My husband and I had to stop here on a road trip from Colorado to Arizona because our back brakes literally fell apart. (1984 Ford F250.) Got the parts quickly and it was done in a day and a half. Everyone was very nice and we are on our ways,thanks Big O boys and Lex!

Went in to see about a nose my daughter in laws car was making. The dealer had told her it needed bearings, $800.Had the guys there drive it, not the bearings but a cupped tire. Glad we didnt listen to the Toyota dealer

No customer service. dropped my truck for flat repair and an alignment at 8 am when they opened. returned to room to rest for night shift informed my wife that they would call or text my phone when my truck is ready. I a woke at my normal time, checked my phone there was no call / text. after getting ready for work I called to see my truck was ready. it took 5 calls before they even answered where I was then told all services were complete truck is ready. when I get there they spent the next 20 minutes trying to locate my keys just to tell me as they hand me my keys that they did complete the alignment due to spike lug nuts I have on the front wheels. they had my truck for 8 hours and not 1 phone call. half *** shop to say the least.

Terrible so much for first come first serve. They work on vehicles that are easy to do first. Waited for 2 hours nothing was done for my vehicle but they let it run the whole time. Annoying

The location at San Juan Boulevard did a fantastic job at not only getting me into some great and much needed rear tires, but they also fixed a minor issue with my engine. Prices were VERY reasonable and I would TRUST them to do just about anything regarding my vehicle. Great mechanics and customer service.

Ive had my truck in and out of there after replacing a few parts ourselves, and having them replaced a few parts. They have always been honest and helpful! They cut my old trailer hitch pen off for me while it was being worked on, with no additional charges. They definitely have my business and would recommend them to anybody.

The alignment guy doesn’t know what he’s doing. I installed a front end on my truck and brought it in for an alignment and requested that they grease all of my grease fittings on the new parts. Got my truck back and it pulls to the right, I take it back and they re-aligned it, now it drives straight but steering wheel is off, and looking at the truck from the front, the wheels look hopped up like a prerunner. Too much positive camber is what I believe. I didn’t even wanna take it back, something felt loose so I checked my front end and not a single one of my grease fittings were touched. So not only did I pay $90 for an alignment that took two tries and still not right, but they never greased my front end.....EDIT: Filed my complaint and they still haven’t got in touch with me...

Big O was the only people to touch the steering components of my truck. Everything was loose or way over tightened. And after they drove my truck like they stole it, the alignment was off and it is causing feathering on my brand new expensive tires. Never again.

I love Big O Tire here in Farmington. Not only are they nice and friendly but their place is always clean. They know what they are doing and always keep me informed on their progress no matter how busy they are . They also take the time to make sure things are done right. Ive always had good service at Big O Tire stores. Today was my first service at this location. I arrived with a set of new tires. After installation, I was surprised to find they didnt put my old tires in tire bags, nor did they stack them in a way I could see out my back windshield. When I unloaded the tires at home I was upset to see that because they stacked three tires high and didnt bag the tires, there is black residue on my beige headliner. I will not be returning to this location.

My family visited this shop yesterday for an alignment check on our sons car which ended up to be more work than weve thought of that it can last for 4-5 hours they said. To our surprise, they were able to do it in 3 and a half hours. The staff on duty Kerry Eagle and Everett were both nice, accommodating and friendly. Actually they both went beyond their duty. Because we needed to do errands in town and having no other car with us, Kerry asked Everett to help us find online a car rental company nearby. Were delighted to find one but unfortunately, they wont pick up without 24 hours appointment. Kerry arranged with Everett again, this time to drive us to get our rented car which Everett did happily for us. These efforts of Kerry and Everett made our day and situation lighter and easier. Thank you for your wonderful service. I guess well more likely use Big O Tire again.

Whereas another location in town was more than willing to take my money on a product I didnt need or want. Guess what! BIG O was right. Honesty is always the best policy. Buying tires was a great experience at Big O...Getting tires rotated not a great experience. First time I went in I felt like I was bothering him. I told him I needed tires rotated he told me it would cost me...I questioned even if I bought them here. Then I was told that it would be a long wait I need to get there earlier in the day. I had to get it done at the Durango facility the next week. 2nd time My husband went with me as I thought maybe it was me. We were first vehicle in lot in Am ( Saturday) checked in went to breakfast came back 1 1/2 later and noticed my car was parked in back with hub cap off. Apparently someone else came in and my car was pulled out of shop and another vehicle was moved in. Needless to say we waited another 1 1/2. Not a bit apologetic acted like what was the problem. It happened again got there early and vehicles were rotated in and out some there before us..okay . It was the vehicles that came in after me that upset me. Maybe it is time for a customer service refresher.

I received a great deal on tires from these guys-4 off road pickup tires, free alignments, balances, and rotations for 3 years for a little over 1000 bucks. I was also impressed with their customer service. They are very friendly and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. I will bring all my vehicles here in the future for tires based on the customer service alone.

My tires needed to be rotated and one needed to be repaired because it had a nail in it. The guy walked out to the parking lot and looked at my tire for literally 1 minute then said that it’s 5 bucks per tire to be rotated and the tire that had a nail in it, in the tread not the side, couldn’t be repaired, he would have to replace it.There is no reason that tire couldn’t be repaired and what in the world are they charging on a “per tire” basis for??I ended up going over to Discount Tire where they REPAIRED my flat and rotated my tires all FOR FREE. To the fellas at Big-O: next time a woman goes into your shop don’t assume she’s dumb because you lost a customer today.

I brought my vehicle here several times and had no problem. I am in and out in no time. But today I was given the attitude like, we probably might not be able to get to your vehicle today or we cant test the speed when your vehicle shakes...etc. I think this the last time Ill bring my truck here. Any recommendation for wheel alignment place here in Farmington??

Since Discount Tires refused to repair my tire I went to Big O and they didnt hesitant to provide the service. With that kind of customer service I decided to purchase 4 new Cooper tires. Im a little skeptical about the service..... Got a the parts and service and also an additional quote for more work. Upon picking up the vehicle the guy gave us the paper work and says I dont know I didnt write it. Didnt offer to review the list of what the service was done and the quote. He rolled his eyes when asked and he just expected us to sign paperwork without review and give payment.I dont want to return to this place of business, lack of professionalism, break down of service, prompt communication.

Good guys, great Customer service. But very expensive. Over a grand for brake pads rotors and a flush. Ouch!!! I have no Choice today or I would have saved some money by doing it my self. I only have 3 days till I leave out of town so I paid for it this time. But I definitely trust these guys, I dont usually take my Camaro just anywhere if im not the one working on it. We were out of town, ready to head home from Farmington NM, to Roswell, NM when we figured out that the slow leak was caused by a screw in the tire. Stopped at Farmington Big O. They were quick and efficient getting us back on the road within half an hour and all for only about $10. You cant beat feeling safe when setting off on a six hour drive.

Valve stem blew out on a motorhome tire because PEP Boys put a low pressure valve stem in a high pressure tire. Nice....could have killed me and my family. Big O guys recognized it right away. They replaced stem in 10 minutes. The bill? Zero. Found my new go to tire guys....and great, professional service.

They did not put the spare tire back - under the car, which is not easy for me. I asked that the new tires be put on the front but they were on the rear. For $400 that does not seem like too much to ask.

They were happy to sell us tires but when it came to warranty work they didnt have time for us.

Decent tires, but you have to rotate them every 3000-5000 miles for warranty and they dont make appointments.
