I got a sew in. This was a very pleasant experience. She took time to ensure I was satisfied with the out come. It took way less time than I had anticipated. Very professional, genuine, efficient and warm personality. I felt very comfortable. I am so happy and satisfied with my finish. It looked awesome.. its been over a week and still looks as great as when it was freshly done. I will highly recommend this salon!

Yesterday was my FIRST time ever getting box braids. Tiffany is such a sweetheart!! When I started getting dizzy, she helped me!! The hair looks AMAZING! Definitely would recommend this salon to go to for high quality braids.

The service was quick but.. I asked for a pixie bob and got a box braid bob which i sent a picture of what I wanted and it doesnt look like it all. Um its been a week and Ive had at least 10 braids slide right out and frizzy like I had them for a month. My ends are burnt like my friend did my hair in her kitchen. I will not be returning

Ms. Tiffany Graham did my hair about a week ago. The over all experience was very professional. The shop was neat and comfortable and Tiffany was very friendly. I love my braids and will be back to get my hair redone soon!

I read the reviews which motivated me to go however, the only negative review I read was very accurate in describing the experience you get here. The staff is very unprofessional and ghetto. I received box braids and by the end of week one, three of them had fallen out. I asked Tiffany about her fixing them and she texted me back and let me know that she was booked and would let me know when she could schedule me but I never heard from her. I didnt need a full appointment for 3 braids to be replaced. The stray hairs on numerous braids had not been clipped and by the end of week two you would of thought I had these braids in for 2 months! If you are looking for someone to take your money and provide horrible customer service, then this is the place for you.

Acute Braids is very dirty and unkempt ( rugs,curtains etc). The owners(Tiffany Graham) braids dont hold up like the other braiding salons do. They tend to frizz within a week of getting them done. Also she skimps on the amount of braids she puts in leaving open spots where braids should be so she can finish faster. Its also operated and ran by what you would call a Ghetto Person if you will. The persons overall persona and how she runs and conducts her daily business would be deemed as totally ghetto. If youre looking for a professional braiding salon that is professional and classy please don t waste your time because this isnt the place!

I got my hair done on a Saturday came back Sunday because my hair unravel and now its tues and some more of my faux locs came unravel and i had to fix them myself because i cant see me driving a hour to get my hair fix everytime..i love my hair but after what i paid this shouldn’t be happening i am thankful for the ladies for fitting me in that day but i paid too much for my hair to come undone less than a week and then i get blocked from the page after i was ask to take my review down and i didn’t .. how professional of you all.. I wrote this on their facebook page on March 6th (tues) and its the the 12th and my faux locs still unraveling after i paid 200 all i was offered 20$ off my next style

I am a very tender headed person who thought I would never wear braids again; due to a bad experience I had with an African shop on Yadkin rd. The ladies at Acute Braids do not pull, tug and snatch your hair to achieve a beautiful style. My kinky twist look wonderful and I was truly comfortable leaving the shop. I been to places that had me taking Advil and counting the minutes for my braids to loosen up, that is totally not necessary and it damages your hair and scalp. Acute braids is not those places, by any means!!! Tiffany has perfected a method of braiding which is fast,beautiful and pain free, and those she employs maintains the same standard. I am very pleased, I will be running back...these are the ONLY braiders in the Fayetteville area that will touch my hair!!

I would NOT recommend this place! I went to get my hair done (April 3, 2016) and for some reason instead of the stylist coming (she said she was sick), she sent her assistant. I was told the assistant was going to be 15 mins late. It came around to being 21+ mins past my appointment time only for me to get a text from Tiffany herself asking me am I still there at the place? What do you mean? Ive been sitting in this parking lot since 4, so yes Im still here. What shouldve happened was that your assistant shouldve texted you and said Im here can you tell the client to come in? Unprofessional. What was even more unprofessional was that fact that every time her assistant got a text message. She STOPPED braiding my hair and continued to text. Then picked up the phone from time to time to call her friends and continue to talk and say things that are not professional. She never said one thing to me other than asked about my hair when I got there and then asked if I liked it when she was done. Sad thing was I did have $10 tip already to give. She got reduced down to no tip but then I figured out of the kindness of my heart, Ill just give her a $5 tip, even though the experience was not worth it! I DONT recommend this place at all. My hair was not like the picture I showed Tiffany like 3 times already. If it was up to me....NO Stars would be given! Oh by the way....5 braids fell out before the end of the1st week....Shouldve went to the Africans!
