I can not understand for the life of me why this Publix deli always has an excessive wait. It’s only sandwiches, not rocket science. Perhaps the manager should invest in a Project Manager position to assist them with what can be done to provide a better customer experience. I know we all have better things to do other than stand in line at the deli for an hour. Publix please do better!

They keep this store clean and well put together but I can never get a good sun sandwich from here

Hate it here. for it to be in the pavilion you’d thing they’d have more than one full service line open at 11am with 30+ ppl in lines. the other 10 items or less. happens way too often here. might as well be in the walmart across the street.

We went in to the deli area for the smokehouse chicken meal and there were none. Juan helped us and instead of telling us they have none today or they’re out, he asked us if we had some time to wait for him to heat it up for us. This is customer service!!! He did it gladly for us, and with one arm since the other was in a cast!!! He is essential to Publix and we are so so thankful for him. That is one hard working man! This made out Sunday GREAT!

I have always gone there for there sweet cut fruits but the last 3 times I have come in and got home none of the watermelon 🍉is sweet so I will not be buying there cut fruit again

9/17/2021 3 🌟I guess this store is ok. It never have what I need. Wanted a sandwich and guess what NO MOUNTAIN bread. No ruby red juices, no cran-mango juices, no Welchs grape juice, no Aquafina water. Oh well, well at least the bakery got the best desserts 🍨 😉. Will update

Friendliest grocery store Ive been to in a while! Just moved to Fayetteville and have been exploring the area. Grocery selection is great, clean and organized store, each employee Ive come across seems chill and helpful. They have sushi at this location and its great, the woman behind the counter that helped me out was fantastic. Even when checking out the cashier that helped me was sweet! Never really went to Publix before but Ill definitely be back.

Publix is a nice looking market but its more expensive than Kroger. So its not worth the extra cost for having a nice looking store. Also, there are no self-check out lanes so you have to wait for a checker, and there are not always enough checkers to keep the lines moving.

A very good place to get all your family needs for food and health items.

Ive always love Publix, however today the meat department left me disappointed. I go to Publix not for the prices, because they arent cheap, but for the quality and service. However, that has changed. The employees in the meat department told me they cannot custom cut my chicken. I wanted my chicken cut in curry style and they refused to. However, Publix has a bold clear sign that states custom cut to any meat. If the policy has changed. Then the sign should be removed. I will have to shop somewhere else.

Good quality food and I love the selection of natural Ice teas and lemonades located by the deli there always sold out. Stop in if you love a clean market with a variety of food to choose from.

Deli & Hot food team is always doing a great job. Lines are long but worth the wait. Vegan, Vegetarians, and those with food restrictions have a place in here without dissapointment in taste.

This is by far the worst Publix in Atlanta. This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered on line only to have my food not ready. This time today it wasn’t even made. I ordered 6 subs and didn’t get 1. I spend my money here often but not anymore. There is always a short staffed issue in the deli department. Management is ghetto in all departments except bakery and produce. I was told I still had to stand In line. My schedule pick up time was for 1:45pm gave them plenty of time to get it done, I was there a little after 3pm only to be told it didn’t get done. There was no empathy and even the manager shante had remarks as if she felt like oh well there’s nothing we can do. Wow great leadership skills didn’t even come to me personally and see if there was anything she could do. Never wasting another dime here.

Went there for some odd ball items and ending buying some fresh sushi. It was awesome and the service was really good too. The store was stocked well and everyone shopping was spaced out well. It was a good experience.

Ordered my daughter birthday cupcakes here two weeks in advance arrived to pick them up order not ready couldnt even find my order sheet and other customer orders wasnt properly done

Publix Super Markets all over are such nice grocery stores to shop for food. Fresh Foods! The entire staff are so Professional, Friendly, and Helpful. I enjoy the fact that I can go into the store, get what I want and be on my merry way. I only needed two items, and as always, they had exactly what I needed.

I visited the bakery dept and the lady that helped me was superb!! She gave me her full attention. I wished I had gotten her name but I forgot. She saved me money by what I needed but I got what I wanted at the same time. Very happy with the cupcakes and it was done on time. Easy transaction for ordering and pickup.

Stop by here to get a few items for my son as I was on my way out to the restaurant and went into the restroom and was horrified at the conditions. I really wish I could have walked back out and went somewhere else but I had to use the restroom in an emergency. I would give credit that maybe it was in between cleaning but the floor was so disgusting and every stall needed to be flushed and cleaned so with that being said I could not give an excuse!!

Sandwich section is ridiculous! The workers complain about the customers being upset because of the lack of organization. The managers just say there’s nothing they can do. No concern for customers time or proper customer service. The workers have no concern to try to make the sandwiches in a timely manner. Online orders take precedence over walk in orders while managers stand to the side with their hands in their pockets. No one stepped up and tried to use not one ounce of common sense to help remove these upset customers that are standing in unnecessarily long lines instead of responding with disgust! Must do better

Always, clean, most employees are helpful without you having to ask. It is becoming bothersome when it is oblivious you are struggling to get assistance to your car. It makes you feel like you should endure the pain and do it yourself.

Publix has some food items which cannot be found at other grocery stores. Plus the store is always neat and clean.

My daughters birthday cake looks great. She wanted a #pool/beach experience and she got one. We loved it. The cake was reasonable and very delicious. We will be ordering another one for my sons birthday.

Practically every time I go their its not busy, employees are extremely polite, although their prices are a little higher than kroger and Walmart they never run out of items needed and as always produce and fruits are always fresh.. kind of confusing for it to be so great when its located in a big strip mall🤔

They really only have 3 registers open around the holiday (Thanksgiving) time? What is this? Even Walmart has more registers open! In the photos of Lines dont appear long in the photos but they stretch all the way through the back of the aisles.I counted about eight people behind me in the express lane. Even if I happen to come at a time when one cashier called off... Why wouldnt they schedule more cashiers- especially during COVID- to get people out of the store quickly?Very disappointing.Otherwise the stuff was pleasant and the store seemed clean.

Everyone is so helpful at this location. If I ask for help, the workers will stop what theyre doing to answer questions or offer help. The store is clean and smells clean.

Publix normally stellar services are on the decline quickly. Not sure what corporate is up to, but no business is too big to go out of business. A birthday cake is meant to be customized. Why would you take those options and so many others away. And please dont blame the pandemic.

I was looking for a particular brand of Bigelow tea. Even though it was out of stock, the young man who was stocking the shelves asked if I needed assistance and went to the back to check for me. He also found me another similar brand for the lemon ginger tea. Excellent service which is why I continue to shop at Publix first.

The Prices are okay on some items. I go there because they keep that store clean. The cashiers & baggers always ask how you are doing a d if you need help getting to your car.... On the day I went an elderly man needed assistance it took them no time to help him by the time I was back to my car emergency services were arriving.

The customer service in this store is mostly horrible, except in the produce department. The gentlemen working in produce on Sunday evening, July 4th, was extremely helpful. The manager needs to have him give a class in customer service to the younger employees.

The Whole Bakery Dept is The Boom! My daughter 13th birthday cake was just a work of art. Them chocolate pieces omg ..I added the 1, 3 and the anime stuff! Oh and those are they cupcakes too!

I ordered a fruit platter from this store in Fayetteville and no one had a clue of my order even though I was sent an email stating my order was ready. My order wasnt even ready when it was supposed to be. They also said I did not pay for my order when the fee was taken from my bank account. They even explained to me that instacart was a separate entity from publix and had nothing to do with them, but you have to go through instacart to complete your order. If asked would I ever order or even buy anything from publix from now on I highly doubt it. Publix had its one shot with me and Im not a fan of publix at all nor am I a fan of instacart. Went in to get a deli sandwich, cause theyre @!#$#&! good. Left with a bunch of other stuff cause Publix. But what struck me was that the staff were all so pleasant and lovely! Seriously, everyone I spoke to was not only helpful, but cheerful, friendly, and personable. I walked out and told my ride, Wow, everybody was so nice in there!Which, honestly, is a mark of good customer service and shouldnt even be remarkable, but it was. Anyway, thanks, Publix staff.
