Awesome people that work here. Mike and Jim went way out of their way to make sure my truck was fixed. They put a lot of time into finding the issue and they had a rental for me the entire time. Super solid guys, it’s people like these that make me a return customer. I’m going to keep coming back to Sellers just because of how these guys treat me and take care of me. 11 out of 10 dudes.
In essence it took 11 days to change a battery and fix the light that should have been fixed when I put it in for service in August. I wanted the body shop to fix a dent in the door. That didn’t get done. That and the light was the reason for the visit. There was no communication. This is some of worst service I’ve ever received. I will not be returning to Sellers ever! I would never recommend to anyone!

Really depends on the service advisor you get. Reggie wasnt much of a help at all and dragged the process out to a month when really it should have been able to be finished within 2 weeks. Once I got a different service advisor everything went better. Car looks great. But it really shouldnt have taken an entire month.Main issue is just poor communication, everything else was good or great.

Tom English at Sellers Buick/GMC Farmington Hills was fabulous. We communicated via email when I was looking to trade in my 2019 Enclave. He is pleasant, kind, helpful and honest! He NEVER pressured nor bothered me to purchase or lease the vehicle. They were even open on Saturday, which was wonderful for me since I live 18 miles away from the dealership.
Very nice experience test driving cars. Ill be going back to talk to Dan!Part 2. Great experience! I went in and Dan helped me. I test drove the car I was interested in and it was not a good fit. Dan suggested another vehicle and it was just too big for my lifestyle and than suggested the car I have now, a 2018 GMC Terrain SLT. I love my car and Dan was right, its a very nice ride altogether. This is my very 1st GMC and I am so happy with my purchase from Sellers.
I have to give the biggest shout out and best review ever to Diana Livernois and her whole team there!!!!! We just moved from Arizona and have zero time to look at a truck. Not only did they find exactly what we needed they made it soooooo easy to test drive and approve of the truck and it was ours!!! Paperwork all done for us to help out!! Really cannot get over how easy this truck purchase has been and will recommend to anyone that needs a car or truck to come see all of you at sellers gmc!!!!!
Appointments in your service department do not mean your vehicle will be serviced anytime near the appointment time. They simply mean you are somewhere in line to have your vehicle serviced that day (or maybe the next day or the day after?) I expect if I have a reservation at a restaurant and show up on-time, that not everybody who just happened to walk in before me has priority. This system of appointments is TOTALLY for Sellers convenience and shows a TOTAL lack of consideration for their customers.
I recently purchased a vehicle from Sellers Buick GMC. An incredible facility with great staff. I was fortunate to be paired up with Mike Davis. He got me in the car I wanted fast and on my terms. We absolutely love coming to sellers. This dealership is not close to our house but it’s totally worth the drive. When I needed a new lease I got in touch with Carl and told him what I wanted. I knew it might be a challenge because of the chip issues but he made it happen! He was on top of everything. He made the process so easy and everything was ready for us when we walked in the door. It’s been the best car experiences we have ever had.
As a GM Employee I had been using a different dealership, but when I made contact with for a simple oil change on my Chevy Traverse I was advised that I couldnt make an appointment until mid November. Now Sellers is a little bit of a drive for me, but when I made contact with them I was advised that they could get me in that day. So I made an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment 30min early the service advisor advised me that they would get me as quickly as they could. Now I was not expecting anything as I was 30min early. However the service department got me right in and out. I even left the dealership 5 min after my scheduled appointment. I will be using Sellers as my Service Dealership from now on. It was worth the extra drive time.

Jon Trojan Was an extremely helpful salesman. I inquired about certain vehicles, and John told me you had a vehicle that I might be interested in, and it was exactly what I needed and wanted. Everything I have had done at the dealership was great except for the lease car. Way to small but I do understand the lack of cars at the dealerships. Out side of that the help and work quality was excellant.
My experience with Sellers was one of the best experiences I have encountered with a car dealership. Initially, I was dreading the process; however, it was the customer service that really made the difference and my decision to go with Sellers. There were three other dealerships, but many kudos and appreciation to Mike Davis at Sellers who really stepped up and made me feel like a valued customer and that he really wanted my business. I felt like I was his only customer and he kept the lines of communication open. He was patient and really interested in working with me. First off, let me say that I did not have a good experience.I went to Sellers looking for a used truck. I was very interested in the Sierra and decided to test drive one out. I was pleased with it, so I purchased it. About a month later, I was experiencing transmission issues. When downshifting, the truck would slam into gear rather than shifting smoothly. I took it in and they covered the repair. I was very happy, until it happened again. I took it in and they replaced the entire transmission with a refurbished one from GMC. I was so incredibly happy they did this, I went to there website and left a positive review! I felt very content with the logic they used of if we couldnt fix it the first time, we are just going to change the entire thing, free of charge, so hopefully it doesnt happen again. A month down the line, it happened again. The SAME issue. So I called the service department and left a message for Mike. He called me back the next evening while I was in a meeting, so I couldnt answer. So, I called back the next morning, and he never returned my call. Then I tried him again exactly one week after I called him. Still, no return phone call.Bottom line, I ended selling the truck to another dealership before I could even put 3,000 miles on it. I am extremely unhappy with the fact the transmission was not already taken care of in its certified inspection and that when I found the problem, the service department wanted nothing to do with me.I now know where I am NOT sending my friends and family to purchase a GMC.

We were out looking at multiple dealerships. This was the only dealership that was willing to put together pricing, and a trade offer together for us, while at the same time understanding that we were still looking at a couple of other vehicles. Both the sales person and the sales manager were enthusiastic and friendly and willing to answer any questions that we had.
It was really good having Todd as my adviser. He was very informative during the time my truck was in service.
Given the circumstances they did well - it took almost a week to get the truck in for diagnosis but at least I was given a loaner vehicle to drive in the meantime. They did everything they could to work with me on the cost of the repair since this was quite expensive of an issue. Overall I am satisfied.
Lube Oil filter tire rotation: Appointment was scheduled and work was completed very efficiently and within about an hour even though I (on me) was late for appointment. Service advisor described added charge for quart and detail on RO. Very satisfied especially with the speed of work completed -- I was anticipating a long wait even with the appointment - job well done!! The only item I was expecting was a copy of the 24 point inspection report ---but no issues.
Andrew and Jessica made sure my drop off was quick and scheduled delivery of my repaired vehicle to my home. Saved me any kind of inconvenience I could have had.Great team!
Had to have service done on my 2012 GMC Terrain. The service manager Ed was wonderful along with the other Ed that works with him. I was informed of the diagnosis and with the progress of the repair. They were very helpful with having a loner available for me which I appreciated. The whole experience was great. These guys know there business well. I’ll always take my vehicle into Seller’s. When I buy my next vehicle it will also be from Seller’s because are the best.

The most unprofessional setting I’ve ever dealt with. Zero, I repeat zero communication on what the status of our vehicle was. Our point person Jim had our car on his watch for over THREE month and called back only when multiple voicemails were made OR we physically drove to the dealership. During the three month our car was “being worked on” the loaner that we received did NOT fit our whole family, yet sales and and managers where driving larger demo that could have gone to us.Once our car was finished the crew test drove it and left the vehicle on empty (gas light on). Now that we got our vehicle fixed and back the check engine light is on after only driving 50 miles.
I found the personnel at Sellers very accommodating. The representative was very creative in orchestrating a deal that I could not refuse. I appreciate the efforts toward customer satisfaction.

I had an engine rebuild on my GMC terrain ( insurance work). The work was carried out without a problem. The car however was scratched during the work. The service manger and associate were absolutely outstanding.They had the car booked into the body shop, supplied a loaner and had the work done in a couple of days. These folks stand by there responsibilities. Cant recommend them highly enough.

They dedicated an entire day (8:00 AM until past 6:00 PM) to personally help a Veteran with a service-connected disability correct a financing error and ensured he left their dealership in a brand new lease with the highest credit rating available. You will be hard pressed to find such an exemplary group of professionals elsewhere. Don’t waste your time looking, go to Seller’s the first time!

I was supposed to get a different vehicle at a different dealership, but when I showed up to get it the color of the car I ordered was wrong and the entire team was very rude to me. After months of waiting for the original vehicle, I felt super frustrated and discouraged from the car shopping process altogether. After doing a little research into different car options, I called Tom English and he was able to help me find exactly what I wanted. Tom is not your typical car salesman where you have to question everything to see if they are just trying to get you in and out to make a sale. I trust Tom and already hope there are some nice options in 3 years when my lease is up so I can work with him again because he has ruined all other car dealerships and salespeople for me-nothing will compare!

I wish I could rate the service dept 10 stars. They are amazing! Jim and Mike Lowe took great care of my vehicle. My rear window shattered. On my 2016 Sierra. I have 112,000 miles. I was ready to pay for the repair.. but...They found a recall that paid 100% for this repair ($1,200). I was so happy I bought a new set of Wrangler Trailblazer tires for the truck- they gave me an incredible price on them - even better the the local tire stores. These guys go over the top even when they dont have to. I will never take my Sierra anywhere else. Thanks for making my day!!

I had to make an appointment to bring my car in so it could sit for a week before anyone could look at it. When I questioned this logic, the service rep said take it up with our new leader at GM. Pathetic. Makes Absolutely no sense. If you know it won’t even be looked at for a week, then make my appointment for then! Pathetic service at GM these days!

I came in for a $59.95 oil change and tire rotation special - good value. I had a appointment and the work was completed in 45 minutes. Everyone is helpful and friendly as they have been in my previous visits. I give a thumbs up to the dealership and its staff.

I called and inquired about the lease special on specific vehicle and he helped us find one that had the options we were looking for within our price range. Updating my review after my second vehicle purchase. Out of the many I’ve worked with, Sellers remains the very best dealership in the area. This is because every step of the way was painless, and honestly even enjoyable. I did get a great deal, but more importantly the staff went above and beyond, including helping me arrange a surprise home vehicle delivery for my wife, ahead of the birth of our first child. Tom in sales, Helen in the business office, and Pat in vehicle delivery were all outstanding and accommodating (the bow was a nice touch, felt like we were in a commercial!)When working with Sellers, I’ve never felt like I’m being manipulated or taken for a ride - which matters immensely. I’ve never felt bothersome or like my questions are “wasting the salesman’s time”. Each time I have worked with Sellers, I have felt supported and valued by each level of the business. When dropping off her vehicle for service, my wife has always felt at ease, respected, and cared for. This is the type of stuff that wins your customers for life. If every dealership treated their customers the way Sellers Buick GMC does, dealerships at large wouldn’t have any reputation issues. These are the traits of an elite dealership.

I will be buying from Brooke and Sellers GMC again! Great dealership! They do exactly what they say they are going to do. We drove all the way from Ohio to shop here and it was worth every mile. They had several vehicles we were considering. When we arrived they were all pulled up and ready for test drive. We end up buying one them, only to find out on the way home somehow that we had missed, that the previous car owner was a smoker and there was a quite an unpleasant smoke odor in the vehicle. We contacted Brooke to see what could be done and she was very understanding and helped us work through getting the odor removed. Brooke and Sellers really did not have any obligation at that point, but stepped up big in my opinion to ensure my wife and I were happy with the vehicle we had purchased! Thank you again Brooke for all your hard work!
Much improved over last time, someone helped me immediately upon pulling into the garage, and they even finished the oil change early this time (only took ~35 minutes, usually takes ~1:15)
Excellent service to my car, looks practically brand new! Took a bit longer than expected but I know with COVID it’s probably a bit harder to get parts in on time; not to mention I’m not the only customer! Only gripe I have is that there is a couple spots on the hood that was painted that have micro bubbles in it
Sellers had a partial power outage during my visit which limited their capabilities. They had excellent communication with me during the process and did a great job of going above and beyond to provide a solid customer experience.

I went for an oil change and a tire rotation (06/28/2021). Before going to the dealer, i marked my tires to make sure they rotated the tires. Guess what, they didnt. Had i not done that, i would have never known. After the I told them the manager appologized and they correct the problem. Too little too late. Prior to this, I had replaced my tires after 25k mile and was proplexed as to why that was. This explains it. Never going back there again.
