Great customer service all around! I needed replacement coils, and he didn’t have the exact model so he let me open one up to see if it fits my kit. When he found the ones that did fit, he noticed one of the packs was missing one and knocked the price down 5 dollars. Overall very nice and helpful, who saved me a lot of time. I’d definitely shop there again!

One star for prices, one star for convenience. Could have been 5 stars but 1st missing star your never open when the store says it opens usually an hour to hour and half after opening hours… should just set your hours to open at 12 or hire some actual employees. 2nd missing star your not a very welcoming person you usually have a chip on your shoulder. 3rd missing star for the fact I’m having to make a review about this considering I’m not the first person to address this. Hope to see a change.7/9/2021Update- false statement to say your power wasn’t on from the storm 2 days ago 7/7/2021 I was in your store yesterday 7/8/2021. Stop making excuses because you stay up all night and don’t want to get out of bed. 2 years ago you said this would never happen again and it’s continuously happened. Iv been kind enough to not put a negative review all this time but I guess I woke up on the wrong side of the bed just like you 4 out of 7 days of the week. Hope to see a change.

I have been going here since before it changed ownership and names. Originally I thought I would be disappointed by the new ownership as I knew the previous one well, but Sam has made every experience better than the last. He always has everything I need and takes his customer relationships and needs seriously. I will continue to be a regular here for as long as he is there running the show!

I get all my cigar stuff here and have never had a bad experience. Definitely recommend this place to someone looking to get into anything smoking related!

The staff here are great. They dont short your change, give you expired kartoms, or fake prices. The satff was well versed in the equipment served here

Bought a suorin yesterday and it was broken so i went back the next day and asked for some help and was ready to just buy another but instead they gave me a brand new one for free (no shop has ever done that for me). super awesome place.Very helpful and chill staff. Highly recommend this shop.

Update: 6/9/2020I went back up to The Smoke Don yesterday to stock up on kratom. I dealt with a new employee that was very helpful. Its good to see he has someone helping him out now. He did a great job in helping me get what I was there for at a great price. I love stopping by The Smoke Don anytime im in the area. Thanks again for another 5 star experience.My new Kratom shop! He’s got the best prices I’ve found in the Detroit area and is in a nice area located in Farmington. I was actually a bit surprised when he gave me his Kratom price, which was about 15-20% below my usual shop. Also very friendly and keeps his shop nice and clean.
