So I bought a pc about a year ago and it had some pretty good specs like GeForce rtx 2060 and a i7 9700k, but I realized that only after having it for a little bit that the WiFi couldn’t connect to my pc and it would say it would but it wouldn’t load anything, and my wife would work on every other device but my pc.

Brought in pc parts so they could build them, they told me they were backed up because of covid and that it would take a couple of weeks for them to get to my build, which I was okay with. Two months later they finally get my pc built and did not seat my cpu correctly and did not use enough thermal paste causing it to overheat and blue screen. Took it somewhere else and had it fixed within an hour.

Edit: The owner reached out and offered to refund my payment and to get the computer back in. This means a great deal to me. It seems a few things fell through the cracks paired with other customers lead to my long wait time.Had an issue with my computer and called to make an appointment on December 21, 2020.  They said they had an opening on January 11, 2021.  They did say they were somewhat backed up and it may take 3 weeks after it was dropped off.  I was ok with that.  I dropped it off and 4 weeks went by and nothing.  I called they said it just made it to the bench and they started working on it.  Great.Another 2 weeks and still nothing.  After going in there and talking to them, they told me the information they found that I already knew and it still wasnt fixed.  I decided to take it elsewhere.Im not sure why I had to make an appointment to drop it off if it was going to sit there for 6 weeks with nothing getting done.They wanted to charge me $40 (after having done nothing) even after telling me there was a $20 diagnosis charge before they did any repairs when I dropped it off.  They made no attempt to make it right or keep my business.Your not important to them which is the saddest part because I would have probably paid anything to have my computer back in proper working order.  I prefer to shop local and with small businesses.  Its unfortunate  that Farmington had no other options.  Buyer beware here.

I came in with a laptop that had been needing repairs for several weeks, and they had it fixed up in two hours. Very friendly service, clean store, and they said they offer computer-building commissions. Highly recommend.

They helped me solve why laptop batteries I bought online were not charging. Turns out they were manufactured several years ago and completely shot. I was racking my brain to figure it out and they solved it very quickly. Great customer support. Very prompt service, mine was instant and in less than 30 minutes solved. Sold me that battery I needed and it was very reasonably priced. Very knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend this place.
