My last time to Farragut CVS.!!! I just came from the Farragut CVS to use a 40% off coupon. When I went to pay, the coupon had not been loaded to my card and since they did not offer a customer WiFi signal, I was unable to do so at the time. I showed the customer service person the 40% off coupon that was sent to me on the previous day but her response was, It has to be loaded on my card. No solutions for the problem and nooo common sense to override as she claimed to be the manager. My only option was to go back home, click the button that says send to card and head back to CVS to save $4. I dont think so. My other option is to not spend my time or money at this CVS. A real manager and CVS CEOs should look at the poor reviews. No customer service as this store does not value their customers.

Great spot right at a light off Kingston Pike.. very near several other businesses.We have been there several times. This is the only place my wife gets our prescriptions.. She absolutely loves the folks in the house pharmacy there.They have a Minute Clinic with very knowledgable and helpful staff working it.They have a ton of food items, a long with a wide variety of things besides OTC drugs.

I went in to get my Shopkick walk-ins and scans. I had been in the store about 2 or 3 minutes. I was at my first scan (Dove hand soap). I was minding my own business scanning a barcode in my Shopkick App when an employee approached me and said Sir, you cant be taking pictures in our store. LolI told her what I was doing and that she could not stop me because CVS participates in Shopkick.Within a minute, a manager approached and said may I help you and I said no. The manager had never heard of Shopkick!!! LolI taught her all about it.Anyway, CVS needs to train their employees better.

The minute clinic is over priced and inadequate. My suggestion is to go to many of the other places medical clinics in the area. Unfortunately I didnt check the reviews before going.

I went to pick up a prescription for my daughter and was helped by Amber. I just got new insurance so there was some issues with what was covered and what was out of pocket. After 25min of straight up attitude from Amber, I gave up trying to contact my insurance to get things sorted out and agreed to pay the $289.00 out of pocket. At that point Amber stepped the attitude up even further AND THEN after all that time wasted, Amber comes back to tell me this whole time they had a discount card for the prescription and it would be $77. Why Amber dismissed me and didn’t offer the discount card to me until after I agreed to pay the $289 I will never understand. And I wonder how many other people she has degraded with her tone and didn’t offer a discount card too, that instead left with out the medication they needed (like she urged me to do). Needless to say the customer service is atrocious here with a hint of classism to make things worse. Go to Walgreens instead it’s across the street.

I had a recall on my thyroid medication, my usual cvs didnt have enough on hand to cover my medication but were very helpful in tracking down a location that did. I drove 25 minutes out of my way to pick up my medication and this cvs tried to charge me for it (had already paid for the recall which I returned) when I tried to explain to thewoman who was at the counter she was extremely rude about it and tried to tell me there had been no recall. I told her there had been, explained again, she went to who I assume was her supervisor who confirmed the recall but was also very rude and aggravated by the situation (not my fault! I also had been super inconvenienced and wasnt grumpy about it). Overall terrible experience, very rude staff, I got my meds but the woman thrust them atme, didnt even look at me as she did it and didnt say a word or apologize. Never coming here again.

Nurse Sarah Bertini is phenomenal. Her exam was thorough and she genuinely cares for her patients. I will definitely be using this clinic and nurse Sarah for my familys needs in the future.

DO NOT GO HERE TO UPLOAD PHOTOS AND GET PHOTO PRINTS THE MACHINE TAKES FOREVER TO LOAD!! Spent 30 minutes to get one canvas- and ended up leaving because the machine kept saying loading for 10 minutes!!!! Even tried the other machine! They need a serious update! Ridiculous! Go to Walgreens across the street!!!

Someone else in my family commonly gets prescriptions from this location and we ask for phone calls when they are ready so we always get calls from them when a refill is ready. For me, after the first prescription I asked them to call our same number when mine would be ready from now on. Fast forward to next refill and one week later, never got a call. I stopped by the location and waited 15 minutes in the drive through just to be told that they have no prescription ready for me, after 5 days of the prescription being sent in. I find out that they have my phone number AND address wrong by one digit. Do they not check for typos when they input information? I am told at the drive through that in 15-20 minutes they would have it ready for me. I come in and wait that amount of time and they tell me they need 2 more minutes for the pharmacists to check it. Finally I get the prescription and update my information to be correct. No excuse for prescription to not be ready a week later and two different types of information to be incorrectly input into system.

Pharmacy closes at 6pm on sundays. because people who work dont need their medication obviously. Never has scripts ready on time. walk in wait time can be upwards of 30min as the staff casually strolls around. do yourself a favor and use a 24 hour one.

12/26/18... 2pm. Whoever the pharmacy tech was working the drop off counter couldnt have cared less about assisting the customers. Told us our prescription was not in they system. We called another cvs only to find out that it was. Took us 2 hours of calling and looking that this careless worker COULD HAVE saved us. Must have had a break coming up and needed to blow us off. @CVS #CVS
