We purchased flooring and quart counter tops. We had 5 separate pieces for the counter top and all 5 look great. There was one little notch that wasnt quite right and the installers had the tools to make it fit perfectly. And the seam on the large area is barely visible. Very professional with the flooring too. Both crews cleaned up and made sure I knew how to care for the flooring and the counter tops.

When it came time to do a total gut remodel on my own house I scoured every fabricator in St. Louis (where I live) and could not find what I was looking for. We are very happy with everything about our experience with Busenbark Flooring and Granite. Our purchase was for quartz countertop for a pretty large kitchen. Everyone involved in each step of the way were very friendly and professional and helpful. So worth the 45 min drive from St. Louis. Saved about $3,000 compared to a quote from a local business.

Went to Busenbark for a granite countertop. Matt took good care of us, helped us find what we were looking for, ordered it for us and set everything up. The installers put in my countertop and did a great job. The installers were very particular and meticulous throughout the installation. They cleaned up nicely when they were finished.

We chose Busenbark, a company that is 1.5hrs away, instead of other local companies and couldnt be happier. Steve G., the project manager, was knowledgeable yet SO helpful, friendly, and considerate. Busenbark has a very wide selection of countertop and flooring materials. Tyler Frisk met with me multiple times to help me understand the differences in countertop material and my preferences ( which varied).The pricing on their granite & quartz was less expensive than other fabricators.In the end I was unable to give my business to Tyler because I finally made up my mind to go with a Cambria Quartz product (Busenbark does not carry that brand).The entire staff is exceptionally polite and knowledgeable. Because of this I really hoped I would have found a countertop that met our preference.I sincerely hope this review encourages you to meet with Tyler in the showroom. When you do, tell him I said hello.

I love my granite countertops! They are stunning. Tyler was our sales associate, and he was very helpful and patient (there are so many beautiful granite and quartz slabs there to look at!). Scott came out and did the templating- very knowledgeable as well as the installation crew (who did an amazing job). Overall, a very positive experience and I highly recommend (as a matter of fact, my parents have since went and picked out their countertops. They just had their templating done and are very excited for install).

Heard about Busenbark from an extended family member. Boy, am I glad we did!! We used them for vinyl flooring and granite counter tops during our whole-house remodel. From the instant you walk in the place, its what can we do for you? Steve (flooring) and Kevin (countertop) know their products well, and were quick to figure out our priorities. From there it was just a matter of showing us what matched or style. We installed the flooring ourselves, and of course had the tops installed by Busenbark. When you really find out what a company is made of though, is how they handle it when something goes wrong. There was a slight flaw in our island top. The install tech did a professional repair that quite honestly, is undetectable. No questions asked. Thats customer service. We had our kitchen and 3 bedrooms installed with LVT and carpet and are very satisfied! Trent helped us choose a floor that would match our oak cabinets which was definitely a very difficult and stressful task (for me) since choosing the wrong color can make the cabinets look orange. We bought carpet at our old house for the stairs and two bedrooms. Last year we bought flooring for our kitchen, family room, hallway and bathroom. Randy and Mark helped us try to figure out what flooring we wanted (which was not an easy task) they were extremely patient and always treated us with respect, the installers were always polite and did a great job. This last week I noticed a split in our engineered hardwood floor so I called to see what they would suggest I do and Dennis came out and fixed it for free!I will never go anywhere else for my flooring!

Save yourself valuable time and just go to Busenbark when it comes to your counter tops. My wife and I shopped around going as far north as St. Louis MO and as far south as Perryville, MO. Not only was the selection at Busenbark much larger, their competitors cannot compete with their prices. Today, I am again looking for vanity tops, and their prices are so great, that I am planning on going stone vanity tops in our new master bathroom.But prices arent all that matters when it comes to my purchases. The customer service has no comparison in the area. Kevin Wisdom has been my granite/counter tops guy for each project, and he will be my only contact on any future projects. He doesnt want to push you into a purchase or over sell on something to jeopardize your budget. He listens to you instead of making you listen to him.

Our experience with Busenbarrk was fantastic! Dwyane was very helpful and friendly. My wife and I went there on a Saturday and Dwyane showed us our options. We saw a piece of granite that we really liked and he gave us a sample to take home so we could see it in our kitchen. We already had a good idea thats the type we wanted but we wanted to make sure. We called him about 30 min after getting home to let him know we wanted to purchase. The whole process was very easy going. When they came out to install the granite, a couple of pieces were not cut the right size, but they were back THE NEXT DAY with a new piece that fit perfectly! They drilled the holes for the faucet and another for some electrical cords that we wanted in a little nook. We couldnt be happier with how it turned out! Not to mention that they were LESS THAN 25% of the cost of a previous quote that we got a couple weeks prior! We would recommend to anyone!

Horrible experience with Busenbark. Purchased $12,000 worth of flooring and had problems from the beginning of the job. The first day, installers showed up with incorrect padding. I paid for a very high grade padding, and they tried to put a cheap, standard pad in. I had to wait an extra 2 days for the correct pad to be ordered (after my old carpet had been removed and tacks expkaed). Ironically, that is the second time in 3 days they did that to me. Immediately upon the flooring in the kitchen being installed, I noticed scratches in the flooring itself. I brought it to the installers attention, and he said he would fix it towards the end of the job. He did his best to fix it, but the quality of the floor is apparently very poor, and Busenbark believes it is a great floor. One rep came to look at it, but he was injured and was also leaving on a vacation. At this point, the job had been completed for close to a month. Another person contacted me and wanted to “offer me a better floor at a great cost”. All anyone wanted to discuss from this point was how I could spend more money. Finally the second rep scheduled an appt to meet me, and then called the day before and literally said “never mind, I don’t want to come”. STAY AWAY FROM BUSENBARK!!!!!

I had purchased granite countertops for my kitchen. we had a couple issues with countertop that was nobodys fault but they were very professional and made it right for me. Cant thank you guys enough.. Kevin (sales person) Tim and Cory (installers). I know there were others involved. Very happy!!

Not only were they priced right, they showed up exactly when they said they would and were done when they said they would be!

This past Spring (2013), I purchased granite countertops from the Busenbark Company. The product was nice quality and competitively priced; I liked the young sales associate, Chase, who has a lot of potential. There were a few problems though: an edge of one the countertops was pieced (a filler piece was glued in for abutment to the wall); another difficulty was, my sink was accidently broken, and the countertop (that was measured for my existing sink) marginally covers the new sink I had to have. I asked for a member of Busenbark countertop management to come and look at what was concerning me, but no one was available.

Management are crooked and unfriendly. The bosses son grabs his junk while greeting you. Theyll probably be the biggest douches youll meet.

We have purchased carpet and other flooring from Busenbark multiple times and we were happy with the quality and the process.I bought a utility trailer there a month or two ago, no problem.Today we went in and had a bad experience.The salesman was condescending and refused to even give us a general idea of the cost of things. We walked in in a good mood and walked out thinking we will probably never go back.Busenbark just lost a repeat customer.We are currently at a competitor who islooking up pricing online and giving us a general idea of cost (we understand that installation costs can vary and that a rough idea isnt a quote. We arent stupid and dont like being treated like we are).
