I went in here looking to add a rifle to my safe.Instead I was met with short rude answers.I was actually looking to spend some money.The people that were in there werent shopping, just handling boxes of available rounds and handing them back, handling rifles and pistols and handing them back, no one was really there to buy anything.I am not coming back to this place, Im going down the road to spend my hard earned money where I am appreciated. Courtesy and respect matter to me.

I really wanted to like this store. Every time I was met with politics or a rant. The gun store owner told me he didn’t care what I wanted and continued to lecture me about his personal options. Every experience was just bad. I’ll recommend to stay away from this shop.

Never had felt the need for writing a google review. However, this store deserves one. One star that is. Customer service was horrible. The “salesman” dry fired a pistol in my direction if not directly at me. If that wasn’t bad enough, he tried to show how to use the small pistols as if they were toys, putting them in the side of coworkers and himself.I was looking for something for my wife and the guy wouldn’t even let me handle any of the firearms long enough to know if I liked how it functioned. He seemed to think by his irrational over explanations and poor demonstrations he would make a sale.Because of this unprofessionalism, I will not bring this place my business or offer recommendations to their establishment.

Dont waste your time here. They have a hostile attitude and treat their customers like morons. Your money is better spent somewhere else. I just left after arrogant and rude treatment and will never go back.I will advise anyone who asks to stay away. Not the first time theyve been rude here.

Know what you’re talking about, know what you’re looking for. These people will make you uncomfortable unless you do know what you’re talking about or looking for. Be very specific or the elderly lady wearing glasses that is sitting behind the counter will very loudly laugh at you. Not purchasing anything here anymore or recommend to anyone. This is the attitude I have always heard about from this place as well. Good luck Kimo Vista in an environment that requires its people to stand together in a rough time

Not much in stock on top of everyone being rude.

Several friends and colleagues of mine always recommend this place and Ive tried several times to shop here. I dont know whether its strings of bad luck/timing, but every single time I go in here the guy working is rude, short, and condescending. The attitudes have ranged from if youre not going to buy something stop wasting my time to YOURE the reason we are shut down because its YOUR governor keeping us closed during the covid-19 as if the guy doesnt live in NM and its not his governor too. The first and second time i thought it might just be an off day, but as my friends kept recommending me this place, Ive given it 5 tries and each time is the same. Ill definitely never come back and will keep my business at local pawn shops rather than with these rude jerks.

I would take my business elsewhere if I where you, not very helpful and very rude. I want to purchase an item and was given a lecture on what I wanted for my personal use. Felt very unwelcome.

Used handguns and some are little pricey for used ones. Not very much selection but I bought one that I liked and it was good price. Probably get another one in future but brand new.

BEST GUN STORE IN THE 4 CORNERS! Staff and atmosphere is just incredible. They have a little bit of everything. If they dont have it they can get it for you ASAP.

Staff was rude and gave the facade of gun knowledge but really had no idea what they were talking about once I started asking questions. They also never answer the phone when you call. It blows my mind to see that people gave good reviews on this business and felt the staff was knowledgeable. I never really expect a lot of gun store clerks but this definitely took the cake as the worst experience Ive had in a Gun store. If I could give zero stars I would.

I like the store and its available selection but every time I have gone in I get a condescending attitude thrown at me if I dont know something and the place feels very unwelcoming. Its a problem as it makes this place a last resort for me to shop at in spite of knowing they probably have what Im looking for.
