Its a good place to buy groceries I think. I just dont know if their items are expensive or less expensive if compared to other stores. But I like it.

Great restaurant, with a large selection of vegan and organic foods. Just be aware that the organic foods are in a separate section from all the rest of the same item - for instance, organic oatmeal isnt with the rest of the oatmeal. And vegan foods are in sections marked Gluten Free. But theyve got it all!

Excellent selection & competitive prices.Cashiers @ multiple checkouts is a huge plus.Refreshing to see a Manager who serves where needed (packing groceries, even) and excited about his job!

A very nice supermarket, we went there near closing time and checked out with a big order. The cashier was very polite and efficient. I may have unwittingly insulted him while trying to be funny and apologize, he was a very nice guy and a great employee.

Thank goodness for Hannaford...the shelves are well stocked and I found everything I was shopping for.....awesome. The only thing that was hard shopping is being short and not being able to reach items so high or too far to the back of shelves and freezers.

Clean store, the meat department is a little oddly set up but the products are easy enough to find.

The manager - Jared - is very rude and invades your space. I have been shopping at this hannaford with no issues for years.Jared - does not stay 6 ft from you but in fact will invade your space and demand you to wear your mask “properly” while other customers are wearing their mask improperly right next to him. Jared singles out customers - clearly. If the rules aren’t going to be followed/enforced by everyone - there should be no singling out of one customer. The store was very empty and I got harassed by Jared. He would not leave me alone after I adjusted my mask to meet his needs. The customer next to me during this time was wearing her mask improperly and nothing was done. I asked Jared to stay 6 ft away and he did not do so. I won’t be shopping here to get harassed ever again. I’m sure nothing will be done about his behavior - but this guy should go.

I love the Farmington Hannafords ... but they never have the potato hot dog rolls or potato hamburger rolls that all the other Hannafords have. But ..I sure do love their General Tao Chicken nuggets !!

Great place to shop bring your own bags tho

Our local hannaford is our favorite grocery store. Best produce. Exactly what we need. Easy to find. We often go back and forth to Augusta, Oxford, or Portland and drive by multiple Hannafords... but we always chose to wait and stop at this one on the way home.

No bike racks to lock up my bike.

It would be nice to have trashcans outside in the parking lot. Itd be more efficient instead of employees picking up litter that may have not ended up on the ground in the first place . Also using self check is pointless because there is no one to even help you .when I go in a store, I want to be quick but thats impossible when noone around to help you.

I have not personally been to this establishment because I live in Florida. However on 1/12 my mother who has COPD went shopping. She is unable to wear a mask due to oxygen levels. An employee took it upon himself to go get her a shield. She stated that this gentleman walked around the store to find her and give her this shield. 👏👏👏👏 This man showed exceptional customer service. Thank you for looking out for my mom when I cant 😁

Bought my daughter a birthday cake picked up 7/9/2020, usually have a good experience this is why I chose their bakery. I was decently impressed with her unicorn cake, however they’re was a large crack under the writing when it was handed to me, I had to fix this when I got it home and the frosting was not covering the entire top of the cake. I ordered a marble cake with traditional frosting and got a chocolate cake with traditional... probably won’t be going back to get another cake from here.

They are allways clean and curtious. People are always efficutent.

Overall a nice place, but customers don’t pay attention to covid related entrances and exits. A little cramped for a Hannaford, but overall has good prices and things are easy to find.

My husband and I and friends shop here frequently and Ive got to say that the staff and supervisor and bosses are friendly smiling comfortable ppl to be around. They are prompt, professional and caring. They all have great customer value skills. I appreciate everybody there. Its a great place to shop for your friends, your boss, your family. They are neat and tidy and a well organized environment and establishment. Things are comfortably in order .

For some reason my coupons are not coming off. I punch pennies and I cant afford to have coupons not coming off.

I always have the best conversations with the staff. Deron was awesome and hilarious. And we (a randomly elderly customer that I met in line) decided he should be employee of the month. Too damn expensive for me personally

Reasonably priced food, depending on what you get. Sometimes food goes bad a little sooner than expected but only by a day and its not often at all except with potatoes. Very clean, very nice staff. Definitely a good place to do some shopping.

Better produce than walmart fo sho

This place was great. It was super clean inside and was very well stocked. They just installed a Chargepoint DC Fast charger in the parking lot for electric vehicles with level 2 chargers in the parking lot. The deli meat was absolutely delicious even though it wasnt boarshead. The checkout process was very quick and efficient and the bathrooms were immaculate. Such a pleasure to shop here. And the addition of the charging stations will make this my preferred grocery store when Im in town.

Hannaford had almost everything we were looking for one of their butchers made suggestions to us and was off the clock. At the check out the adittude of the cashier was verry cheerful. I highly suggest shopping here.

I love Hannaford. Their selection is great and their meat and produce is always fresh. I like that they have some local, Maine food as well. Not everyone can get to a Farmers market but at least here you can shop at a larger chain and still support some local farmers.

I wouldnt shop here if you can. They do not require masks and are not taking the cdc guidelines seriously. There is always too many people and about 40% with no mask.

Clean, easy to shop. Aisles are wide enough, well marked, and well stocked. Fresh produce.

I truly find their prices comparable to ALL of their competitors. The quality of their produce and meats are unmatched and their customer service is fantastic. If they dont carry what youre looking for then they will put it on their shelves, no one else does that!

Im very partial to Hannaford, because a brief time living where there werent any showed me that other grocery stores just werent as good. But the Farmington Hannaford in particular has, not just SOME great employees, but almost solely great, kind, and helpful employees. The store stays clean and well organized, and there are great deals on food every week.

Great supermarket to get all the groceries you need. Surprised to see the vegatarian options in the frozen food section. Many vegetarian products right beside the deli. Gluten free selection in the bakery area seemed good.

I will always purchase our food at Hannafords. Nice clean store, clean deli, meat counter excellent. I believe my food is better. The employees are very congenial and helpful. I love my Hannafords. Oh, and did I say plenty of parking easy in easy out!

Its a good place to get groceries but if you buy a cart full after 8 you may have to bag em yourself on the floor. As they have the customer service double as the cashier.

Farmington Hannaford is the best. Ive been to a lot of Hannafords and the set up in farmington feels nicest. I think the ceiling is lower so it feels more relaxing.

Not all Hannafords are the same. Selection is based on the area. Obviously this makes sense but it can be challenging. Theyre all good, clean and have helpful staffs but if you are coming from away make sure you bring more exotic ingredients with you.
