New Bathroom! Very pleased with assistance from Hannah and staff at Plimpton and Hills! Hannah helped me coordinate all the pieces to create a wonderful new bathroom. From the spa tub, sink, vanity, lighting and beautiful tile it all came together perfectly. The best part was help afterwards as well. We had one issue with a part and she helped resolve all issues. Very pleased and would recommend highly.

Thought I’d take this opportunity to share a few thoughts regarding my recent experience with the folks over at Plimpton & Hills Waterware Showroom in Farmington, CT. Faced with the challenges of planning and budgeting for a master bath remodeling project, it was sheer luck and clearly my good fortune to meet and work with Ms. Hannah Veilleux, my Master Bath Designer, to help calm my nerves and make the whole process easy and affordable. Hannah was simply outstanding! She was prompt, flexible, responsive, a terrific communicator and was always open to working around what I thought I wanted. Although ultimately, I liked her ideas much better. She really impressed me with her product design knowledge, her patience, honesty, and professionalism. Communication via phone or email occurred regularly, making the entire product quoting and ordering process run smoothly. When the bathroom contractors ran into scheduling obstacles requiring changes to product orders, Hannah was quick to mitigate all risks, resolve all issues and keep the remodel project on schedule.I liked the fact that Hannah was committed to excellence and keeping the bathroom project on schedule. My experience - went in on a Thursday afternoon. Greeted with a hello and then never heard from any sales person. Guess she was too busy restocking merchandise. We were there for a good 10 min looking around at the beautiful fixtures. We will be looking for bath fixtures and tiles somewhere else where they have more friendlier customer service.

Top Notch Products and Service!I couldn’t be more pleased with the products and service I received from Plimpton & Hills. We just renovated our master bath and the choice of products was phenomenal. They had a great selection and in various price ranges. The items we selected look gorgeous in our bath! And the level of service we received was incredible! Hannah Veilleux was absolutely unbelievable. Once we spoke and she got a sense of what we were looking for, she suggested a number of products that were ideal for us, both in design and in our price range. When the time comes to renovate our guest bath, I’ll be calling Hannah and Plimpton & Hills again....hands down!
