I would go back again for another load. The guard was polite and professional when explaining all of the procedures. I parked in a queue lot and waited for a phone call. They called and gave me a dock number to back in to. 30 minutes later my trailer was loaded. Its the drivers responsibility to secure the load. They provide a rolling staircase to get in and out of the trailer without issues. No problems with this customer at all. Overall I was there for 2.5 hours.
