But because of Mr Dans awesome customer service and following up with me, made my decision easy. This was my first time ever renting a unit and he made it a good experience. I would and will recommend Public Storage 👌👍👏🙂

This Public Storage location is Great! I believe its success indebted to its staff. I was assisted by Dan who was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous during our transaction. Dan not only knew the layout and specifications of each unit and service able to be provided, he also had additional insight as to what would best benefit me and my budget. My interaction with Dan never came off as a sales pitch, rather a friendly inviting engagement backed by information and a passion to best assist me. Thanks Dan. 5 stars!

Moved from Nassau to Suffolk. Needed space for temporary storage but found competition was too pricey. public storage of farmingville had what I needed at the lowest rate. Facility was VERY clean. Easy to use APP! Did not need contact w anyone. Except for Move Out day.. Carl was right there to help! Friendly and knowledge... It was very easy to checkout! Will recommend this facility to family and friends!

My wife and I had a great experience with Dan today. We were looking for a storage unit the last few days and after looking online at multiple locations we figured we would just go to one. This location is close to us and Dan provided excellent assistance. He showed us the proper size units and explained how the facility worked. Dan made us feel comfortable and gave great detail to everything to make this an easy decision to rent a unit from this facility. Had a 24x36 inch signed Sorayama print framed in glass STOLEN by Employee and a Voltron toy set when they cut my lock cause I was late a few days. They say they check the unit for some reason and then put their lock on it. But, the guy inspecting my unit was from another facility, the regular guy was on vacation. Cameras were to far to see from main building.

I had a great experience with Dan. He was very helpful and understanding. He made deciding to rent a public storage unit seamless, easy and safe. The facility itself is very clean.

Optimal location. Grounds are well maintained and customer traffic tends to be low most of the day. If course there are peak hours when youll encounter more commotion through the unit lanes but thats to be expected. Staff is friendly and helpful and always willing to answer questions or solve possible issues one may have. Indoor area is also well maintained. Carts are available for use if needed. Pricing is as expected, though there are several new customer incentives, as well as being able to rent a unit directly from your smartphone. In these times, its become an important option.

Danny was very helpful and gave us advice and information for us to get the best unit for our needs, he walked us around and took the time to show us the property and unit to make sure it worked for us. Great service!

My parents are moving to downsize and I called in to get pricing quotes . Dantre took the time to explain the process, difference in pricing and all options available to ensure that I am able store family valuables without the worry of space and location! Dantres customer service was impeccable, he had such a warming tone and very knowledgeable! I recommend the facility off of customer service. Nice knowing someone genuine will be around to handle your concerns!

This storage unit is very clean. we dealt with Dan when we came in. He was very helpful, friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He even took the time to show my sister and I around the different units available to help make our decision easier to choose from. Love that there is security cameras 24/7, access hours is perfect and a gate with code to get in. I would like to suggest the code panel for the gate to go into come out a bit so you can drive up to it (poll in the way). We would definitely suggest this place to friends and family.

I am currently in the process of moving so a storage unit was key . I booked my unit online and when I went into the Farmingdale location Dan made the process extremely easy !!! Dan was very knowledgeable and answered any question I had with a very polite manner . The process was quick and easy and the property is well maintained ( I was actually a little surprised at how clean the property was ). I will be recommending this location to all my family and friends .

This facility is clean and secure and they have different storage sizes to choose from. We spoke with Dan and he was courteous, and very knowledgeable. His demeanor was exceptionally professional and he was very well spoken. Highly recommend this location!

Initially spoke to Angela (Patchogue location ) Btw she was so accommodating. Unfortunately they didn’t have the unit I needed .So she connected me with the Farmingville location . There I met with Dantre . A very patient young man, whom helped me with my storage needs .Quite professional. Highly recommended Public Storage . 👍

Not a cost effective long term storage solution. Since obtaining a unit a few years ago, they have increased my monthly fee significantly to the point where it is over $50 over what is advertised on their website for units.The lights upstairs do not come on until youve walked halfway down a dark corridor. Ive mentioned it to the staff and was told there was nothing they can do.

Driving past public storage farmingville I stopped in to see about the facility to store some of my things I was Greeted by a employee by the name of Dantre. .This young man was very knowledgeable about the facilty and all of the questions he answered and showed me as well while he took me to look around the facility . Dantre was a very polite and Understood all of my needs for a storage unit. Thanks to me just walking in due to passing by I will be starting a unit at Public Storage farmingville, due to the feeling of comfort and safeness Dantre gave me as we spoke . It was Wonderful talking to Dantre he is truly an asset to the company .

I used this location 4 years ago and went right back with a new storage issue. I made a reservation on line and promptly got a call back from Dan to set up a time to complete the rental agreement. Typical storage place, but def cleaner than most. Staffs always available if you need anything. My mom had an issue with our unit and they were able to take care of it pretty easy. Would recommend

I keep my stuff here because its close. My problem is with the hours of access. Getting a cart. I ended up buying my own and keeping it in my unit. The only reason Im still here is location. Ive stored at other Public Storage facilities that are much better.Ive just upgraded my rating from 3 to 4 stars. My reasons are the carts are available without having to visit the office for the key and the automatic lighting near my unit is working much better lately.

This facility is always clean and the staff is great and always helpful. Used other storage units before and this one has been the best by far. Always accommodating and never a issue. Love the security with the gate. Carts are always accessible and if not an associate will always find one. I recommend this location to anyone looking for a great storage place with a great staff. Came into the store with my mom. had a great experience buying boxes. girls in the office were very helpful. Kali helped me out and was very informative. she was very kind and showed us around the office and showed us some great deals. everything was extremely clean. if you need boxes this is the place to go!

The customer service is incredible, I walked in, Anthony was able to help me immediately. The dude asked what I was storing, I gave him a list of things I was planning on putting in my storage box and as crazy as it sounds. It fit perfect!!! He was able to save me some bucks and recommend the exact size I needed. To think I needed the bigger unit, glad the dude was there to help. Most definitely recommend.

I have rented at this property for a few months now and I have to say this is by far the best place my husband and I have ever used. Sue and the rest of the staff are great. My family and I just moved from Florida and needed a unit close to our new home to put our furnitures. We found Public storage. The unit is well kept which is always a plus. Even better we had the pleasure of working with Dan. He is a gem. He explained everything thoroughly, set the expectations and gave us suggestions on what to get to better tend to our furnitures whilst in storage. Came into the store, had an appointment with Anthony. Very sweet guy, helped me get the best price. I went to cube smart and they were trying to charge me double the price then what Anthony rented to me! Genuine, good soul.

I am moving to Baltimore with my family. I came into the store for moving supplies. The girls were most helpful. One of the girls had just moved up here from down south and offered suggestion on with supplies that worked for her. I found that very helpful. Have gone back now again for more supplies. I will go back if I need something more.

I just rented a 7.5 by 10 unit today and was happy about the easy access to property and my unit. Miranda was very helpful in showing me my unit, how to get into property and other units available for me to rent. She also asked me if I needed anything else packing boxes, tape etc. to help with my move, I thought that was also very nice. The property was clean and I would recommend anyone who is looking for storage to look into this public storage location.

I rented a unit a couple weeks ago and was very happy with the service I received! Sue and Jennifer (who was training) helped me and were very knowledgeable about everything. They were super nice and made my experience great. The units are also clean and spacious! The only problem I have is with the lights. Some of them are really difficult to turn on and its scary to be there alone with no lights.

A friend of mine rents there and they asked her to write a review since she was very pleased with the workers there. She doesnt have Google maps so Im letting her use mine.I had an issue with the credit and balance on my account and Jared was so helpful and patient. He solved the problem right away. I then called back to double check that the problem was fixed and I spoke to Elaine. Just like Jared she was very helpful and sweet. Great workers working at this location. They made everything so easy.

I have had this storage unit for over 2 years..for the first 6 months, price was great, people were awesomeThen, prices increasedInitially 80Then 108Then 121Then 135For a 5x10Their bathrooms are always broken And leaking Into the hallways..The staff will hide from you in a little office with the door slightly open if they’re on their “break”Yeah..This place, sucks.Do not go here. Save your money. Go somewhere else.
