A very pleasant experience as I spontaneously stopped by, considering a new home for my property. I was treated with kindness, respect and dignity. I felt like family as I was greeted and walked through the homes, options and purchasing process. No typical sales tactics, but rather my inquiring steps forward were facilitated nicely and professionally.

We recently purchased a manufactured double wide home and we appreciate immensely all the help from Desmond and his team of Professionals to bring our home, set it up along with various contractors that came to put our home together. Desmond kept in touch with us regarding progress along the way. We started the paperwork nine months ago to the end result of a new home today. I would pass along to future home buyers to plan on being displaced for about 6 weeks and any upgrades with electricity to plan ahead as we had to upgrade power from a regular 100 amps to 200 amps. The delivery/set up crew had great communication with us on updated delivery status. Dennis and his crew did a very outstanding and professional job on the house both, the exterior and interior. Karsten Direct Homes was so great to work with! They answered all of my questions, even when I was calling with them everyday. I am now in my new home and am loving it! Went buy to see what kind of home options they have. The manager Des pretty arrogant regarding finances. He thinks he knows everything about every situation. Spent most of my time justifying why I wanted a home at a certain location. Des has a lot to learn in customer service instead of arguing with your potential customers and watching cartoons spend more time working with them and answering their questions. Hate to say it but due to the managers “Des” we will not be purchasing a home from this place.

My cousin bought a new home from these guys a few months back and i helped him through the process. Everything was great EXCEPT the company they use for transport from Albuquerque. I recommend you find your own transport and set up. Other than that everything went smoothly.

They are all talk and no action. Promise they fix everything but they dont.

We bought a Karsten Modular two years ago. It was installed 1.5 years ago and we absolutely love our home. Service from Homes Direct has been above and beyond any time we have called. A water line in a wall started to leak and they were out the next day to fix it. They replaced a damaged cabinet and drywall so everything looks like new. I cant speak highly enough of their excellent service. Des and his team are great to work with.

Best people I have ever met! Went out of their way to help out when they could. Brenda, Desmond, and Dawn, great people. When we had an issue with the deposit, Dawn went out of her way to get it resolved. She definitely went above and beyond her job. When we were faced with the possibility of having to downgrade the home we wanted, Brenda sat down with us and worked out different avenues to get the house we wanted. Desmond helped us when we needed a hand with some not so happy outcomes on purchasing land. All in all a great group of people who are more than willing to help out! Highly recommended!

Nice homes they did not ask me for fin info just had to sign in at the front office and was free to look no pressure to buy very friendly office staff.

We were in the market for some homes and had a lot of questions. They accommodated us perfectly, were professional, patient, and answered every question we had. Thank you for such a pleasent experience!!! We most certainly will be purchasing through these people in the very near future!

I dont recomend this place to buy a home because the manager is rude and the man we had for a salesman is no longer employeed here so they always tyell us that what the salesman told us was wrong even tho we signed papers that say we are right so they dont care about us anymore beacuse they already got paid so now we dont matter. YOU NEED TO FIX THE STUFF THAT IS COVERED ON A WARANTY OR TELL THE CUSTOMER THAT THERE IS NOT A WARANTY SO THEY ARENT MAD AT YOU.

The buying and purchasing the home from HD was easy. But the overall process of verifying our home included all the details and changes we wanted was not good, we spent a lot of time double checking ourselves with the builders we had the changes made. The mtnc. guys they use for repairs after your home is put together were very slow and unresponsive...5 months after and still waiting to hear from the mtnc guy....? 4 corners area be advised of this.

Terrible customer service. Dont go to them. Want all sorts of your info before they even allow you to look at their inventory!

Have had our home for a little over two years now and already have three large areas in the floor where the wood is coming up. They didn’t even put the floor down right. We have two walls that are so crooked you cant even hang things on it. Don’t buy from these people.

Please save yourself the headache!! DO NOT purchase from this place. When my home was delivered, the roofing and shingles were placed sloppy which resulted in a leaking roof. Caused different areas of my ceiling in the kitchen and bedrooms to bubble. They are a ZERO.
