Great service. Emil really knows his stuff.My 1-year-old daughter dunked my phone in the toilet (thankfully clean bowl) and it was a day and a half before I even got it in to his store. When he opened it up, it was like a fish tank was in there with all the water. Thankfully he was able to save it. Very reasonable with the price and it all took about 40 minutes.

We have been going to Emil for years. His customer service, prices and professionalism are fantastic.I would not take my phone or other electronics to anyone else. On one fine Saturday evening after all the shops were close, I dropped my iPhone in pool and next thing I know is I felt to put it in rice. It took some courage to not do that and I took the phone for cleaning and repair to Emil. In the mean time phone display started to freeze. The moment phone was taken apart, you could see it has already started to corrode but Emil took care of the phone by cleaning it thoroughly and also replacing the screen. The service was inexpensive as compared to getting a completely new phone. Screen came with unlimited warranty.I am glad I took my phone to Emil for repairs.Nice guy with honest suggestions, I definitely recommend this place.

Had a laptop with a busted backlight/display. Emil was very helpful. The job was completed quickly, too. He had to put in an order for a replacement part, so there was a wait for the part to arrive, but the laptop was still fixed up and ready to go in just a couple of days -- and for a very reasonable price, too. Will definitely hut this place up again if needed!

After bouncing around places to fix my front camera, half of them said I must replace my full screen and the other half, including Emil said that wasnt necessary. After hearing about the price as it was the most affordable, I went and visited the store and Emil was very helpful and honest. My phone works great now. Please go here if you are in need of help.

Emil was really nice and helpful at first. The service was fast- but as soon as I left the store I had to go back two or three in the same day because the screen stopped working/started glitching immediately. It stopped working again that day but I couldnt come until the next week. I brought it back and he replaced it with a screen from a new batch and said he thinks the problem is my phone. At this point I was wondering if there would be any sort of compensation/discount since i had come back at least four times for the same service and it was a very busy time for me. When I brought that up he started cutting me off when I was talking and making it seem like I had no reason to be frustrated with all these trips. He replaced it again and I left only for it to immediately glitch again. Brought it back and he finally just gave me a refund and said the problem was my phone. I took it up the street and got the screen replaced and havent had any problems for about a week now. I think the problem were his screens and its unfortunate that he wasnt willing to admit that or try to make up for the inconvenience of going to his store 5 times for one service. Glad his services work for other people but this was my experience.

I have used this company many times. Always professional and friendly. Seems to be very honest and hard working. Never disappointed, as he has always fixed my issues. If it wasnt cost justified, he would say as much... Not looking for the quick, cheap buck.I trust his opinion and his expertise.

OMG, dropped my android phone & cracked the screen and the phone froze. Called three local phone repair shops; Fix A Fone was the best price so I took it in. I was advised that it would take a few days as the part needed to be ordered. They found the part locally and repaired my phone with in a couple of hours and I was able to pick it up the same day. Great Price, Wonderful Service. I highly recommend.

I couldnt say good enough things about this place. The owner Emil, stayed open until 3am for me on Saturday evening going into Sunday morning just to fix my phone for me. What other owner would stay open an extra 9 hours to fix something without charging anymore than the initial quote. Even after he stayed and fixed my phone, I tried to offer him more money because of the amazing service and dedication he provided. He graciously refused and was happy to see his customer happy (myself). I would highly recommend fix a fone to any and everyone. Amazing prices, best service you could ever want!

I was referred to see Emil at Fix A Fone and I am very pleased that I went there. Emil was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to diagnose my phone and after 10-15 minutes of troubleshooting he came to the conclusion that my iPhone 6 motherboard had failed. He recommended using my old phone until I have a renewal on my contract. He then proceeded to swap out my Sim Card and told me what to do from there. After all of his help he wouldnt accept payment. He said We dont charge unless we are able to fix it. I will recommend everyone I know to see Emil if they need help with their phones. Thanks again!

Despite similar businesses popping up throughout the area nearby, Emil and Fix A Fone has survived and thrived among the competition because of his work ethic and commitment to quality. He has done as well as he has primarily through word of mouth, and that is how the best businesses do as well as they do. I cant recommend Emil and Fix A Fone enough!

The owner is honest guy and is not interested in taking your money for parts not broken . The guys across the street were going to charge me for charging port replacement which was not even required. Also non need to bargain.. the price is less than any repair store in this area.

Broke my iphone screen one night and walked into this place first thing the next morning, at the recommendation of a friend. $110 to replace the screen and it was done in about 20 minutes. The guys that work there are super nice and they have a nice waiting area too. Really just a positive experience over all. I would definitely recommend them!

My Samsung Galaxy S4 had a badly damaged screen, and they did an excellent job with the replacement. It looks like a brand new phone. The price was about $50 cheaper than a similar shop nearby. I bought a screen protector at the store and they put it on the newly fixed phone. They also threw in some good advice about my phones battery. Id definitely visit them again for another repair.

I broke my iPhone 5c screen and brought it in to replace the screen, shortly after the new screen fell out and cracked. The owner said there would be a warranty for any malfunction. I brought it back to have him fix it and immediately he got defensive andblamed it on me. For the price this screen should have been flawless and properly installed.

They do great work, are honest, and have very good pricing. I have had them replace a battery and a screen. Both were done at almost half the price other stores wanted for the same work. I tried to get them to replace my sons iPods charger port. They pointed out that the iPods screen would need to be replaced soon and said I could save money if I shopped online for a newly refurbished iPod instead.

They suck because they say they are open until 8 PM I went this store today before 8 oclock and they were closed I broke my cell phone today and needed it repaired really bad I googled them and went there so I had to drive all the way to another store in Pontiac Michigan to get it fixed when I called them from my friends phone in Pontiac they said they would wait for me to fix my phone When I went to the other place in Pontiac they did a awesome job not my phone is working again.
