I can honestly say I was very happy with my buying experience at Advantage Dodge. I met a fine young salesman Manny Who listened to what I wanted and did his level best to get as close to my request as he could. Stanton also was extremely nice and also very helpful in the buying process he makes you feel as if he has known you for a long time, and in the finance department you have Mack he’ll explain everything to you in language you can understand and does not pressure you into anything you really don’t need. Over all a very pleasant experience and I would recommend any of these three men to any of my friends.
Had our vehicle there for a while until the part came n was replaced. We got our vehicle back after paying a hefty price. An hour later driving home, it conked out on us again. Waited for towing services for 3 hours or so. Finally got our vehicle back to Advantage Dodge yard after hours, n had to stay overnight. Thank you Crystal n staff at the hotel for giving us a break.. we stayed at the dealership all day till we were told it was fixed again. We started driving it out of town n hit a bump with onlyone light coming on n quickly turned off. Made it home ..but scared to drive elsewhere.
Currently, many businesses are struggling with increased workloads secondary to COVID as well as a need for additional employees. However, my experience with the Service Department of Advantage Dodge in Farmington, NM was nothing short of outstanding. The Service Writer, Suzanne, was exceptional as she attempted, and succeeded, to meet my requests and needs for service to my new Dodge Ram Promaster RV. Despite their heavy workload and backlog of individuals needing service, every employee I interacted with during my two visits were congenial, professional and went out of their way to assist me.Again, special kudos to Suzanne and the Advantage Dodge Service employees. Keep up the good work.
Went in for what I thought would be a tire rotation and alignment correction that an alignment shop did. They found a busted control arm that the tire and alignment shop never found. Good job guys and gals. Truck rides like new again.

They provided me with a comparable rental to my Rubicon...actually it was a Gladiator Mohave, and I was highly impressed by the Truck. I have been having Advantage Ram service take care of my maintanence for Ram truck with 6.7 CTD for the entire time I have owned it. I have a very good working relationship with my service advisor Hector Medina he always provides me with top of the line service each and every time I call him up. Hector and his staff of service techs do a great job on my vehicle. I actually live in another City here in New Mexico and drive to Farmington for my service appointments. These folks at Advantage especially Hector and his crew give me great service!!!

Ive been having my Ram 1500 serviced here for 10 years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. In the past, getting an oil change took a little longer than expected, but no big deal. This last visit was much faster. The dealership should probably devote more techs/space to oil changes, etc. but I realize times are tough. The only bad experience Ive had was when I found that the tech had tightened the aluminum plug on the T-case so tight I had to remove it with a pipe wrench! Other than that, good service! TY!
Brought my van in for a no-start situation. Ended up needing a new computer. The process took 8 weeks. 8 weeks without a van and very poor communication from Richard and the rest of the staff at Advantage about what was going on and why it took so long. Each time it would go a week or two without any communication, I would call and chat with a representative where I would get a different story about how long it would take, how this time they were going to keep me updated, and then again I would hear nothing for a week or two. I was the one to initiate nearly all of the communication over this 8-week period. Most of the delays were from shipping time for parts which is understandable. So when the van was actually fixed, again Richard didnt communicate that they were even working on my van at all, vs waiting another two weeks on a part, so it was a bit of a shock to get a call and text saying my van was ready to pick up after 56 days in the shop. It was not ready. Richard blamed the new tracking system they had set up why he didnt tell me about the issue of the brakes and airbags giving an error code. Neither of which were issues when I brought the van in. Its tough to know exactly whats going on here, but at least two weeks of this delay was to replace a sensor on the transmission that did not fix the problem but still cost me $1,200 extra on the bill. 8 weeks, a couple thousand dollar bill, and a van with more problems than I brought it in with. Not even an apology for the amount of time this took when I picked it up. Just an excuse saying its the systems fault for the poor communication...
Sean was very professional and nice at the start of the sale! Went in knowing what I wanted and what we could afford. Sean Stuck to those requests. Then Valentino in service went above and beyond to take care of the issues we had on the truck we purchased use. Even went as far as calling the previous owner to get feed back on what he did to the truck! Great great customer service! We were traveling through Farmington NM and the safety value on the gasoline fill tube that prevents gas being siphoned out of the tank failed closed.Great service, they over nighted the part and had it installed by noon the next day.I felt the cost to diagnose, ship and install the new part was very high.

This is an excellent dealer service department, especially if you have a diesel truck. Weve been very happy with service advisors, Susanne and Valentino. They have been easy to work with and accommodating. The diesel tech that has worked on my truck is Kevin. Hes always been upfront, honest, and hes thorough with his work. I would also recommend Duane for transmission work and services. Hes very knowledgeable and does great work. This service department is a 2 hour drive for me, but I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Took in my vehicle for a diagnostic check on my transmission and they said there is NO error reading on the transmission but they found i needed to replace my oil pressure sensor? The error code showed 3 was ago but I couldnt get in at the time.
Great service !! We were traveling from out of state visiting family when our starter went out. Even though they were booked until the end of the month they scheduled us in and had the truck back to us with a 24 hour turn around.I cannot say enough good things about our service tech Valentino .

The Advantage service team is amazing.Not only were they professional, educated, and helpful they were compassionet. Which I believe is lacking with dealerships today. I was not a number. But a person, or even a friend. I was stranded 1,200 miles from home when I had my car towed to Advantage. And they were very caring, and Extra promt/thorough with fixing my car and getting me safely back on the road. They didnt charge me for anything extra or unnecessary. Infact they actually did extra for no charge. I was amazed and blessed!They also had a courtesy van pick me up from the hotel when it was done. The driver was so sweet and prompt that I wasnt even ready when she arrived lol. But she patiencently waited for me.The service writer Hector was so professional and also prompt always taking my calls and calling me back! He understood my situation and made sure everything went quickly, easily and efficiently.The only sad part of this situation is that theyre 1,200 miles from me lol. Worst dealership recall experience I have ever had in my life. They broke my console in my jeep and blamed me. The service manager Mike May called me a liar and was extremely rude when I asked them to fix it. The service writer was no better than her manager. If you get your vehicle recalled I would strongly recommend any other dodge, jeep or Chrysler dealer. In the end did fix but got nothing except a hateful attitude from the staff.
It has always been a pleasure to have my Dodge needs met at Advantage. My family has been bringing our vehicles to Advantage Dodge since 1999. I have had 3 Dodge vehicles serviced here and I have always trusted Hector and Valentino 100%. This recent visit Aliesha took care of us and I was pleased with her customer service as well.They are honest and communicate well when they have your vehicle. I make it a point to bring it as often as I can. Sometimes I cannot make it to Farmington, but this last trip, another shop in Colorado said I needed additional services I was not aware of. I took it in to Advantage on a Saturday, they did a check and assured me I only needed an oil change. I really appreciate the fact that they can be trusted. I use their preferred customer program and get a punch for every oil change (the 5th one is free). They use better oil for less than other area shops in Durango for $20-$30 less per oil change.I really like my current Dodge for my needs. If in the future I decide to trade in, I will be back to Advantage. I had such had an amazing experience here when I bought my first brand new car that will be a repeat customer. They let me test multiple vehicles, try my car seats in the back and take my time until I selected the model that was right for my family. Hands down, Advantage offers the BEST customer service of any Dodge Dealership that I have been to in my life. I am a happy and loyal customer who is thankful for all the quality work they offer.

The oil change & overall car is great. However my only reason for not adding a fifth start was only because I had set up an appt. for an oil change at 8:15 a.m. weeks ahead of time. Unfortunately my car wasnt ready until after 12 because they are very busy.
Took my car here for an appointment at 8:30 am. They never called me, Ive called multiple times to check the status went straight to voice mail. Its almost 3:30 pm and still no sign of my vehicle, only needed an alignment. At 10, they said it was barely in the shop. My first time at this car dealership, probably will be my last. Need to find a ride to get my ride because no communication. And I dont know if its even done yet. 😑

Took truck in at prescribed date and time. Left 3 hours later. They couldnt find any issues with the DPF system. Its still clogging too fast and I follow what was I was told to do.

I am happy with my customer service with Josh T! He was wonderful and helpful. I was passing through town for the holidays at the end of last year and Josh was able to painlessly trade out my hybrid vehicle for a 2021 Jeep and I am in love with it! They have an awesome selection and Josh is very excited about new features to make your life easier and will explain them to you in detail.However, I am not satisfied with how my personal information was handled or the follow up customer service. I am a cyber security professional and have been in the business for about 10 years. I am very cautious with my info and am very aware of exactly how phone #s/CC info is sold and distributed and stolen.First off, they were not diligent in communicating with my insurance company and MVD. They filed the incorrect VIN # and I discovered this after a $300 fine and a threat of up to 90 days in jail from the state of New Mexico for not having coverage/registration. “Advantage” also asked me to leave my old plate. I specifically confirmed they would be sending me an updated plate with a new number. I had to un-register my plate with the security company that watches our company property and it cost me time and money. After not receiving my plate for over 3 months and getting pulled over with an expired temp plate, they told me “Oh, your plate was in good condition, so we decided to just go with that one instead”. Where did it go?? I never got it! I texted and called them for over a month. They kept reassuring me it was on the way but maybe it had something to do with COVID. After getting the helpful Mr. Josh back on the phone (he must be popular because every time I reached out, he was with a customer) he worked very hard and probably missed a chance to make a few sales because of the offices’ mistake. He found my plate sitting on the lady’s desk. He made it right ASAP.Why did she lie to me and the people I was calling when they would ask her for an update?Next, they have an auto text alert system that I never asked to be on, their “stop” function does not work properly. Their response: thats not our responsibility’. Okay, well they are reminders telling me to come in for service, sign up for more warranties, get oil changes. I have the Jeep Wave program and when I called them in reply to their texts, they said they don’t do free oil changes and even the Wave is not free. ”No one does free oil changes. Even if you have a program, someone is still paying for it.” No follow-up questions, only NO.Next, I have been receiving about 2 calls a day about my Jeep warranty. I block and another comes. They are all from different ‘companies’. I have backtracked using the sources at my disposal and was able to find my information on various venues via Advantage and Chrysler Capital. They might not even be aware this is happening but my phone number, address, last 4 of SS#, name of my household members all were directly/indirectly distributed by Advantage Dodge. I have already received 6 warranty extension letters, over 387 calls, 65 texts, and a huge increase of seemingly unrelated spam callers ever since I shopped here.Generally, this is my experience with Farmington in general as I must pass through about 2 or 3 times a year. People don’t care about others here. They can’t perceive the future, only the past and themselves. Spatial reasoning and problem solving is not a concept known in Farmington. People are quick to point out a problem but never a solution. I am almost certain I won’t take legal action as I have no proof that anything illegal has happened, yet. I might have to change my number, that’s still up in the air.If These issues are not a concern for you, then go ahead and shop here. I admit they have an excellent selection and my time with Josh T was the best I have ever had with a salesman. He took me to some awesome places to test my Jeep, and that drive, the deal, and his personality sold me! Thank you for reading!
This issue with car was not properly diagnosed. They mechanic and technician looked at everything wrong with the car and not the presenting problem of the radiator fluid leaking. We took it to 4 States Tire and the repair was about $160.00. The quote from Advantage Dodge was $1200.00. They also wanted to do things like pull cylinder heads which was another $1200.00 We like us guys and have purchased quite a few car but this problem had a pretty easy fix and only a complicated solution was offered.
Good friendly service. Oil change with 4 get one free! Ritten out and verbal recamendadations. For needed repairs in the near future. Shuttle rides are available to get other thing done wile the truck is being service! Thank you and good job! 👏👍
Had my vehicle 7 hrs for a diagnostic reading and an oil change..... Didnt do either. Didnt even wait for them to try to do the oil change despite them saying well, your next in line for an oil change. Wasted an entire day waiting for my vehicle. Never going back.

Took my truck in for an oil change and regular maintenance service. I was concerned with a possible transmission leak. Suzanne, my service rep, made sure that the transmission tech looked at the truck. Concluded that there was some fluid leaking either from the transmission or the rear main seal but not enough to warrant repair. Suggested I monitor fluid levels. I appreciate the extra efforts made to check the vehicle for issues.
We purchased a 2013 Fiat 500 in a private sale. After typing the VIN into the National Highway Transportation Safety Association website, we realized it had a safty recall that had not been performed. Also, the flashing odometer numbers indicated it needed a software update/reset. Advantage is the only Fiat dealer in the area so we brought it in. They ordered all the parts, fixed it right, did the software update and in a few days we had the car back. The bill for the software work? $0. Of course the recall work was no charge. Very professional work, professional environment, and professional people. I. Normally avoid new car dealers, but I will shop here.
