Had a sale price over the wrong item. I was made aware of it at the register while paying. Had another display near register that was correct and was showed to me. No effort was made to correct the one in the back of the store.

The only reason I’ll give two stars is they have very friendly cashiers. To the tall white headed old man, you should probably try and assist customers instead of breaking your neck to follow me. I’m not sure if he thought I was trying to stick a spray can in my pants or if he wanted to stick his hands in them. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable.

I would absolutely never do business with this company and store again. I ordered a compressor got the confirmation on the delivery and then after 15 days I called to see how much longer. They did not have my order because they had a problem with my address. They said they sent me an email but I search and never got one. The worst company to deal with.BTW, its owned by a group in INDIA

The item was a great deal disappointed in ad that said register get $5 off first purchase and I did with email and could not get the discount lied. second you can not do military discount on line. But other than that good stuff, Thanks

I placed an order on line and went in to pick up. It was ready and I received an email telling me so, which was good since I was on the way (45 min drive) right after ordering. Very pleasant experience.

Not that big of a store, but they have a good variety of tools and stuff. Not as busy as the big box chain hardwares stores, so you can usually get some help here, lol

My first order placed one week ago was delivered as promised on time. I assembled product today but have not used yet, so I can’t comment on performance of product. I just ordered a 1000 watt jumpstart tool with usb plugs that is expected to arrive Dec 30 to Jan 5. These are great for their ability to start stalled vehicles and lightweight portability. It’s a Christmas present for my son so I hope he can wait a few days and it’s something he will like. Merry Christmas to all, praying that next year everyone can be vaccinated for the virus ASAP and that those who lost family and loved ones can be comforted.

Northern just gained a customer for welding and cutting products. Went to Airgas with my Harris torch, but they could not service the torch in the store due to corporate insurance regulations. This lead me to decide that Airgas premium prices were not worth the added expense. I replaced my whole setup for half the cost. Northern also matched the online prices for the torch body and cutting head! They even opened the packages and assembled the products to ensure proper fit. Thanks!

It was fantastic! Cory the manager is truly an expert in his craft! I recommend everyone coming to northern tool over Lowes or home Depot all day long!

Had to look around the whole store before finding what I went for. Would be 5 stars if there was someone to help, but only 2 employees at the cash registers. Need better customer service.

Decent selection of product. Associate/sales assistance is sometimes difficult to find.

Large selection of tools and power tools. Wide selection of trailer repair/restoration items including rims with tires attached and even replacement lawn mower seats. Staff was very friendly and the store was well kept. The forklift driver was very competent in loading the woodchipper I bought into the back of my truck.

This location poor customer service... its as if theyre not trying to sell items in there. Waited close to 7 minutes for someone to come help with the tow behind broadcast sprayers. This was after I had to walk to the cash register and ask for some assistance. Only to here they cant sell the one on the floor. It wouldnt have been so bad but it couldnt have been more than 3 people in this store. Back to Greensboro I go....smh Fayetteville, NC Bragg Blvd location

I buy a lot of items there..i bought a pressure washer saturday....when i checked my account tuesday...they charged me twice for the same item....thats a lot of money to me to be removed ....and have bills mailed ....whos going to pay the insufficient funds penalty if they wait 7-10 business days to return your money ?

First time easy so far on the web.

Ordered online and hope all goes well.

The staff has always been very professional and polite. Ms. Jessica is a pleasure to work with and she is always willing to assist me with any request I make. Not really fair to rate this store based on my 1 time experience at this location but it’s because I expected more from Northern Tool.Here’s the story: I called the store to ask if they have a blade for my M18 Milwaukee band saw in stock. First I was asked for an item# which I didn’t have so because I didn’t have it I was placed on hold. 35 minutes later I arrived at the store and was still on hold on the line. I asked if there’s a manager on duty at the time, coincidentally he was right there at the counter at the time. I showed him my phone where I’ve been on hold for 35 mins just to ask if an item is in stock.Luckily they had the item in stock. But only after I asked one of the store associates which she told me they didn’t really quickly. I took a harder look and spotted the item on a bottom shelf.My experience of this location is as follows:Good company selling good quality tools and equipment but employees need more training on how to not let customers down due to incompetency.To store owner/manager: See proof below, if not enough play video footages from cams for your own eyes.Yes I’m that serious!

This store is always clean and things for the most part are in their place. The associates are almost always eager to help! I definitely recommend this store.

Purchase a new pressure washer and return it for service. Wanted to charge me a diagnostic charge. Less than 10 months old .had to pay for repair. Need to think twice before you make a purchases there. Service managers for 25 years for Gm. Customers are also first.

Good prices and good selection of tools. Small engine repair shop had at least a 30 day wait on chain saw repairs. Its a busy time of year.

I didnt catch the name of the cashier, but the receipt says cashier 293670.Long story short, the cashier was quite helpful in finding us the best deal possible for our purchase and made us feel valued at this store. Made the visit to the store worth it.

Seeing as how I work for a living and my time is money, I come down here because I see they are supposed to open at 8:00 am. I stand around outside the store till 8:08 when the clerk finally comes and opens the door. I run in and grab the single item I need and come to the cash register both the cashiers are standing out front smoking cigarettes. I wait a couple minutes then I leave my merchandise on the counter and decide to head over to lowes and spend my money there.

Good products, but customer service lacks, because they never seem to want to answer there phone, making it rough for a vet disabled that have to travel from hope mills to where they are just because nobody answers thier phone!!!

If they have tire inflators, I dont know where they hide them. Not in automotive area, searched it several times. Wandered store for about 15 minutes, just couldnt find one and no one offered to help. Whatever.

Staff were awful. She wasnt interested in helping me find items advertised on sale. She looked them up in her computer only to tell me the items were somewhere over there. Worst service I have ever had.
