My wife and I had an awesome experience with Aurora. We had looked elsewhere for hot tubs, and finally came here at a friends recommendation. We met Carly and were so happy with her. She was helpful, knowledgable and went above and beyond without any pressure or sales gimmicks that other places had. We immediately felt comfortable and purchased our tub with her. Delivery guys were great and service guy was also great. All around, exceptional. If youre looking for a hot tub, Aurora should be your go-to!

We love our pool! Its beautiful and so relaxing! Anytime we have a question they are very helpful. They are always ready to help with anything we need.Well we have the pool a few months and needed repair. Well that never happened. They gave us a new hose but that still did not fix it. There something wrong with the filter.

Just delivered my new hot tub, everything went smoothly. After my electrician wired it up, I took my water sample in and they explained how to add the needed chemicals and answered a few operational questions. They did exactly as explained in the delivery agreement that they went over with me. You do need to have power run to your spa FIRST before it will work and anyone can show you how to press buttons. :) You also get a handy quick start set up page/guide if you would rather just look at pictures, extremely easy to use.

My new Bahama spa is awesome! This place is great! I shopped around for weeks before I made the purchase. Many many choices out there, but this was the most spa for the money. Best value for me. Thanks Aurora for answering all my questions before, during, and after the sale. Recommend!

We just had a new pool installed from Aurora Pools and Spas Farragut TN. Our Sales agent Carley did a amazing job helping us decided on what we needed for the space we wanted to use. Aurora s install associates where very helpful kind and fast. Didnt exeriance any issues from the time we walked into the store and the pool was installed. Matt - you are the man!! Spent over 15 minutes with me on the phone troubleshooting an issue with my pump and we got it going!!! Couldnt even get any other pool company to answer my phone call to set up service, and he picked up within seconds and was so patient with me. Extremely polite nice and helpful the entire time. Thank you! I have never done business with Aurora before this, but I will be coming to you all from now on

We dealt with Scott at the Farragut store and had a very good experience. We had been shopping for a tub for several weeks and unlike some of the other stores we never felt pressured. I did an uncessarily large amount of research and Scott took good care of us during the process and has been helpful Even after we bought the tub. We highly recommend dealing with Scott and Aurora. We will be back again!

I gladly drive past another pool store to do business with the wonderful staff of Aurora. The prices are great and they always have what you need in stock. I have sent three of my friends their way, and I will continue to do so.

My wife recently purchased a top end spa from the store and basically was provided no direction on what to do once the spa was delivered except to put some water in it and bring back a sample and will sell you the chemicals you need. Im working half way around the world and am unable to assist. We are first time spa owners. You would think a quality service oriented store wouldnt send a person out the door without wanting to go through the setup of the spa and how to use the control panel. One would think the store representative would want to provide instructions and basic tips to ensure a smooth startup. Even after it was specifically asked to ensure the panels were oriented the correct way to allow for electrical connection, the spa arrived and the panels were wrong. Lets hope this owner/dealer relationship improves and I can write a more positive follow up review. For now, disappointing at best.

Purchased a pool from Scott at the Farrgut location, it was one of the easiest purchases weve made all summer. They installed it 2 weeks to the day from purchase just as promised and we were enjoying by the weekend. They are great and I would recommend them to anyone.

Jeremy Cotter was a customer of Aurora Pool and spa until the owner lied to us, drafted money from our account, gave false info about their services and gave us the run around for several weeks before finally pulling the cord on a poor service.... Dont fall for their friendly presentation. This 100% accurate of their performance....

They are always helpful, courteous and will go out of their way to please the customers. Love their hot tubs and pools

Horrible. I put a deposit down on an in ground pool and they kept blowing me off no one would call me back customer service was horrible. I fired them got my deposit back in had great backyard put my pool in in it is wonderful and has been a great experience with customer service.Response to owner 8.13.2018Hahhahahaa crazy customer lol... Dear sir or madam if this is how you respond to criticism then I am a 100% positive I made the right choice by firing you and going with the great backyard. Name calling is apparently not beneath you…🤔🤔As for someone putting me up to this… no one did I was actually close to your store one day and Google asked me to do a review. I obliged. My sales person was very nice of course... And that is why I put a deposit down. However after you had my money and I called to ask a question I never received phone calls back. I called many times on different occasions and never ever once received one phone call back. I am not normally one to post reviews either… but the lack of courtesy and feedback from your company was terrible and left a bad taste in my mouth. Oh and thanks for the full refund ...(since you did nothing) I think that was only thing you could do. So… I bid you adieu and hope that you can learn from this experience.
