She could have charged me an exorbitant price because I was in a difficult place and was desperate, but she didnt. Her professionalism and ethics overrode an opportunity for avarice and showed a character unknown and unexpected by business owners today. Unfortunately, I would have given the service a 5+ star however my Church had work recently done at the new location, we were not pleased with the work. Rather the customers have things printed or not the company should stand behind its work of printing and graphics overall, our work was printed at this location and after noticing poor image quality; I personally would have advised the customer of such because at the end of the day it represents your establishment and never again would we do business! Too overrated

We emailed them last minute and they turned around the jobs exactly when we needed them even if it meant they had to work overnight. This place is AMAZING. Kamal (the owner) bent over backwards to get us everything we needed. We were doing a 1,500-person convention in Detroit and he printed EVERYTHING and in a very very short amount of time (less than a week) including: 8x20 foot banner walls (3 of them) with stands, 30x20 foot banners (several), almost a 1000 large format posters, 50+ retractable banners, 52-page program and 2 sets of smaller half-sheet size 36-page booklets. It was crazy and this company DELIVERED AND they are union!!! If you need something printed, they will get it done for you. They care and they supported us fully. I so appreciate their willingness to work with us and make our convention an amazing success. People loved the design and that was in no small part because of your printing quality and performance. The customer service is amazing

Ive the last 10 years I have ordered cards from here for marketing. I have never found anyone cheaper and the work is almost always perfect. Recently, i submitted a design that ran off the page. The printer did not send it to print thank god since its a digital upload. My only problem is the communication. They are struggling communicate with the customer. It took about a 3-4 weeks to get an order. Usually i order Monday and pick up a couple days later.

This is a decent locally owned print shop with reasonable prices. They have great designers. Just make sure that you keep the communication lines open with them so that there are no misunderstandings.

Great customer service. Laurie helped walk me through the process as a new customer and helped with changes that came up after we confirmed the order. I had a same day order but wasnt able to pick it up before the office closed. The owner delivered the product to our business after hours. Totally unexpected but made my morning and our work celebration a success.

This company amazed me with a good first impression but after investing thousands of dollars in their printing services the services became worse and worse. I recently needed a price adjustment and was given a complete run around and still did not get the price adjustment. Kamal does not communicate with his customers at all, hes always too busy. I would recommend staples for your printing services before choosing this company. Please do not let their low prices and turn around times fool you. Please save your time and save a headache and go elsewhere!

They lose your products ....You can never speak with a supervisor ... was on a booker program with them and I guess due to I asked for compensation for over 4 orders that were not delivered on time and and I lost clients ... they took me off the booker program with the new site launch they had .... Ive emailed and tried live chat but nothing and if you say something then its a dry response ... will ship tomorrow and that never happened until a week later !!!! I run a business just like they do and wish the customer service aspect was better and now ............. I rather pay more to get accurate answers then always a runaround !!!!!!!!!!!! This company charges an outrageous amount to order the exact quantity of postcards that you want. I ordered 15,000 postcards and only received 14,000 and they will not do anything about it. Not impressed with the customer service at all. You can be shorted by 10% on how many your order even though you are paying for more.

Poor, poor, poor customer service. Product ready for two days. Visit to store asking for status. We will email you. Product was ready for pick-up as we spoke. No attempt to compensate the difference between 2 day and 4 day turnaound. Sad.

Never have an issue with the quality it’s how long some jobs take. The website is terrible and the updates on print jobs (received,printed,ready,etc) is never right. I’ll receive all the notifications after I pick it up. I had banners printed and I went in on three different occasions to pick it up being told it would be ready tomorrow the first two times. It was a major pain, but it is local and I like to support local and the quality and prices are on point. Website is the worst.

Used this place a few times and the quality and customer service just gets worse and worse. Last time I used them we ordered 1000 half fold, 4x6 flyers. When we went to pick it up, they werent even folded! Idk how that is even possible. They then rush folded them on the spot, which turned out absolutely terrible and unusable with cracks down the seem. The print itself was dull, blurry, and misaligned. I just wish they actually gave a danm about their business and what kind of product they put out into the world.

Without making sure that I or anyone who wasnt an employee wasnt within ear shot, WITH aggression and attitude in his voice, a male employee proceeded to say, I told her an Hour, and shes just gone have to wait. When in fact, Im not even the same person from my place of employment who came earlier in the day to try to pick up an order. Next time, if youre not happy with your job or having a bad day, leave it at home or at least make sure you arent within ear shot of a customer who is patronizing your establishment. I will say, everyone else who walked past me or assisted me was very pleasant.
