A huge Kmart with an enormous parking lot. The store is very clean and theres a nice selection of merchandise. Sales help can be hard to find. There are almost never any lines.

If you have an issue, management makes it right. Bought a bike for my son and it was not assembled properly by the contractor they use to assemble their merchandise. The crank came apart while he was riding and because he could have gotten hurt (luckily he didnt), the manager gave me a choice of an exact replacement or a more expensive bike at a 50% discount. Walked out very happy with a better bike and $80 refunded to me. Maybe it was just that manager but the customer service went way beyond what i would consider reasonable compensation.

KMart, you need to do better, and fast. Its a shame, because you have some great products and are a neighborhood landmark, but youre surviving barely only on your brands fumes. Your prices are more expensive, your store is empty, and it looks bare, dusty, and shelves are not stocked. Its haphazardly organized and looks like a poorly managed war zone. You need to do better or a bankruptcy/corporate reorganization will be on your horizon-if it isnt already.

Great store right across from Applebees and McDonalds plus all over the country Kmart is closed or closing but in our county they are doing well.

Staff is extremely helpful. Store is always clean and in order. Lines sometime form a little longer than Id prefer but overall I love this store.

Stop here every once in a while. Would give it a 5, but once while I was shopping some weirdo employee (or at least I assume) kept following me around and even started asking things like Can I help you even though I clearly didnt need help? She said this more than once while I was in the same section. She was also kind of creepy looking with crooked teeth and a overly wide smile.She was also wearing a Kmart shirt which looked like it was from the 90s and wasnt wearing the usual red vest. Definitely weird.

Gone down hill in recent years, place is messy and expensive! Place is loaded with disgustingly perverted illegals that stare at your wife and daughters as if they are pieces of meat!!! Pharmacy and its staff are the only thing good in that place!

This kmart is my favorite on the island. they have a nice selection. The store is always neat and the customer service ice is great

The sales of great but the cashiers need to be a little bit more knowledgeable of what they are doing and the on-duty supervisor or manager should come to the aid when they ask for it not to let the customer keep waiting until they finish a personal conversation

I have purchased many items from kmart in farmingdale, n.y.. Recently I purchased a coffee pot my wife didn’t like. She washed the pot clean, repacked it in the factory packing, and I returned the pot back to the same Kmart WITH the receipt. The clerk refused to process the return because she claimed the box was slightly wet, She gave me a store credit instead. And she wasn’t nice about it. So I selected a replacement pot with the credit issued, As it turns out...the new pot needs to be turned on twice in the morning. Once to preheat the water....then again to turn the pot on. That’s too much work for coffee. So I return again with the second pot...dry box factory packed...with the intention of buying a Keurig pot. The store refused the return because the store credit from Kmart they issued me did not keep record of the pot I purchased on it. Sad. Store manager said nothing we can do. So I left the $50 coffee maker on the counter...I left the $5 gift card from Kmart as well and told the manager I will never shop at his store again. He couldn’t care less. That’s ok. I changed my pharmacy today so I no longer need to ever return to that store again. Over a credit on an item they admit I purchased there. And when you go on line to send a complain on line—-there is no way to contact anyone. No one to talk to. They divert you to a lawyer website. Goodbye Kmart.

Was just told that this store will not honor the prices they have listed using their in store app. You have to purchase it online... For in store pick up.The policy makes no sense and is illegal. Manager didnt seem to care. Check the online price before buying anything here, theyre trying to rip people off.

K mary looks a lot better than I remember it looking about a year ago.

Its Kmart. Like any others. I would personally goto Walmart or Target or Sears to buy the things that I could get in Kmart. Blue light special is random and personally I think what the blue light price offers that should be the regular sales price of their product. Its on a busy road but store is not so busy. Store is clean and employees are customer friendly.

This store needs to be put out of business!Today I went to buy something in housewares with my daughter .Dont ever let your child bring in a toy with them today she had a LoL doll with her that I bought at Target and while checking out at the register the cashier thought the lol doll was from Kmart, I told her its from Target and she said its store policy that they hold onto the toy til I show a reciet,so I go to the car in the cold get the reciet and now have to wait on the customer service line to get my daughters toy back.Its a shame they treat people like criminals Im never shopping there again!The workers have the nerve to get nasty with me .Poor place to shop.

This is one of the poorest excuse of a store. Shopping here is not good. Prices are nothing special, and a poor return policy. The store is so unorganized .The store is so desolate and the shelves are bare in many areas of the store. It looks so pathetic and cheap garbage clothing there is no reason to ever come back. Walking in here it feels like 1980 all over again.Maybe we’ll get lucky and both Kmart and Sears will go out of business soon.

I never shop at Kmart but I had an emergency and had to buy some stuff there about a week ago. However I had to return 2 items . the cashier lady gave me back cash istead of putting the money back on my card. I went home and the next da I try to use the cash she gave me the previous day and guess what when I paid the store owner told me I had a fake. $10 bill. So I called KMart they gave me the run around. THE MANAGER SAID HOW CAN YOU PROVE YOU GOT IT FOM THIS STORE. HELLO! I JUST FINISH TELLING YOU THAT I GOT IT FROM YOUR STORE..WATCH OUT FOR THIS STORE CHECK YOUR BILLS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE

If I would have the option to rate them 0 stars, I would do it. This store is horrible. Bad customer services. The first cashier, Marissa, Assoc#0665 overcharged me for items. I honestly did not pay attention as they use this old fashion registers and I was not able to see what they were charging for. A while after I got home I realized she did not charge the correct amount. Note they had a deal which was, spend $60 and get $60 back, I spent over a $105. I went back to the store with the items she overcharged me and two that I returned (approx $40) as they were not good. The so called Supervisor (the receipt shows Ashley, Assoc#:0527), I am not sure if that was her name or it was the other cashiers name but she told me that I would have to spend more money in order to get to the $60 deal. (Once again I trusted her skills as she used a calculator but apparently she did not know how to add with the calculator). In addition to it she told me that she cant put everything on one receipt as I have to have all items and the total was not more than $60 (which it was). Once again horrible customer services. I went back home and later on returned to the store with all items (third time there now). I do not care about their free money but if they are offering it then they should do as promised. I spoke to this supervisor again (which did not even scan the items nor check them) and she was so puzzled with the numbers. I had to do the math for her and showed her what she did before. Apparently she screwed up somehow and she had to call corporate. She was blaming another supervisor and saying that she messed up the receipt before (not the case). After waiting for almost an hour I said I do not want anything as she was not solving anything. I asked her to refund my money. She refused to do it. . She said that she could only do $20 per day and the store manager was not in, to go back the next day (today). Awful! I told her that I was not willing to go back one more times as they were not gonna refund my fuel. She called corporate again and basically she said I will be getting the $60. I still did not want it as it was so inconvenient for me and the bad customer services. She was not willing to help and acted careless refusing to give me a full refund. I will probably have to go thru my AMEX claim department if they overcharged my credit card. I will not spend fuel to go to that stupid store. I will never shop there again. They are kinda like scammers and obviously that is probably why there are not as many of these stores in Long Island. By reading other reviews they will probably will end up going out of business one day and I would not be sad at all. They need to change their management skills, customer services and have employees that can at least use a calculator, especially someone who is a supervisor. Shame on them!

If youre looking for that one toy thats sold out in every store during Christmas time, u might find it here. The store has a selection of goods comparable to its competitors Wal-Mart and Target, however it doesnt have the same traffic at all. I went there on a Saturday afternoon and the store was empty, save for maybe 10 customers and the bored staff. A positive side to this is that you can get in and out without having to wait forever at the register due to crowdiness, but if this K mart continues to attract so little customers I fear it may go the way of circuit city and go bankrupt.

I want to commend Trina for all her help, I went in to buy a tv for a friend for her birthday, we had trouble ordering it on the computer, Trina had the patience of a saint, and was being overwhelmed by customers, she kept her composure .I have worked in retail 40 years, I have been in management for a great part of that, as a male I didnt have this much patience, I promised her I would write this, after finding out that the tv would cost 160$ to ship we said forget it, as I was leaving the store, I said you know what she was so great Im going to buy another tv thats all, so you guys just got more business because of her .I will be back to see if management acknowledged this th again trina!!!

Al the cashier with white hair is a crabby old man. Its ok Al, its not your fault your old. These things happen, try not to be soo rude and lie to your customers.

Kmarts are normally pricier but this one is normally clean and easier to walk around with not too many products in the aisles compared to other kmarts

Lines take forever and theres never more then one or 3 registers open. The parking lot is awful to push cart or baby carriage thru its so rocky you shake your child awake and items purchased are bouncing out of bags!
