I have been using Fast Indian Grocery for delivery for all my indian grocery items since the Pandemic began. I cannot praise them enough!! The staff is beyond helpful and courteous. Every single item that they deliver to me is so well selected and packed. I cannot be more happy in these times. They have always exceeded my expectations. The service is beyond amazing, and I love how sweet the lady on the front desk is. She just makes my day with her prompt replies to all my queries. I ordered groceries online( Order Number:3965)during this Lockout and the groceries were delivered within 2 weeks for which we are thankful. But I did not receive all the items I ordered. I ordered for $160.59 but should have been charged only $111.62 because some of the items were not delivered. Left numerous texts but no reply from the other side.That was disappointing.

The worst delivery service. You can order if you have patience to call them twice or thrice to remind about your order then only they will deliver your items. Mostly they never deliver all the items you ordered and they wont refund you for the undelivered items.

Tried the service for 1st time and is very satisfied with prompt responses and deliveries. The grocery received is of real good quality too.I was a little afraid earlier from a few comments of missing items but I highly recommend buying from them. I always chooses Fast Indian Grocery for online grocery shopping over local Indian grocery stores as they deliver at home with no or very minimal delivery charges.I’m very much satisfied with the delivery service and the products delivered to me. My experience with FIG has been the best so far and I have never faced any problem with it at all.

These guys consume your energy and time, they never deliver your stuff without calling them and reminding.And you never get refunds for the undelivered items.

I am writing this review only after eating the fulka rotis that I received a few minutes ago. WOW is my reaction. The rotis were still warm when I got them from Kedar who is the owner. He was polite and fun to talk to. I love Rotis but not a good roti-maker. lol. My sister makes amazing Fulka roti and this is the only other roti that I can say is amazing. I can safely say that I am going to be a regular roti consumer. Some other stuff was not available and he refunded me for those items. the whole process was so easy and stress free. I highly recommend online shopping with FastIndianGrocery.com. and again, WOW fulka rotis... You have to eat them yourself to know how yummy they are!

Very nice service. I purchase all of my groceries from fast indian grocery. Here, youll get most of the Indian snacks and spices that you need. The snacks and other food items are fresh and you get a free delivery if your order is above $20, thats great because you are getting everything at your door step and that too with free shipping. Will definitely recommend.

These guys are absolute scammers. Please please do not order from here. Do not be fooled by the 5 star reviews, they are most likely given by their friends and family.I order $70 worth of stuff from here, which took 3 weeks to deliver. The owners stopped responding to emails and phone calls. And when the order was delivered, it was only 20% of the stuff which I ordered. However I was charged the full amount. These Scammers stopped responding to my phone calls and emails so I had to dispute the transaction through my bank.Again, please do not order from these guys, please save your money.

Had very bad experience, will never order again. Ordered some items few days ago, some items were not available so there was refund, but the refund and the items delivered dis not match. Vegetables quality was horrible, ridge gaurd was completely gone bad. I was hoping that they will respond to email about refund money and quality of vegetable, so sent detailed email with pictures as well, no response at all. Wasted money but learnt lesson to never trust again.

Only half the items arrived and the rest didnt even arrive. Even after numerous messages/calls, there is no response from them. This was my first time from them. I ordered on 7th April and only few items arrived after 10 days. Very very disappointed! Wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Highly Highly RECOMMENDED..We order everything from here. Saved lot of time to go out and shop. This was the only thing left in Metro detroit and Fast India Grocery have done it. Great thing about them is they deliver all vegetables fresh. Hard to believe if someone else shopping for you and you get fresh vegetables! But you have got to trust these people. Customer service is number 1 and their products are not expensive than the store, so you get the stuffs from almost same prices as store has.
