I called wanting a rear bearing and hub in my Lincoln MKZ. I was quoted $66. He said it would be there tomorrow and took my number. I showed up a couple days later after no call and the guy said the price was $180. Bait and switch. Should be illegal.. I was talked to very badly when I told them I had already been quoted a price on the phone of $66. I said the guy got it for me. He was a arrogant axxhole. If I could give a zero star I would. I hope the owner contacts me.

MIKE KNEW WHAT I NEEDED AS SOON AS I WALKED IN BECAUSE I HAD BEEN ON THE PHONE WITH THEM OVER THE LAST COUPLE DAYS AND HE COULDNT FIND WHAT I NEEDED AND WENT THROUGH MANY RESOURCES AND FOUND IT AT TOMS STORE IN FARMINGTON MISSOURI I LEFT AND THEY HAVE THE PART READY FOR ME IT TOOK ME LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES TO GET IN AND GET OUT THEY ARE AMAZING AND IM SO GRATEFUL.

I am near Napa again thank God it is my auto parts store of choice.

This store closes at 3.00 PM on Sundays. I drove over there just to find out they changed their hours on Sunday from 4.00 PM to 3.00PM. Their website says open until 4.00 PM but this is not true.
