My family and I visited this shop for the first time on Friday. The owner was very friendly and patient in helping us decide on decorations for my daughters 1st birthday party. I purchased 3 packs of dangling stars, 10 latex balloons, 5 latex balloons with a floral pattern, and a large 1. I was able to place this order for pick up the next day. I was so happy that we stopped in because this will now be my local party store. I would rather support small local businesses than franchises like Party City!

I visited Dots! Store by chance. It drew me in by the attractive ballon displays which were very interesting and fun to look at. I went in at closing time but the staff did not hurry me in the least although I did not realize until I left how close to closing time Id entered. I picked up a birthday ballon and a frame and stuffed toy. I was motivated to return as we have other events and Dots has the whole range covered from birthdays to baby showers and wedding events. I will recommend them to my friends and family. Its small but personable and offers more than you see😃

I loved the giant number graduation balloons I got from her! And they were very affordable!

Theres a helium shortage they had helium still offered to pay 15/20$ to fill 8 balloons ones I had ordered but they other place couldnt fill them. The owners refused to help out.
