Crazy expensive!! People absolutely deserve to know what theyre getting into price-wise before going through a long fitting process. Even when I asked, they said oh well get to that later. I was thinking maybe Id pay $300 or so for the thorough fitting and nice running shoes and some plastic inserts. Nope. They wanted me to pay $1200+! I didnt even pay that when I saw the real podiatrist! It seems like a well-calculated plan to invest your time into the fitting process and feel like you cant back out when they ring you up at the end.Long story short, if you want their business, great. Just know what youre getting into.

This is my first time in a Good Feet store. Carolyn is great. Very thorough. She listened to my concerns and gave great suggestions. I definitely recommend the product and working with Carolyn.

I walked into the Good Feet your Farmington, Utah store knowing almost nothing about the store. I was met by a sales rep who immediately went into her diagnosis of my feet problems. I was ask if I had pain in my feet, ankles, knees and back. I told her that I had a lot of pain in my feet when walking, but that I didn’t have pain anywhere else. I also explained that I was going on a walking trip in 10 days and that is why I came into the store. She put some arch supports on the floor and checked my balance. My balance improved a bunch when I was standing in the supports. She brought out an arch support kit, a pair of house slippers and showed me a foot vibrator. She said these items should relieve my foot pain. She then prepared my invoice, which I thought might be $200-$300. Turned out to be $1600. I was floored by the extremely high Cost!! It would have been better to have had some sort of estimated cost sheets displayed somewhere in the store, but there wasn’t. I was so desperate to get rid of my foot pain that I decided to buy the goods. I felt like I had been totally scammed. I went through the extremely painful break-in process for the next 10 days and then went on my trip. Not only did I not get foot relief, but I had extreme pain in my ankles, knees, back and it aggravated an old ruptured disc in my neck. I was in so much pain that I had to remove the arch supports and go back to my normal footwear for the rest of my trip. I should have just walked out of the store when I saw the No Return clause in my sales agreement. I visited the good feet store because I had definitely been neglecting my feet for so long and as the longer shifts at work came so did the pain in my feet I came in and was immediately greeted by Jon who is amazing by the way he walked me through everything and gave me many different options I purchased the maintainers and a new pair of hey dudes and I love them both!! My feet have never felt better I highly recommend visiting the good feet store and make sure to ask for Jon he is the best!!! If he hasn’t gotten a raise he definitely deserves one!!!Thank you good feet store!!!

I went to the Farmington store. And Jon was Fantastic. He wasnt pushy, he was so accommodating giving me a bottled water and so patient with me. I had a pair for 13 years and left them in a pair of shoes I had tried on at a store. I was devistated. The price really went up but I had such an emotional experience when I tried all 3 inserts. Tears just started to roll down my face they felt so good under my feet. And Jon was so understanding. I said Im so sorry. He made me feel so comfortable. So I bought the 3 pack for $1,300. I really cant afford to pay that but they made me feel so good in them. They help me to stand straighter and take the pressure off my bad toe. Thank You Jon

The sales guy was very nice and personable that’s why it gets 2 stars. Otherwise, the company itself, not so great. I wore the inserts provided for 2 days and could hardly walk after that my feet hurt so bad. I called the store to inquire about returning them and was told there is a NO return policy. They wanted me to come in and they would adjust the inserts to try to help me. If that didn’t help then I could return them for store credit. What else would I buy in the store for $1300???? Socks? 10 pairs of shoes? No. Fortunately, I was able to resolve this through the 3rd party company I financed them through. Yes, I said financed. $1300 is a lot to most of us! They do not mention the NO return policy during the sales pitch. I feel bad for those who are unable to resolve their problems and are stuck paying this amount for something that doesn’t help!

The workers are very good salesmen, but remember you dont have to buy everything they try to sell you on.I have Freibergs disease and the strengthener inserts are very helpful for day-to-day activities. The other two inserts (maintainers and relaxers) do not work well for me.The representatives did work with me until I was completely satisfied, which I really appreciated.

My husband has been having foot pain for about 2 years. We have tried every insert and shoe on the market and nothing helped. We had heard about the good feet store and decided to give it a try. We met with John and he was amazing. He was not pushy and let my husband decide exactly what he wanted. We did not buy the shoes, as he has a closet full, but we did buy the inserts, my husband is so happy .. No more foot pain!! I can say they were pricey, but after spending so much money on different shoes and different inserts it was way worth it. I would highly recommend The Good Feet Store and John did a great job helping my husband!!

Probably the worst money I have ever spent. Very predatory sales tactics designed to take advantage of people in pain. The best part is after 5 days of wearing them my feet hurt WAY worse then they did before. Not a surprise they make you sign something that says no refund no matter what before you leave. If you’re thinking about going to Good Feet, don’t. My advice is go see a doctor and save yourself $1200.Edit- within a couple hours of leaving this review Jennifer at the Farmington store reached out to me and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I bumped them up two stars for customer service being very proactive.

Buyer beware. There is no 30 day return policy. The inserts and shoes my daughter got hurt her feet and caused her to wobble on her ankles. When we tried to return the inserts within the 30 day trial period, they refused to refund our money. She had worn the shoes twice so we knew we couldnt return those. This was a very expensive shoe purchase that will never be used. Other family members shopping there realized the trap and refused to purchase. Wishing now we had done the same.

My hip use to pop out of place often, and my feet would tire after long periods of cooking in the kitchen. Jenn helped me get the basic supports as well as a replacement tennis shoe. Im more comfortable standing / walking and notice less pressure and popping with my hips. Thankyou!

I was having severe heel pain in both my feet after a week hiking at Capital Reef National park. I at first thought it was just bruised heels. But after a year of no improvement, I thought I’d see if arch supports would help. I was doubtful, but willing to try anything because the pain was so bad. The pain was noticeably better immediately and completely gone in about a month. So that was 3 years ago. The last month or so, the pain returned especially after long hikes. I remember something about maybe a lifetime warranty, but again, I was skeptical. Who really lives up to their word now days? Well Korinne at the Farmington store did!! She looked at the old ones and said, yes, they’ve lost their spring. I didn’t have to argue or plead or anything. She was sweet pleasant and extremely helpful. And replaced all of them. It was easy, pleasant and my feet are once again happy!!!!!

I was really excited to get some help with my shin splint pain so I went to the good feet store in Farmington UT. We got there and “Jennifer” helped us. She was very nice during her sales pitch, but she didn’t tell me the buying options I had. She sold me ALL the in-souls and didn’t give me prices on anything. When she rang everything up it came to over $1,300........ I was shocked and embarrassed. I literally felt like I had been taken advantage of. When I looked at the total all she said was “what kind of card will you be using?’” She also said they offer financing through Care Credit: which is a revolving installment loan. I asked her if it would be a hard inquiry on my credit because I am in the process of buying a house and she said it wouldn’t be a hard inquiry.... I KNOW that is a lie. I work at a financial institution and see many care credit lines on credit reports. Anything that will report as a trade line on your credit report will be a hard inquiry.She also made me write a review before leaving the store. She coached me on how to do it and TOLD me what to say so it would reflect well her and the store. I decided to wait until I left the store to write my honest review.I left that sore in TEARS. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

They took the time to make sure that the inserts I purchased were the best ones for me. I went in to look at my options originally. I had to leave before making a final decision. When I went back, the inserts that we thought would work best turned out not to. I went with a whole different set up. The staff are top notch and really care about getting it right.

John at the Good Feet store was awesome, checks in regularly and makes sure the inserts are helping out. Service is a 5 star. I’d give the price a 4 star as it is on the more expensive end. My feet have had less pain since using their product.

Biggest scam ever. Wore the insoles for the 30 days as directed and it made my feet hurt even worse finally after 6 months I gave up and bought a great pair of boots from “OrthoFeet” online and now I am walking with very little pain.

Lane was a good sales person. But she did not explain that I could buy just the portion in felt I needed. So I spent way above my retired income Budget. I do need to go back as 1 set of the orthodix I can not wear at all they hurt my feet. The day pair works well! Again you do not need to buy everything they show you. But you feel like it is the whole package or none.

One week ago doing business in Farmington, UT I stopped by the Good Feet Store. Met a sales representative named Jon. Explained my problems with feet pain that I’ve had my entire adult life. He measured my feet and explained the process of finding the proper shoes and using 3 different sets of arch supports. I was given time to try out the products in store and ask questions. Written instructions were provided for me to take home. Jon, thank you for what you did, what you said, and who you are. I live in Salt Lake City and the drive to Farmington was worth it to have Jon help me with my feet. Again, I thank you Jon (or at least my feet do).

Jon was very informative. He took the time to explain to us how everything worked. He is a valuable asset to this store!

More interested in selling a $400 insert than meeting the needs of the customer. I have had better advice from running stores than from the Good Feet salesperson.

I visted good feet in Farmington and a very kinda employee named John approached me, he had great customer service and did a great job all together. He gave me all the information I needed I will for sure be coming back.

I came into the good feet store to help me with my hurting feet from work. I got insoles and shoes to help my feet but it also gave support to my joints, I have had rheumatoid arthritis for 4 years and very much wanted to protect my joints and they helped me with that. The nice lady Jennifer in the Farmington branch helped me out and made sure everything about my feet felt good and fit my needs.

My experience was very pleasant and Jon the salesman was helpful, informative and very easy to talk too, I recommend visiting the store and listening to the information they give you, I was skeptical at first and the cost was a bit pricey, but walking with the recommended inserts was a pleasant experience, I had a sore right foot when I visited the store, and still have pain but Ican tell that once I have become accustomed to the inserts that I will not injure my foot again from faulty shoes, Yes expensive, but if I can prevent myself from this pain I have been having for the cost of the program it is money well spent.

They wanted me to pay $1600 for 2 pairs of shoes…There are no prices anywhere in the store, the sales person spoke very broken english and it took me 1,5 hrs to get to the register, only to find out i was going ti have to pay $1600 for 2 pairs of shoes.

It took years to find something that worked for my feet. Ive got extremely flat feet and these inserts have made all the difference. John was especially helpful in picking out the set that I needed. He took the time and listened to my needs.

I was in desperate need of some foot pain relief. I had been to a Podiatrist numerous time, spending big $ to no avail! Finally after hearing the Good Feet ads, I thought I had to give it a chance. When I got there I was immediately treated like family. They walked me through the process, found the right inserts, and were very accommodating with my agenda. I bought the strengtheners, promising to come back for the rest of the program if it worked. Well needless to say I am back. There was supposed to be a break in period, but I was wearing them full time by the time I went back to my second shift of work. I am a diesel mechanic and spend about %80 of my day on my feet on hard concrete. So my foot pain was really affecting my life. The Good Feet store became a light in a dark tunnel. Thanks so much to Bobbi, Lexi, Laine for such a fantastic and literally life changing experience at their store. They really take pride in what they do and it really shows.

Updating my review. The staff is quite nice and when it was apparent that the orthotics weren’t going to work for me, they did let me return them.

I wasn’t sure if the Good Feet Store could help but I had major pain in my foot so I was willing to try anything. These insoles really do work and my feels 90% better after just a few weeks

THRER ARE NO REFUNDS! It is VERY EXPENSIVE and no one told us that there were no refunds. It was so annoying. They were nice in the store, but I dont recommend.

This is one of the worst businesses. They wanted lots of money for worthless inserts. And there is no refund.I read another review on this site who went and saw Dr Warby instead so I decided to try it. He had my insurance pay for better inserts. I didn’t have to pay anything. I wish I would have gone to him first instead of wasting my time and money with this store.

This place Is the equivalent of a timeshare presentation. Slick fast talking polished sales people. I don’t care About their exorbitant price if somebody’s Dumb enough to pay it. It’s the fact that there’s no clear pricing. And a no return policy. For less money you can go see a podiatrist and get custom one Of a kind orthotics made just for you instead of some generic size

The first two weeks using the arch supports have been very disappointing at best. My legs hurt so bad I feel like I can’t walk. I have reduced to the first step and still notice my legs hurt. Not sure they are worth the investment! ):

They welcomed me and they had me try things that got rid of my back pain immediately, I’ve never had back pain again since the day I went to the good feet store, I am forever grateful to the good feet store.

Well I’m not sold on them and did not purchase them either. The sales presentation was ok but the final portion talking about the price just about floored me. Not sure how you stay in business when you wanted $1400 for them. I think that is a bit ridiculous for them when it is some padding and molded plastic. Not sure why I keep getting info asking about how I like them when I did not purchase them.

Very friendly knowledgeable staff.I think they have a great plan for back/feet pain. They were however a lot more expensive than I thought. So its going to take some thought to decide if Im going to go with this plan.Outside of the cost I highly recommend it

Good store. The person that helped me was very helpful and thoughtful. It was definitely a positive experience. And I could feel a difference right way . I had less knee pain, better balance and felt more stable. They are a bit expensive, but it’s worth the money to feel better.

They were very kind and knowledgeable, even knew about Mortons Neuroma and which supports would work best for that. Tried several until we found a good fit. I will definitely be purchasing them when I save up enough to do so.

Everyone needs to read my review before going to the store. They don’t tell you the price until you are at the checkout. It’s very high priced ($1000) for what you get, which are cheap off the shelf devices in the back room that are not custom. And there is no refund at all. None. You are out $1000. They didn’t not work and only made my feet hurt. The pressure they put on you is like a used car salesman.I went and saw Dr Warby in Layton and his orthotics were very comfortable and completely covered by my insurance. I asked about this at Good Feet and they blew me off. I wish I would have known this before I went.

Went to explore the Farmington Good Feet Store. Seen all the comercials, being Im a diabetec with neuropathy thaught I would see what they had to offer.I was met at the door by Alex, who greeted me and asked how he could help me. I told him my situation and he in detail explained their program and options. I tried several arch supports and Alex fitted me with the recommended product I needed for my condition. I was sold after wearing them around the store, especially with the life time guarantee . Alex was very knowledgeable concerning my problem and their productTheir customer service is great. I returned to the store the next day for a little adjustment, and met Jennifer and Laine along with Alex they were all terrific. I purchased more accessories. So far my neuropathy and a bad knee issue are feeling alot better.For me this was a great investment and you cant go wrong with Alex, Jennifer or Laine for taking care of you and your needsWes Goldberry....

Super friendly staff. Answered tons of my questions. I felt really pressured to buy and I am not happy with the product. I have been back to try different arches and my feet are in more pain now then before I started using the arches. They say you can exchange them as many times as needed for the first 3 years but I live 100+ miles away so it isnt practical for me to drive back and forth. They said they could mail me replacements.....never happened or even offered again once I actually bought them. Very frustrated and a HUGE waste of money for me.

I went to Good Feet in Farmington Station in desperation. I have had extremely bad flat feet my entire life and have dealt with a lot of pain. Getting older and gaining weight had only made things worse.Laine was super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable and she hooked me up with exactly what i needed. It wasnt cheap but i have to say that what Laine and Good Feet has done for me has far exceeded the price tag.Its been a year and a half and Ive been in three times and my life has completely changed. I have lost almost 50 pounds and i was able to hike over 25 miles in a single weekend which would have been unheard of before.Laine and Good Feet have literally been a life saver. From the bottom of my heart... Thank you.

This was the biggest wast of time they wanted just shy of $1,400.00 yes that is correct $1,400.00 for arch supports. Yea no thanks I bough a pair for 60.00 on Amazon that will rebuild my arch the same way. Don’t wast your time just do some research and buy them on amazon tell you find the one the works best for you.

I absolutely love this store, the products and the employees. I started having left foot pain, for about 6 months. I went to doctors and physical therapy, had foot wraps and then went to the Good Feet Store and I was welcomed with open arms and my individual needs were respected fully. I was fitted for my inserts having some doubts but I tell you within a day I was literally in relief. I had bounce and zip back in my step. I felt Luke a new person. The price is a bit steep, but theres many options to get the products needed. I highly recommend this product and store and location to anyone It truly will change your life for the better.

I am very happy with the way I was treated at The Good Feet Store. It’s only been a few days, but the pain I’ve suffered with in my feet for years is starting to almost be nonexistent. When I woke up for the first time without pain in my foot, I couldn’t believe it. I am a teacher, and am on my feet all day. This has been the best investment I have made for myself to improve my health and well-being. I look forward to going to work every day and giving my all to my students.

I had a great experience at the store in Farmington, Ut, when I took my daughter in because of the pain in her feet. The girl was friendly & very knowledgeable about the products & foot plan they offer, answering all my questions. The service was excellent & I plan to go there again— but, next time for myself!

Jennifer helped us and she was so so kind and helpful! The price was a lot higher than we were expecting so we didnt end up getting anything, but honestly stellar service and well probably be back to get a single insert.

I’ve had issues since I was 10 with plantar fasciitis. (Im 23 now) It got the the point where I would crawl only in the morning because of the pain. After one month, I never have to take medicine for pain anymore! If you have pain, please go here, don’t live in pain. My helper Jennifer was fantastic and has followed up with my several times making sure I was doing well.

I was having so much hip pain that I had to stop exercising. I started seeing a chiropractor twice a week. After a month of treatment and acupuncture my hip did not get better. I came to the Good Feet Store as my next step in finding a solution. I have worn my strengtheners for a month now and I am back to low impact exercising. My pain has been significantly reduced. I was even able to pay with my flex spending account. It was so worth the money and I should have done it sooner!

Such a clean great store! My foot specialists was very knowledgeable and very kind! They had great options! I just wish when I made the initial appointment, they would have informed me of the initial $$$ investment.

I had such an amazing experience. Came in limping, Walking crooked, hip pain, back pain, wearing rubber shoes cause that’s all I have been able to wear. The good feet store in Farmington is awesome! My mom recommended I come here rather than spend money at the podiatrist and it was laid back and easy to find real solutions to the problems Im having with my feet.

Ive worn the Good Feet system for about 1 1/2 years now. I went in to have my supports checked today with Laine and walked out with new supports as my old ones were literally worn down. This was at no cost due to the lifetime warranty. I had to pay for new cushions, but I had literally worn through them on the sides and big toe area.When I went in to the Good Feet store initially, I was in shock like most customers at the cost. However, Id been to a podiatrist and other than expensive insoles, surgery that might work I didnt like my options.After much contemplation, I bit the bullet and went for it. I have NO regrets. My feet dont hurt any more. No back pain and my alignment is so much better in my body. I dont wake up in the night with feet pain anymore and I didnt have to go through the expense of surgery, as well as the recovery time that would have come with it.Im back to an active lifestyle of walking daily 3-4 miles with no pain, and feel so much better than I did a couple of years ago. Im over 50 now and I know that being able to walk pain-free is a huge thing for me at this time in my life and in the future. Thank you Good Feet!

They are super secretive about the prices-and I can see why. They wont tell you how much the package of stuff they get for you is until it is rung up at the register, which was above $2000 for me! Unless youre made of money (and a lot of it) or want to push just to let them let you try just the shoe, stay away man.

The staff was very helpful and nice but not once was price mentioned until I got to the register with everything rung up. It was outrageous!! I felt blindsided and sick to my stomach that it was soooo much money. I did not end up purchasing anything.

Love the attention to detail. Pain was relieved nearly instantly. Just for the nay sayers on price. The thousands spent on trying to aid my children to walk without damaging their feet/health is beyond the value of sticker shock.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I feel like the products are very overpriced, however for me it is cheaper than surgery to help relieve my pain. I have been using the arch supports for one week now and have had reduced pain in hip, ankles and feet. I will probably be a lifelong customer.

I have been having foot pain for close to a year. I tried insoles and new shoes, nothing was working. I am on my feet constantly, at my job as well as at home. I had been fighting myself about going to The Good Feet store because I thought it was only for the elderly. I walked in and Laine was so friendly and supportive that I felt comfortable. She spent about an hour and a half making sure that everything was just right adjusting the inserts several times. She also stayed after hours to make sure that I got exactly what I needed For the first time in almost a year my feet dont hurt!

Fantastic experience and service from Laine. Be prepared for the sick of the price. Its not for the weak of heart. 😁

Jennifer Was very friendly and took the time to find what was going to be best for my husband and I and went over many options with us she even tied and untied and tied and untied our shoes for us a million times even found the hubby a new pair of shoes thanks Jennifer from the good feet store in farmington utah

I have a bad achy right heel. REALLY HURTS, like walking on glass shards. Jennifer met me at the door and dedicated the next 45 minutes to JUST ME! I walked (without pain) outta the store such a happy person. I’m do my daily routine and am loving the relief.Thank you GOOD FEET store.

I have been suffering with Mortons Neuroma for over 2 years now. I researched the Good Feet store. But, I didnt find many (if any) reviews about relief from Mortons Neuroma. After weighing my options, injections that dont last, surgery or continued suffering, I decided to make a visit. I was so excited with my personalized fitting! I felt instant relief while walking through the store with my new inserts. They fit in the shoes I wore that day. They also fit in the shoes in my wardrobe. I made sure to check when I got home. I thought it would be a one size fits all approach. I also thought it was what you leave with is what you get. I was so mistaken. If after a while you feel like its not quite working, you can go back and have adjustments made. I am a raving fan on day one. Ill update as I move through the process. Cant wait to get back to the gym and hiking again. Thank you Good Feet store!

The shoes were $120 which I thought was ok. But after the got through with everything my bill was $1498 Dollors. Way to expensive. Wished I had declined. Would not recommend anybody to go there.Senior citizen on fixed income.!!!

My wife and I went in today. After 1 1/2 hours of testing and fitting and instructions, the plan was laid out in cost. If they would have started out with this fact, we would have saved our time for something worthwhile. $2738.29, for plastic insoles, I’m all for a company or individual earning a living, but that’s on the very extreme side. On a positive note... Dr. Schol’s is still in business 😁. Hopefully this saves you some time.
