I had a hard time scheduling my vehicle maintenance at first. I called three times before I got a response. The automated message kept telling me no one was available to take my call.The Service Team was awesome and fast. I asked and they were able to answer all my questions.When it came to pick up my vehicle, the Cashier was not friendly. She shoved the paperwork in front of me and told to just sign them. How was I supposed to know what I was signing? I picked them up to examine them only to have her try to take them away. I told her I wanted to see what I was signing.This is one of many incidents but I never complained about them until now.

The car appointment was for a battery check and a quick engine look over. Was pleased to report that Dan and Jess notice a need for rear brake disks and a leak in the power steering pump. Parts were ordered and a repair date will be calendared soon. Customers should come to expect this high quality of service with every visit.

Sales person was extremely helpful and took great care of me. The only issue that I have is that when I asked a question about an additional fee Dealer Installed Accessories of $1,927.00. Twice when I asked for more information on what it entailed and got no response. I dont believe that this service (Paint and interior protection, key replacement, etch security, clear bra) is worth the costs. No other dealerships of the several i spoke with had such a ridiculous charge.

Unlike other dealers in my area, they are very bussiness like, and courteous. I have to drive about 2 hours to their shop and it is worth the trip. I made a point of letting the service manager know how much I appreciated his people and service.

Like several other reviews here I also drove 2 hours to make my new truck purchase from Matthew. So worth it! Great experience from start to finish. First off they were the only dealership that had the truck I had my eyes on and at a great price. After contacting the dealership and expressing my interest they kept their word and I picked up my beautiful new chevy trail boss yesterday..so happy! After my purchase every employee from sales to lot attendendents and service people all congratulated me on my new truck. Highly recommend Matthew and James at Webb Chevrolet if buying a new vehicle in the four corners area!

But when I initially called to schedule the service the receptionist was rude and wasn’t able to get an appointment so I had to make arrangements with another associates

I was not happy with the experience. They tried to over price the vehicle my son was trying to buy and they also tried to sell him the vehicle he did not want. The sales person had a real bad attitude after we questioned her about the price and why it was over charged. They deffinately are a can do rip you off dealer

The service department was great. My only complaint is that when I brought up the fact that my truck only had 35K miles on it and I wasnt too happy that I had to replace oil lines and shocks on it and asked them if there was any recourse available to contact Chevrolet and get some relief they basically blew me off. I understand that the truck is 5 years old, but since I bought the truck knowing it wouldnt get many miles and I was going to use it as my retirement driver I am pretty disappointed that they didnt even try. The only other response I got from the dealership was a salesman wanting to give me back the $227 that I had spent previously (before this $1400 expense) and get me into a new truck. Told him also that I was not that impressed with my truck and his only response was to say that he was going to give me the $7000 rebate if I bought a new truck. I have been a GM man my whole life but I am considering another brand because of this experience.

Truck broke down and I took it in to service dept. They wouldnt scan truck . I auto zone scanned it then as we were stranded in 100 plus degree heat Webb wouldnt sell us a part even though they were close by knowing we were stranded. Not happy and I wouldnt recommend

Work that was done was right on the money. My only problem was that once I got my truck home I found a dent and scratch on the hood, like someone hit it with a rock or something, that wasnt there before. On the bright side once the issue was brought to their attention the service team was more than happy to make it right. Very concerned with customer satisfaction. A rare thing these days.

My husband was interested in an ad of a 2021 Chevy Silverado. We went in and were led all around the dealership aimlessly it seemed. Then back at the lobby it was determined the truck was still enroute. I advised the sales person, Tanya Martinez that we were preapproved by our credit union in Aztec and asked about the process. My credit union had already asked me to get a buyers order agreement. Tanya advised me that we would need to get the paperwork from finance but on Monday because it was super busy. I went back on Monday and got the paperwork from David. David only explained the optional extended warranty. I left with the paperwork and when I got to the credit union I saw a fee called misc fee we owe 1 so I called dealership and spoke to David and asked what the fee was for. He hung up on me. I called back and talked to Tanya. I asked her and she said it was something about glass etching. I didnt know I was on speaker however asked about the sale price online saying $37,945. I asked some more questions because I was confused about how the $4500 rebate was applied and the misc fee. Then I believe it was either James Lee Larsen or David from Finance that said Are you IGNORANT? I was in complete shock since the basis of the call was to inquire and understand the misc fee etc. The call ended with me crying. Sherri from High Desert Credit Union called the dealership to try to understand the fee as well. If it wasnt for High Desert CU staff intervening I would not own the truck now. Im amazed that the man that called me ignorant is in a position of leadership and is role modeling this behavior to salespeople. I wonder if this is how you treat customers, especially Native American customers, regularly. There is a certain level of respect and trust that is expected of a dealership of large assets and that did not happen and Im embarrassed it occurred. I felt intimidated and humiliated for being a wise consumer.

I just got out first mini van, 2019 Chrysler Touring L from them and my family loves it. The salesperson who helped me from the start to the end is Jeni Berry. Before I get to the dealership, I already prepared all the papers I needed to get the car loan and the money for down payment. I know, a lot of us doesn’t want to do this things, but if it benefits me and the dealership’s assurance why not. So before I head to them, I’ve got them all ready. The process was smooth, yes it took a little while because they’ve sold many cars on that day, but I’m happy that I drove home the van that my four year old daughter doesn’t want to ride in my SUV anymore. I have three kids and I really need a reliable mini van and a trustworthy car dealership too at the same time. The manager, Nate, worked hard so I could get the best deal purchasing the van from them. Overall, I walked out in that place with a big smile knowing that you’re in a good hands. I will surely recommend this dealership because of their professionalism and wouldn’t lie to you about the car your buying. The owner is down to earth person and humble. I don’t really write a review, but here I am. I used to have a car from a used car dealership and that was a lesson learned. So if you need a reliable vehicle, just stop by and I’ll recommend Jeni Berry. Overall, my experienced buying a used car from them was memorable and people are amazingly accommodating.

The staff DO NOT consistently wear their masks which is very concerning. The older man who works in services (the Caucasian older man with a beard) NEVER wears his mask. This is the third visit where I’ve seen most of service department non-compliant with face mask usage.

I was there three times with the problem. First time they just reset the code on the machine. 2nd time they told me that I needed a new gas cap which I purchased with them. The engine light came on once again. the 3rd time they finally fixed the problem. They did not refund the gas cap purchase which was not the problem. I am not very satisfied with the service or the knowledge of the technicians.

Purchased our 2017 cruze, few months after purchasing took car back in for check engine light coming on. They replace alot on engine for misfiring, pistons the entire engine.. Today took car back got a print out of why check engine lights on car running awful again n similar situation.. But I dont have warranty on it so got told they cant do anything.. Sad part is weve been having problem wit engine since we purchased it. Not a satified customer...😠😡

I was sold a 2017 that I love however it has many issues. It is in the shop every week practically and they basically said oh to bad. Its under warranty we will fix it but that is beside the point. It is clear I was sold a faulty car. Im willing to do an even trade for a rental and continue to pay my payments. They said no way the best they will offer is for me to go upside down on my current loan for a new car or I can get a lawyer. A car that has problems will most likely always have problems. I will be paying on this car long after the warranty is up. They wont be fixing it then I will!! A new car is usually a great and exciting investment like my last one. However Im full of regret and dread. They were not even sympathetic to my problems. My last vehicle was always serviced and fixed at the dealership when she got old. I will never buy or use this dealership again once the warranty is up.To be honest we were looking to buy a Truck too...so they lost a sale. Im sure this response will never be sent or posted any where perhaps I should start posting to yelp and such sites!!

Webb Chevrolet still operates as if its out of the 90s and is what keeps the stereotype of used car sales around. From the moment I stepped in the door, the purchasing, the financing, and the servicing I was being sold. Annoyed sales force when I actually read the documents I was signing, Trying to be sold extended warranties that covered what existing manufacturing warranties already had in place. Being lied to about tire tread, even though I had a measuring tool on me. All this considered I still liked the deal I received and went through with the purchase.But once the ink was to paper is where the service really starts to deteriorate. The vehicle required repairs negotiated during purchasing (aesthetics). During drop off the Used Cars manager was no where to be found and no one else knew about the vehicle - almost as if the appointment made didnt exist. Two days go by with 0 contact on the progress. I had to call 4-5 times to be re-routed to different people, put on hold, told Id be called back, until I had to physically drive to the dealership and get a straight answer. While the repairs came out fine, the vehicle was filthy. Marks on the windshield, dirt all over the inside, trash on the floor and the entire roof of the vehicle was evident that it sat under a tree for 2 of those three days before they rotated it through service to stick it to the next customer. But hey! I got two Free costa Vida entrees for my troubles What a joke.Avoid this dealership unless youre looking for an antique experience of what it felt like to shop for a car in the 90s.Edit: And now I have to drop this to 1 star. A month later they called all the references on my Finance sheet and tried to sell them vehicles. None of these references even lived in the same state. The left a Voicemail indicating they needed to get a hold of me, and then bait and switched the call into trying to sell the person a vehicle. Pathetic.Stay. Away.

Salesman was very awesome, but the sales manager is not! Gave me 5000 for my car saying it was only worth maybe 8000, and wow... they have it listed at nearly 11000.00!!!!! So they not only make the money on a new car sale but will double the money they gave me for mine! I wil not ever deal with someone who is so dishonest and cheats people out of a great car.

I ordered a a couple parts for my vehicle one week ago. I called the parts department last week and today, and still no parts, and I already prepaid for my order by phone. I was told by the Parts Department the GM manufacturing and production service was going through a system change (two months ago). Okay, I understand that, but what I don’t get is why I can’t get a straight answer on my order....what’s the status, when will it get here, and can I go ahead and cancel my order so I can try another auto parts store.

I bought my truck here almost 3 years ago to the date. The sales team was absolutely incredible! Today I was reminded why Webb is definitely the place to go! My check engine light came on Saturday night. I read the code and deleted it hoping it was a fluke but unfortunately it came back Sunday. I called and spoke with the Service Rep this morning. Luckily there were some cancellations this morning that allowed them to get it in immediately! As Im at work figuring out what Im going to do for transportation the rest of the week, (this is my only personal vehicle), I got a call that my truck was done! I have experience with other dealerships and I must say I am absolutely impressed with every department at Webb!

I called and spoke with Elijah about my complicated situation and he insisted that I needed to come in to discuss it with the manager James. I protested and just wanted to get as much done over the phone as possible but he was insistent. I drove with three small children, and a head cold two hours to them only to have them tell me James was not in that day. Another gentleman helped me for about 30 seconds before he told me there was really nothing they could do for my situation. I am so angry that I drove all the way down there when they could have told me this over the phone. I wouldn’t waste your time on a this dealership, Hi Country Chevrolet was much nicer and more helpful over the phone.

We called down the day before purchase and contact Debbie and she was great we conversed later via email ( my choice) and was able to get the price that we wanted they worked with us and talked with our loan department and I was able to drive down and pick it up the next day.We purchased a 2014 Silverado Double Cab 4x4 (drives great)We talked with Debbie,her and Bob where so nice and stayed late to help us out. We came in everything was as discussed and signed papers and it was less than 30 minutes it was great.I rate Debbie and Bob A+++++++!Thank you again.
