Great selection... quality materials... friendly service

We found some good deals but we noticed most of it was items with cosmetic damage. Dorm room furniture was a steal and in good shape.

Ordered 4, 6 panel pine doors, from Farmington location, had nothing but headaches! They refused to grasp the concept I needed 4 jambs, instead of 4 1/2 which is standard. After multiple phone calls, trips and added costs, I finally received all my doors. All of which had issues including loose panels, glue, bore holes off, sprung hinge, loose trim and deep gouges and scratches.I wrote the store manager and complained but didnt even receive a call back. I had planned on shopping at Hoods more often but after that experience will never do so again.. Poor quality and bad attitudes arent good business practices..

Staff was helpful and the young man that assisted us with our kitchen cabinet purchase was knowledgeable and patient with us. I appreciated that very much.

Great place. But avoid Charlie! Went in needed to buy three doors. Walked out with none! He absolutely refused to sell me a door because I didn’t have the width measurement. Rude and treated me like I knew absolutely nothing.

We ordered several doors in the past with no problems. We attempted to order a special order door and our calls were transferred but nobody answers the phone. After 5 attempts at calling our special order door was met with rude, non professional service. Although we live in Farmington we ordered it from Festus location so we wouldnt have to be treated in that manner.

Great deals on home improvement items. My wife and I love this place. Cheaper than Menards and Lowes on tile, carpet and most things in the store check them out before your next project or remodel.

Quality products, but unfortunately subpar service. Nothing like having your kitchen tore apart and waiting on countertops only to call and find out they lost your paid for order and forgotten about it till your wife calls.

Shopping for a new toilet and washing machine. Couldnt afford either. But,I did find a great bargain for denium jeans. The employees are fantastic and knowledgeable and very helpful.

Harold and I came to Hoods this past Friday, (April 1)We needed some kitchen cabinets. Ben helped us. He was so courteous. Explained their cabinets and then took our measurements and planned them out for us to understand and how to install. He made sure everything was right and our cabinets were loaded and order complete. This man is someone who sold us on Hoods. The woman at the check out gave us great customer service. now we need a hot water heater and this is the first place we are going to look. THANK YOU Ben!

Dont throw away any sale tickets from here they dont keep them even if its purchased goods. You will need your copy for the store to find it in their own store. Very inconvenient and a hassle if you dont carry your documents with you while inquiring about your product before pick up. Just a heads up!

Usually the staff are aloof and not helpful. Yesterday was an exception. The young flooring guy was very helpful. If youre looking for something other than flooring, dont expect anyone to notice youre even in the store.

I have used Hoods for many years when doing rehabs. I did not realize until recently how much I saved, but a recent kitchen total cabinet replacement job, I took a quote from Lowes and worked with Ben in Farmington, and he saved me hundreds of dollars. I now shop Hoods first before I look anywhere else.
