Dont bother going anywhere else, youre wasting your time. Everyone I did business with (on the phone and in the office) was friendly, honest and quick... not to mention cheaper than anyone around. Everyone wants to save money.. so hit up Premier! Service is so great there, you wont want to go anywhere else anyways. I did not have an appointment (I never do) and I had quite the list of things that needed done. They got me in and out in less than 24 hours. They called and sent me a courtesy text as soon my vehicle was done. A good mechanic is impossible to find.. until you hit up Premier; theyre EXCELLENT. Dont waste your business anywhere else. These folks know what theyre doing and will provide a better experience than you will have anywhere else.

Just from a womans point of view.....Their waiting room is the absolute cleanest (and well decorated) auto repair office you will ever go in to! Plus they have a candle shop in there so it smells awesome. As far as the auto side, when I went in, they were prompt in getting my vehicle taken care of and did a great job!

Excellent work. This was the first time I used Premier. It took a few days to diagnose the problem. Robs communication was fantastic and much appreciated. Considering car troubles are not always in the budget, the option for financing was unexpected. Overall, the work, communication, and the efficiency of the staff will keep me coming back.

Whoa, what an operation, great sign in man, clean, comfortable waiting room. Amazing clean bathroom . Fixed two low tires on 2 different vehicles in 30 min. Will do business again. Fair prices too.

We had a large screw in our tire and couldnt find a place that was open to get it fixed. We drove by Premiere Tire & Auto and saw someone was working late, so we stopped and asked for help. Jack was happy to help. He pulled the screw out and plugged the hole in less than a minute. This was such a huge help as we still had an hour left to drive home. I highly recommend this place.

To be unable to computer balance my tires because of the style of wheels I bought they still did a very good job keeping a smooth ride for my truck

Asked them to check my fluids in addition to an oil change. They tried to charge me $3 for windshield wiper fluid (which I had just filled) & left my brake fluid resevoir half empty

I give this place unfortunately 1 star (it wouldnt let me pick 0 ) because of a man named Jack that works there. He screwed me over. When I took my car (I just bought)over there he asked me if I had gotten a warranty on the car I said no. He said I needed to get ahold of Kevin himself (Blackwell motors) and get a warranty on it. That there was problems with the transmission. So after a week of leaving messages and trying to get ahold of Kevin, I was told hed be there on Friday, so I drove all the way down there to be told he would not be in today. So I told them what Jack had told me. They called Jack, Jack had decided to change his story. He told them that, he didnt tell me there was problems with the transmission. So they wouldnt do anything about it. I called Premiere Auto afterword to talk to Jack to find out what happened. Why he changed his story. He was busy when I called so I left my name and number and told them to have him call me back....gee never got a call back. Im Sensing a guilty conscious.
