Terrible experience. When test driving the truck we purchased we were under the false pretenses that all problems with the truck would be fixed upon the date we were able to pick it up because cars were moving so fast they were showing them before repairing them. After picking it up I called and made it very clear there were still problems. The salesman Paul acted as if he wanted everything fixed and it was a mishap. I have brought our truck in now 3 different times on warranty and every time they fix the smallest problem and give it back.. And problems are still occurring witch I have made clear to them since the day we picked it up!!! They do not want to honor their warranty and are not sending us out with a quality used vehicle. A truck with 50,000 miles shouldn’t be having this many problems and they seem to not care. It’s a poor excuse for a dealership and has terrible customer service. Definitely will not refer anyone nor buy a car from this dealership EVER again.

Misogynistic and a waste of time. Told me that they were only going to deal with my husband because I’m “emotional”. Tried to tell us our car needed a “rear transmission” which a GMC Acadia doesn’t even have. Said the “master mechanic technician” looked at it only to find out the manager of the store is the one who drove the car. Lied and wasted our time after we drove all the way here from Albuquerque after being told we were approved and good to go.

I bought a 2014 Ram 2500 with the 6.4 hemi from Automax and the transmission went out within the year, I asked what can they do for me and they said nothing due to the repair is more then the truck is worth.so 8000.00 dollars later now the cam just failed.
