along with variety of schmear. I also like the few breakfastvsandwhiches they offer. The turkey Santa fe is a great sandwhich on a bagel.

My go-to place for bagels & coffee on the way to work. Monday bagel box deal is great and Ive always had friendly staff. When I decide to eat-in I always get the nova-lox bagel. Yum!

This is in the complex at the Farmington Road roundabout in with Ninja Sushi by Bushs. The thing I realized once I visited that it was so much more than Bagels it was really more of a deli experience and the inside atmosphere was impeccable.

I love this place. They serve excellent bagels and drinks. Their coffee is hot, and very delicious. Einstein has many different bagel types that are all good. The atmosphere of the dining area feels very cozy. There are several electrical outlets in the dining area and you can usually find a spot.There are lots of different ways you can get your bagel prepared. You can have it toasted, buttered, sliced, and much more. The workers there are very friendly and will always remake your bagel if needed. Overall, this places is amazing! I go here all the time!Some of the other things Einstein offers is that there is free WiFi. The WiFi is very slow, however, and my iPad Air struggles to load most websites. Apps usually work well, however. Einstein also caters. You can also get a Box Of Bagels to take to an office party, for example. If you have never been here, you should really check it out!

No one was at counter. Manager comes out from the back and starts yelling at her team to communicate. Paid $8 for a bagel with lox and got one piece of lox. Not worth the price.

Will NOT be coming back or using them for our family functions anymore...... Everytime we go in early they are out of bagels, even just plain ones. The staff is very rude when you ask a question about the menu, then when they say oh it will be 15 minutes for new plain ones to come up they really mean 45 minutes. We have been going there for years and using them for large orders for family events but because they have been rude and disrespectful to us we will be going someplace else.
