Although it took a couple weeks to get an appointment it was worth the wait. This shop was recommended to me by a female family member as a trustworthy and reliable shop with respectful and knowledgeable staff. They were absolutely correct. I had a few questions and I was treated with respect and given honest answers and good service. It can be hard to find a good (and trustworthy) mechanic shop. I’m hooked this place is awesome and I will definitely be using them for all of my vehicle’s needs from this point on.

Jimi and his staff are awesome. Best shop in the planet (lived in 8 US states and 3 countries and nothing comes close). My mom and girlfriend also take care of their cars at Impact. I only wish I could give more stars to this review. I came into Impact Auto with a defective tire that I had purchased at a dealership 3yrs ago. Even though I did not make the initial purchase at Impact,, Jimi went right to work on the tire manufacturer and settled a great deal for me... replacing all 4, 8ply LT truck tires. Amazing! Ive had my vehicle in several times for routine maintenance and a few big repairs. This crew is top notch! Theyre only concern is fixing the problem right the first time and making sure youre satisfied. They recommend what is needed for my vehicle, but never have they pressured me into buying anything. I drive over 20 miles to their shop because the service and reliability are worth it!From what Ive seen inside as well, they are a big supporter and contributor to their community.

I have never had such fantastic service anywhere in my 40 plus years of auto ownership. The staff is knowledgeable, efficient and very pleasant to work with. Even more impressive is their character and integrity. I have a couple of older cars. In one instance the owner advised that it was time to look for a new car. He could have done the very expensive repair and pocketed the money but he didnt. Today, after looking at the other old car he actually referred me to another repair shop because he thinks that shop can do the work for less. Im glad he is my mechanic and I really wish he was my neighbor. Most trust worthy place I know. I will always chose Impact Auto Repair first over any other shop.

I had them replace the front two calipers on my 4Runner as well as all the rotors. One of the rear calipers was also seized, but they were able to rebuild it which saved me some cash. The job was done in a timely manner and Jimi is professional. They also offered a lifetime warranty on the calipers at no extra charge.
