Best bagels around. Always fresh with a nice variety. Breakfast sandwiches just as good. Friendly staff. I would highly recommend!

Always a great bagel or a great egg sandwich. I often get scrambled eggs and sausage on an egg everything bagel. Its delicious!

Substandard across the board. Employees rolled their eyes and very rude. Food alright at best. Would not recommend. If for some reason you do not take my advice and choose to come here make sure you ask for them to toast your bagel. They will gladly skip this step to save time.

Good baGels but they dont carry my muffin banana chip which is a bummer but I still go there good egg sandwich also

Fix your hours info. Says you open at 5:30 but I was there before the employees and door sign says 6am not cool I drove and waited there for no reason only to have to go somewhere else bc I wasnt going to wait another half hour

So I went in for a bacon egg white and cheese on a bagel....the young lady who had red hair took my order...she goes over by the grill toasted my bread walked away started taking other orders...there was another lady making the sandwiches...some kind of way 5 different sandwiches where made but mine was not one of them after about 6 minutes of waiting I decided to ask for my money back thats when a Chinese man came over(assuming he was the owner) and going day oh sometimes it get busy your food is going to be made right now...I said no give me back my money Ive been standing here and watch people get there food ...wont go back that didnt seat well with me at all

In my opinion they are average. Not bad and not outstanding. But ok. Its convenient

Gave me 3 extra bagels free with a dozen. Prices good. Bagels were good. Two counter people were sweet and engaging and funny. I read the negs and people can have a bad day. Ill come back.

DO NOT GO TO THIS BAGEL STORE! This bagel store turned away a veteran who may not have looked well taken care of while sombofy was trying to buy him coffee. The owner told this veteran that he scares customers away.This is repulsive!!!! As a community we do not need people like this near us. The owner is not that nice and often snotty at times. What happened to getting to know your customers. Not a place I want to bring my children. Many women in this community have brought this up and will not be going to this bagel place.

I ate here this morning and I loved my everything bagel with egg/cheese and tomato it was so good!! Best bagel I’ve had everrrr!!! The prices were very reasonable.. I will definitely come back ❤️

Great place for breakfast, down the street from the Ramada Plaza (whos buffet breakfast is lacking the buffet). The Hungry Man sandwich will leave you full all day and the coffee isnt half bad....I would return if given the chance.

Waiting a very long time for being the next customer. Lady helping me with tattoos forget what she was doing immediately after I placed my order. Then when I received my order she placed it on the far side of the counter almost knocked it off of the counter and said have a good day cant say it was a pleasent experience going there. They need more help and be able to manage there employees better would not go back if in a rush or want to be helped like a normal person at a reasonable rate

Evidently they dont know the difference between a bagel and a roll even though they have simple papers they circle what you want that make it easy.

For a towny bagel shop, its good. Tuna is awesome. Check your order before you leave... While sandwiches are good, theyre not always correct. Dont look for super friendly staff... Its small and busy so its get in and get out. Could use some updating.

Perfectly chewy bagel, an authentic NY bagel that I hadn’t had since two years ago in manhattan. I ordered a butter bagel but the butter was overwhelming. I’d recommend plain or with one of their cream cheeses!Plain bagel is the best, but I assume the other flavors would be the same chewy consistency.Only downside is the size of the place and it’s very run-down. Definitely not a place to take your fancy mother-in-law, but great for a bagel on the go.WARNING: $10 card minimum, which is hard when a bagel with cream cheese is only $2.25

I agree that the new owner’s attitude leaves much to be desired. I live out of town, but look forward to coming here for bagels when I’m in Farmingville. Went in with a large order which the owner himself took. No problem then. While the cook was frying up an omelette for one sandwich, I asked that he toast the bagel that I requested for the sandwich. All they had to do was put it in the toaster while the egg was cooking, right? No big deal, so I thought, but the owner whipped his head around and asked me if I wanted it toasted now. I replied yes and he turned around and muttered something to the cook. Truth be told I couldn’t understand what he said, but noticed a clear attitude from him after that. Still no problem though, because I generally don’t let people’s ‘tudes get to me. However, when he rang me up, I noticed that he left off one item from my order. He looked surprised as if I had made the mistake, but I pointed out my order on the sheet that HE had written it on. He then added the item to my order on the cash register and rang me up. He then went to prepare the item he had left off and I saw the attitude again as he cut and buttered the bagel. As he began to box my food I had to remind him that a coffee came with one of my sandwiches. He immediately said, “A small coffee!” I replied, “whatever, just make it light and sweet”. He gave me my coffee and I left literally shaking my head about this nut job. When I got outside I realized that he had never given me my receipt so I immediately went back in to get it. You would’ve thought that I was begging for free food. After much ado and other staff calling him from the back, he reluctantly handed me the receipt. I shoved it in my pocket and again left shaking my head even harder than my first exit. When I got back to my hotel and settled in to eat, I took the receipt out of my pocket. Lo and behold I saw that he had charged me for an extra bagel. The aggravation wasn’t worth going back, but lesson to me for not checking my receipt while I was there. Good bagels are the only reason I’m giving this place1 star. But they’re not so good that I would give this guy any more of my hard earned money. I will not be patronizing this shop again and I will spread the word about the owner’s nasty attitude- hence this review.

What a HORRIBLE experience!! Paid for a bagel and they tried giving a BURNT bagel. Completely burnt throughout and when I wanted another they denied me. Then wanted to take my coffee back because I wanted a refund for my bagel. The rudest people ever. Never going back there!!!!!!!

Ive been to this place three times and every time I go their customer service is horrible. The workers all seem miserable and have very poor mannerism. Its almost like it kills them to kindly take your order (and let you finish placing your order without walking away from you. Especially the woman with the arm tattoos.) not to mention the food is always a hit or miss. Wont be returning there.

This is my favorite bagel place. I have never had a problem here and theyve always been pretty quick despite having pretty long lines in the mornings.

Bagels are as bland as a piece of card board, actually card board might of had more taste. The place was packed though, I guess there egg sandwiches might be good or theres no other place for miles, but as for bagels....pass.

Not my storyI live in Suffolk county long island new York the hamlet of farmingville in this town there is a homeless war veteran honorably discharged from the army he like many others refuse help from the veterans administration.For the last few months whenever I run into this guy I buy him breakfast or lunch and a pack of cigarettes.Today I ran into him at a bagel shop and asked him in with me for a coffee and something to eat.The owner went over to him and told him never to come back as he is an embarrassment and scares the customers.I told the owner he was with me and hes history and thats not a way to treat a war veteran.The oreantial owner said he was also a veteran.Being me I asked for what country certainly not America.This disrespectful owner and his shop is located at the stop and shop shopping center on horsrblock road / portion road farmingville.A few customers walked out after hearing my objections.In my opinion if you disrespect one you disrespect all.

I havent been here for a while so I had no idea its a new owner . I asked for a mini bagel they didnt have it ok! thats fine considering its 2pm. I now ask for an egg bagel toasted with butter and bacon n egg with a coffee light and sweet, I also picked up a oj . I proceeded to open the coffee and it needed more sugar and I told the wife and she ignored me, he gives me the bagel all wrapped up and something told me to open it Thank God I did .First, the bagel itself was cold and not toasted and wheres the butter I asked for at ? I told him and he looked at me quite questionable and said toasted ? butter ? Yes, thats what I asked for 😕 you toast it, then you place the butter and the egg and bacon last I checked . So, now he takes out the filling slabs on the butter and then places the filling back in then microwaves it 😠Wait for it ....... Now he ask me if Im sure if I want that extra sugar in my ☕. Uh yes ! I am paying 💵 for it .🔴🔴 Never will I come back here again 🔴🔴

OK bagels, but not great. I suspect theyre steamed instead of boiled and they only have toppings on one side, not all the way around.

I waited a half an hour at 12pm, not like it was an early morning rush, for 1egg sandwich, 3 bagels with NOTHING ON THEM, and a cup of soup. I was overcharged, and the man laughed when I ordered the soup and was rude when I asked for the iced tea that the egg sandwich COMES with. Every time I come here I leave angry. Ill just take the 5min extra drive to Strathmore next time.
