Quick visit to use to use the bottle return. Clean store. Customer service was very nice. The maintenance guy took care of the machine problems very promptly. The service in the bottle return office was OK. This was my first time doing bottle returns so the smell in that area was unbearable I would recommend wearing a mask in there! Bring gloves and wipes! Other than that no complaints.

Chris, the assistant manager here is awesome. Really helpful to all the customers. He went out of his way to help a little old lady while I watched, and then cut some watermelon for me because there wasnt any available on the shelf. Must be a great boss for his employees.

This is my favorite Stop and Shop near my house! Everyone here is so friendly and willing to help. I enjoy bringing my children here with me and I feel that the store is extremely clean. I come here about 2-3 times a week because of its location and that I always know theyll have everything I need. The Customer Service Manager was so helpful!

Clean store, wasnt too crowded, and had a good selection of fruit and vegetables. Were visiting from Las Vegas and using Stop & Shop while we were here during our 12 day stay in a very nearby hotel. Its very convenient to stop in and grab what youd like.

Chris the “assistant manager” was unable to help as he had better things to do! I wanted some freshly cut fruit, but there was none I asked if he could cut some for me. He’s done it before, but I suppose he had more important things to do now like climb the corporate ladder. Guess this is why everyone at that location calls him clipboard Chris. Then the short man Frank the store manager was also unable to help me I asked him if he knew as to where I could find a specific item, but he pretty much disregarded me and went on about his business. An elderly couple told me afterwards that’s not the first time that he’s done that. I like to think that he was once a good man, but somewhere down the path he lost his way. Gonna take my business elsewhere considering the fact there shelves are mostly empty majority of the time and that employees don’t help you.

This is truly the best kept Stop N Shop that I have been in to date! The store is very clean, organized, well stocked, with very fresh and visually appealing fruits & vegetables. The staff is also very friendly, helpful.. I wont hesitate to shop here again. And, would highly recommend others to shop here!

Excellent customer service. They had what I wanted, on sale. And on top of that it was almost 95 degrees out that day and their air conditioning was ice cold. Lol

The crew in the deli today was absolutely disgusting at 12:00. Waited 35 minutes to be helped by an angry poor attitude man. After cutting my turkey I told him to keep it as he was sweating all over and actually wiped his forehead then touched my food. I told him to keep it as it was disgusting. The other two working the deli were the hairiest men and should not be handling food. Nasty nasty and I will never use your deli again. P.s. not one boarshead cold it precut was available. Empty

I love this S & S. I interviewed here in 2012 and eventually was an assistant bookkeeper for the company in a few stores about 3 years later. I would give my left arm now because my company closed for good from the Covid-19 Nightmare.This store is clean and the employees are nice. Nearly 25% more expensive than their largest competitor, Shop Rite. The Stop and Shop corporate strategy seems to be, open more stores, fast and furiously.If youre trying to save a buck, its worth driving a couple extra miles somewhere else. That being said, there are occasionally some good deals in their circular, along with the normal sales on things like Soda, English Muffins and Frozen Foods. Also the store is roomy and bright, the staff has always been helpful. Finally...The recycling room is disgusting and poorly handled before the corona-pandemic, and even more so during all the madness. Firstly, the machines take forever to be serviced. I was told by the Chris, the assistant store manager as of 4/12/21 that Envipco is to be blamed as all they call do is call the the owner of the machines to have them serviced.Secondly, the rules, which are clearly posted on the exterior of the recycling center, state that the max. capacity of the room is to be no more than 2 people - standing 6 feet apart. Ok, the machines are as followsGlass - Plastic - Cans - Glass - Plastic - Cans. Thats 2 pairs of 3 kinds for a total of 6.Over the last several months, with 1/2 the machines being broken, you literally need to stand shoulder to shoulder with someone to use, say, the can machine, because some stranger needs to use the plastic machine. Unacceptable. You cant stay away from people and keep the 2person maximum in the room. They force everyone who enters to break their own rules.Most people I see there, including obvious senior citizens, seem terrible confused and not sure how to proceed. Some people just walk in without reading the rules or just not caring.If youve read this far, you might be asking, who cares? Well this lack of efficiency just outside the store floor, in an extension of the store proper, shows lack of management, foresight and responsibly for their local consumers. If they cant handle something so simple, what else cant they handle?EDIT to owners reply: Did you even read what I wrote, or does Stop and Shop utilize a bot to respond to certain keywords contained within the review? I mention nothing about social distancing, one-way isles or anything within the store proper. I just lowered my star rating due to poor social messaging.

Stop and Rob is what the name should be. I stopped in and bought an item I usually buy at Walmart. I paid $6.59 versus my usual $3.98. I looked at other items but did not purchase. It really is an oversize convenience store.

Personally,I like stop and shop! They have what you need at prices you can afford. They have a shopping card which you can save even more! Even through the pandemic they tried to do the best they can in a world where this just might be the norm. Fresh produce as well. I do recommend this establishment. The only thing I have a complaint about is the one way aisles. They do have special hours for handicapped people but. I cant get there at those early hours.

Great selection and clean. But I purchased a bag of mini red skin potatoes yesterday, brought them home and was planning on making them with dinner. When I went to peel them they were green inside, they clearly went bad...I had to throw the whole bag out. Many self serve check outs but practically no cashiers, which is annoying.

Always clean and stocked. Alot of discounts if your a member (free to join) always get whats on my list. Cashiers are friendly.

My go to supermarket. They recently renovated their stores and they are beautiful. They have the best rewards program ever, 10cents off a gallon of gas for every $100 spent. It is cumulative, 1 point for every dollar spent per visit. I have saved upwards of 60 cents off per gallon! Great sales, and scan and bag as you go makes checkout a breeze. Run there right now!! GO

Fresh produce doesnt last more than 2 days - just tossed 2 lbs of strawberries that were covered in mold after 3 days.

There is something very cozy about this place, shopping there takes the stress away. Try walking the fresh fruit isles first, then check out crazy variety of domestic and famous imported brands of cheeses and salamis. Pet food lanes, however, are my favorite: there is everything your furry friends and birds could desire.Warning: when walking past fresh baked bread, pastries and strawberry shortcakes, - dont look, or all your diets go down the drain 😆

People in the pharmacy are very professional,and super nice! The store is always clean,always stocked...I recommend this store to everyone!!!

Didnt appreciate having the arrow security guard following me in the chip aisle. Acting as if he was searching for chips, and paced the aisle literally 5 to 6 times to seem busy! Please look after the real criminals, before you profile someone taking their time shopping with two children. The sad part is I wasnt even going to go to that stop and shop, was actually looking to go to the one in Medford! Next time I will stick to my gut, and go where I wanted to go in the first place! Will not step foot in this location again!

Store nice and clean and staff is helpful. However why can’t someone turn on the A/C; so uncomfortably hot as hell in that store. Sweat to death whether it summer or winter!! It’s so hot I rush to get out of store.

This stop and shop is well put together. You have fresh fruits and veggies, fresh meats, and delicious delicatessen. Lines are usually not very long.

Great sale price on chicken, produce was fresh, delicious and reasonably priced. Everything I needed in stock.

We go here all the time. Weve been to several Fridays on Long Island and this one is by far the best.

Always has cat food

This store is pretty big and so offers a good selection. I am always disappointed with the fresh fruit section. Infact I rarely buy any fruit from here. I always find the soft fruits to be low quality and moulding. The deli is ok, but again I prefer to go somewhere else for deli items. The dry and frozen food have a bigger selection then most of the other supermarkets. Its nice to go every once in a while, but dont do my main shop here.

Its conveniently located, good sales, nice produce. However, the deli is overpriced and takes far too long. If you purchase meat, you better cook it right away because it wont last long. Some employees are very nice. Others with bad attitudes. I only shop here when Im too busy to go somewhere else.

It was good it smelled a little weird but there was cheesecake which my daughter 😍 (loves) and it was not to big or small it was perfect (the size) either way I loved it.

I feel like this store is never properly stocked. They close the self checkout lanes too early and there are only a couple of members of staff that Ive spoken to that are actually polite and helpful.Update 4/14/21I just bumped into my previous review and had to update. They have since renovated the store and it came out really nice. Very clean never too cold and theyve been great with stock especially under the circumstances recently. I moved closer to the Medford store but will still drive to this one when possible since its so much nicer now.

This particular store was very busy & only had a few registers open. The lines were very long & this was my first time there. While waiting on line to check out, other people said that it was like this all the time. Im looking into maybe finding another place to shop. I dont want my frozen items melting before I get home.

I have been shopping at Stop & Shop for about a year now over all the store is clean and well stocked. In November I needed a last minute corsage for my daughter. The girl working alone in the flower shop that very busy Sunday morning was able to make me one in record time.

I liked the old stop n shop when most of the organics were in one area. And there is not as much organic as there used to be in produce.

Like all the other Stop & Shops Valvoline high quality products, the stores are really clean big organize all the food are nice and fresh its no waiting like to pay bills there a lot of register open, you can use the automatic one and do everything by yourself, and like all the other Stop & Shop they have a lot of products. They are really convenient a lot of things its more expensive than the others places. And the nice things to every week a few are sociated they give you one free product

Horrible. Tom and Doug decided screw me and not process my payment for Western Union today Even with my Id present. Im paying my bills here for months and never had any problem before. What is your problem today. I would like to get some explanation and apologies.

I wish precautions and guidelines were more enforced. A customer not wearing any form of a mask was walking around the produce section today and not one of the 3 employees in the section said anything.

New design equals higher prices. Sale items are the only reason to be there. It bothers me when items that expire are still on the shelf. They seem to carry a lot more variety of items but less variety per brand.

Been going here for as long as I can remember. Carries exactly what I expect. Service is always good. Wish they carried more high quality items like sushi grade fish or made it more apparent if they did but Im still going to continue shopping here
