I went in to purchase items like I do EVERY week and this time when I went in the owner of the store approached me saying I owed them $8 from a transaction that was from the WEEK BEFORE. He rung the items up wrong and expected me to pay him for his mistake. That was simply rude and unacceptable customer service. Now I would normally send them business but after this incident I would encourage people to support other hair stores in the area!
