For some unexplained reason, the line was at a standstill for 25 minutes. When I finally made it to the window, I was a little surprised that there was no acknowledgement of the excessive delay. This isnt the norm for this location.

This is the best Hampton Inn my family and I ever stayed in. It has been fully renovated and it feels good to enter to a nice big clean room!Employees are great!! Front desk people very kind!!Quality, price is perfect. The breakfast has variety.We discover a beautiful town because we booked this hotel. We will go back again when we will be in the area.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks location since it opened and I don’t know how/where they find the staff, but they - from the leadership, to the baristas, and cashiers - are so friendly, so kind, and go above and beyond for their customers. Taking the time to remember your name, your order. I love it! This Starbucks is in the middle of a highly trafficked space and they handle the high volume of customers with efficiency and grace. So, A+ to this location!

They do a great job there, always make my drink right, and serve me with a smile. I think what i like the most about this location is how spacious and open it is. Plenty of room to hang or get some work done. Not to mention, its pretty close to my house.

Honestly nobody seems happy working anymore but at least make an effort to listen to what the customer is saying. I asked to reload my card so i can use it for my purchase and instead of using my reloaded card for my transaction the woman at the window charged it to my debit card. So instead of paying 20 we paid 40... Maybe open your ears and listen to the request... I know heather hasnt worked nights in a while (the conversation that was important at the moment) but please pay attention! Other than that my drink was okay. My wifes was questionable.

Waited an hour to pick up my mobile order through drive through, went inside they said they didn’t have my mobile order at all. Hoped back in drive through they had it. This is the slowest probably the worst location.

Worst experience Ive ever had at a Starbucks. Tool 20 minutes between ordering and getting to the window and are drinks still werent ready. Barista at window ignored us for about 5 minutes once we pulled up while other staff inside were laughing and joking around. Then, when they finally gave us our order it was missing one of three drinks. Of the two we got, one was iced when it was supposed to be hot and the other had coffee grounds on the outside of the cup that got on our clothes. To top it off, the iced drink tasted like medicine and was not drinkable.Two stars because Ive had ok experiences in the past and it could have been anomaly.

I have been coming to this Starbucks since it opened. It’s super convenient but each time there is always a problem with the order. In this past year not sure if they don’t have people working or inexperienced crew? Ordered a mobile order went to pick it up. Half is missing and the rest is made wrong. Why bother paying if each time it’s missing something every time?

Had a great experience. The person working the window Larra i believe was kind and made the experience above and beyond.

Im in love with Starbucks now! Its right next to my hotel and now I just cant stop eating it!

I got 2 drinks and both were wrong order. I got a venti and got a grande but was able to fix is cause i saw the size. But then for the other drink i got a completely wrong drink but right size. Its morning rush so it was impossible to go back. DISAPPOINTED! be sure to check your order is correct before you leave!

DONT GO HERE.Line was in the street, every time I pass by theyre extremely backed up. Decided to wait and when I placed the order was asked If I really wanted that? Super rude staff, asked for an add in and was given a massive attitude and asked how to make the drink. Waited a good 10 minutes and didnt even get my drink. Ive been to coffee shops across the country and this has been the worst one.

Im not a coffee lover at all, but I love the iced lemon loaf from this place. Its always fresh😋

Ridiculously slow starbucks and drinks are never made right. I come here all the time and the only upside i couldve seen for this location would have been the drive thru worker Erin. She was quick, attentive, and the only one I actually received good service from. It’s clear she doesn’t work here anymore and I will not be returning because every one else I have dealt with has been rude, disrespectful, and it’s obvious they have no customer service training. Do better. You’re a corporate company. Should be able to afford proper training when you’re paying for the employees college education.

I went inside to place my order and waited 12mins for a refresher I got my toasted bagel before I got my drink that I’ve seen only takes them 45 seconds to make. Very disappointed

Poor customer service. While I understand the location can be busy there is no need for the employees I dealt with to be so rude and mean. I felt like I was being am inconvenience with my business. Ill go to another or make coffee at home next time.

If I could give less than 1, I would. They consistently get my order incorrect and then fight with me to correct it. Ive been ordering drinks every morning from Starbucks... Anywhere between 2-3 drinks per day, I know how to order. Soy... Youre getting milk. Whip... Youre not getting it. I was so excited to ha each Starbucks and a drive thru... This is a poor representation of the corporation.

This place is packed so its difficult to maintain social distance. Other than that its a Starbucks, corporate coffee, what you expect how you expect it.

This starbucks location has a consistent long and very slow moving drive thru line. The line usually extends beyond their parking lot often requiring you block the busy shopping center intersection. The inside is closed to customers so you better have patience if you want to get coffee. Whats more is that the adjacent CityMD has a long line of people waiting for COVID-19 test that intersects the drive thru line. The municipal zoning board really screwed up on allowing this location to exist.

Place my mobile order out front when I saw there was a huge line on drive thru. Went in a couple of minutes later and the whole shop was social distance appropriate and very clean. Was greet by the barista and told me he was working on my drink. My drink was nice and hot and delightful!!

Even we requested to have light coffee they made it very strong and we went back to tell them the issue and in return the worker at Starbucks gave us very little of FV and Hazel Nut. The coffee didn’t taste good so I put it in the garbage.

If you like Starbucks this is a good location. It does get busy with a moderate wait times during peak hours. Favorite beverages are Nitro Cold Brew w/ sweat cream & Black Eye w/ Pike Place as a base. Conveniently near 495. Right next to other shopping and eateries.

Have gone there 3 times and every time the drink tastes like soured milk. Even the iced passion tea was so gross. Something must be wrong with the water for making drinks.

Been here a couple times and they NEVER have açaí. They also are very slow and take a while. Not worth my time.

Clean, fast, friendly. My complaint is they dont brew Veranda, or any light roast except the holiday blend - which is good, I just like Veranda.

This place has no skilled workers in any department, cashiers are not trained to charge to a customer debit card, they need be trained by a manager who knows how to do things, I m standing at the cashier for 20 minutes waiting for a head cashier.

Beware of this location. Always will be one of the slowest Starbucks in the area I understand they are busy but what I really don’t get is they ALWAYS. cater to drive through customers first. So going inside will not help out with time. Seriously get your acts right and learn decent customer service. I shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes inside for a ICED COFFEE.

Your usual reliable Starbucks in the middle of Long Island, the place is nice and cozy on the inside but small compared to other Starbucks locations. In fact, the place seems to get far more demand from the drive thru than from walk in customers. But rest assured there is nothing missing from the usual Starbucks experience

Starbucks is just a notch above the rest of the coffee shops maybe a little overpriced well worth the price depending if they have all the technology gadgets since all I do is look for a outlet & charge my devices some have a fully modern setup for laptops, desktops, smart phones both android & Iphone adapters. First thing to check is the technology friendly setup & you’ll know your in the right Starbucks

Close to home..A staple of the community and a lifesaver during hurricane Sandy..when power was put they welcomed the community..everyone had a great cup of coffee and charged their electronics.

This coffee shop, aka, Starbucks has got the best darn blonde roast coffee any, ANY Starbucks has Half the time I get a pour over and the managers usually help make it quick right and to perfection, with, every, last, drip! Great place to stop by never to loud alike some locations, always great employees super fun, energetic, mindful, smart people!

This is a small, low key Starbucks which mainly serves as a drive thru location. The bigger location by me is huge and always packed so this small quiet location will now be my new favorite Starbucks!

Normally my go to store but coffee ordered on mobile order picked up at drive through was colder than my mango dragonfruit iced drink. Couldn’t go back bc I would be late for work

I usually go to Medford Starbucks but sometimes go to this place. They take ages to prepare your drinks/food items. And give an attitude. Some workers are really busy preparing orders for drive through customers while some are on the phone while customers are waiting to pickup their drinks. And when you inquire they give you the attitude! Very Bad customer service!

Drive thru is a super big plus. There fast and most of them make my drink the way I like it. I have another starbucks closer to my house but I prefer to go the extra mile for this one. Only negative is that they close at 9pm
