I sent a email with what I wanted. She said be by at 5pm for all pickups. I was there 15 til 5 the door was locked. That is SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Wish I could give zero stars. I hope you made that logo. Keep it. Ill take my money elsewhere.

I truly appreciate the service from this establishment from the communication and correcting everything for me. Special shout out to the gentle who assisted me from the beginning to end. Your mannerism was very appreciated so much. You all made my day so much better.

It was quick, but my whole experience was a bit of a nightmare. The employee that I was working with Im told no longer works there, however, working with her was like talking to a brick wall. A messy, unprofessional brick wall.The Owner is getting 3 stars for really working to fix this for me. That unfortunately doesnt change my experience. Just be sure to thoroughly explain everything, and I mean everything, even things you would think are common sense. My first print was messed up because of not explaining every single expectation, and they were pretty nice to reprint it for me. The first print also started peeling after 24 hours. The second print Im told held up better and was correct, and made a great gift.And while I understand emergencies happen that pull you away from things, and employees can be less than professional, this is still a business and your customers should expect nothing less than professionalism and to take you at your word. Something I feel I had to fight to recieve.

As a graphic designer and local artist I feel that I should forwarn everyone about this company. I put in a $500 order for shirts and hoodies for my old platoon. After 2-3 washes the prints started cracking and peeling. One of the hoodies I ordered with the package was supposed to be a men’s medium and I was instead given a womens extra large. After several weeks of waiting, and despite placing a very large order, the owner very rudely told me that my one hoodie wasn’t a priority and I would just have to suck it up.Even after dealing with a total nightmare of having to drive back and forth to this place because wrong colors and garments were ordered, she was completely remiss about the whole thing. Stay far far away from this place. They’re just out to get a buck.

Absolutely disgusted with this place! I ordered a hoodie. I had to pay for it before they did it. They gave me an example of what it would like. It looked good from an example. Well I get my hoodie today there is a black film around the logo that you can see clearly. The edges are peeling and it’s something I wouldn’t even wear outside to get groceries. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Worst place ever! got a flat just trying to get there then had to wait over an hour. If you order items from Wish its hard to get them with in the 7 days because the store is only open Monday and Thursday after 3 pm and they cant find all of the items at once you spent 30 minutes or more waiting for them to find it.
