They are open on SATURDAY!!! We were so happy to find out they are open on Saturday because of course thats when the AC Unit decided to act up and it was so simple to just walk in and show them our part that busted. We had questions about what happened or caused this incident and if they think anything else would be wrong. Every question we asked they had an answer and more! They tested the part and let us know the voltage was off and this is our problem. Super easy and very well informed! I completely recommend and hope of all the place you decide to go you try them first!

I was looking for a new motor for my HVAC unit I called them and gave them the part number, their system told them they had the part I needed. When I got there it wasn’t the right motor for my unit, but Scott totally stepped up, stop what he was doing and got on the phone and called one of is competitors to see if they had the motor I needed and they did. Scott gave me the address so I could go and pick it up. They could of just said I’m sorry our mistake and sent me on my way, but instead they went the extra mile and made sure I was covered. That’s what I called outstanding customer service, this is the difference maker, everyone can make mistakes but the great ones find solutions when those mistakes happens.
