Ive only been to the pharmacy a few times. My previous pharmacy wasnt able to get a medication I need daily to live. Its hit and miss here - mostly miss. Ive been ignored more than once in store and spoken rudely to on the phone. Its unfortunate. I would rather not be dependent on medication as a result of something that is not my fault. I would appreciate being treated as a human being instead of a nuisance.
Ive called multiple times to get the covid vaccine. 1st in the 6x ive called no one said I had to register to get an appointment nor that I needed a confirmation code. 2nd the woman in charge is very rude and doesnt explain anything while Im asking about said confirmation code. Shes the same person I have dealt with with insurance issues and she never gives any info just repeats herself rudely until you give up and hang up. I got my confirmation code now and called to schedule and SHE HUNG UP ON ME.
Went in for some numbing spray for my sons at home wound care. Looked around and wasnt sure what would be appropriate to use around an open wound. Waited for the pharmacist to return from lunch just to tell me she doesnt know whats on the floor. She offered to call a floor associate. I had already talked to them and they agreed I should speak to her. If the pharmacist doesnt know about over the counter products and has no intrest in helping a customer and expects the floor associates to know more then she does I certainly wouldnt trust her on the stuff behind the counter. Thats kinda her job.
I came in yesterday around 9:05 as I had some pictures printed and the email said they would be done by then. The lady working said hi to me and I said hi back. I grabbed an item and came to the front, I told her that I had some pictures printed, and she walked past me without saying anything. Didn’t even acknowledge me. I followed her to the printing place and she told me that the girl who usually works for the photo thing leaves at 7 and the pictures weren’t even printed yet. So I said okay and then she takes off again without saying anything to me and leaves me at the printing place. Keep in mind, I had an item I was going to purchase so I went to the register and waited for her. When she came up to the register she said “do you want me to ring you up now or later, because the pictures are going to take awhile to print” in an awful tone. I said she could ring me up now and I asked her if I could pick up my pictures tomorrow. She didn’t respond to me again. After paying I asked her again if I could get my pictures tomorrow, and she said “that’s fine”, so I said thank you and left.I would rethink coming into this Walgreens as I was treated with passive aggressiveness and rudeness. She was not helpful at all and I don’t want to give my money to this establishment again.
Very rude in the Pharmacy. Asked a simple question and got a rude response.
Very rude the sign said 1 per customer on an item Markus wanted to use his money and we were using ours she changed the narrative to one per family? um it dod not say one per family ot said one per customer. Then she was rude to top it off.
Never can find my prescription been 2 weeks
Love this store. The pharmacy is always friendly helpful and knowledgeable...never had to wait for Rxs and they are always on top of my meds to ensure i am getting them on time so there is no lag between refills. Thanks for all your hard work ❤
Its Walgreens they have alittle bit of everything
I always run into issues with having prescriptions filled at this location. Just be aware the submitting online prescription refills is always an issue and dont expect to obtain any clarity will calling pharmacy staff.
Would not recommend and I am planning on refilling elsewhere. Just called them in response to a text I received and the “gentleman “ was NOT helpful because he was too busy being rude! This is not uncommon. I’m surprised they allow that the of behavior.
Hands down the most incompetent pharmacy Ive ever dealt with. Rude workers as well.
Was in line for shot...told to go to different line. Then back to original line behind people I was originally ahead of. Then ignored while they helped people behind me. So frustrating...

How exactly does delaying open hours making anyone safer?
Only went to the pharmacy - fast and ready as promised.
Clean and convenient however the pharmacy is really lacking and it takes a while to fill prescriptions even when they arent busy. Have called in prescriptions and went still had to wait over an hour later when I went to get them.
I love going in Walgreens they treat you great and always make sure you finding everything and all the people are very friendly.
Clean with good customer service & a drive thru pharmacy.
Stop with the annoying ads
Worst store to shop at manager and cahier are very rude so is the store manger i will never ever shop at this location again i had a bad day tryidayto use coupns the cashier was a night mare tellimg me i cant use them then she went on to shoving her name tag in my face i stayed calm becuase i also work in customer service and i know not to act lile that so i was not able to buy my stuff the shift manger was of no help so i get a call from the store manager of him pretty much wanting to argue with me and say i was in the wrong and he jusy made me very upset again after this happen on the weekened and now i will never ever ever shop there again so if inwas you i would not spend my hard erraned money here

Very, very poor Pharmacy service the past few times weve used Walgreens on Main Street. The store manager Mr. Mosely was very rude and made several excuses for their poor service.
