Receiving times are from 5am-10am, that does not mean that you will be unloaded in that time frame. It was explained to me if you arrive before 10am they will TRY to work you in that day. Yes it is FCFS, my company has a contract with Yuegling so I had an appointment time, I was in a door at my time! It was 4 other driver ahead of me, 2 or 3 had spent the night, and as of 10am they were still waiting. It was still 3hrs to unload and reload me. Bring your patience!!!

Friendly and professional staff. Arrived with one truck ahead of me and still got out under the 2hour mark.Bonus: They rolled up my load strap and placed it by the door so I could reach it from the ground… that’s called having class!

Arrived at 0445 to deliver a load of beer. Receiving is M-F, 5-10AM, FCFS. I was first and was directed to dock at 0645 after their drivers were finished being loaded. Began unloading at 0700. Finished at 0800.

Place doesnt have a clue whats going on.. I was 2nd in line out of 6 trucks to get unload took them 1hr and 50mins to get the 1st truck unload took them 1hr33mins to get me unloaded. But it said on the door on the receiving dock they only unload from 5am to 10am.. I felt sorry for the drivers that unload behind me. Kind of makes you wonder what time or when they was able to get unloaded.

Arrived at 5 am check in park on there waiting area waited till 9 am still nothing.

Still waiting on ooec to call me about this place..... I was falsely accused of call someone a b word when I work there, when my supervisor call the customer the b word over speaker phone, I was band from all flash markets over it,The supervisor step son works there and get favoritism.....The supervisor was name mike gulldo.They call people dirty mexicans on the group phone but tried to fired me for standing up to the name calling. I quit there due to the pandemic but was told I would get a raise but never did. The supervisor son got a raise!!!!

Very slow!!! The other comments of have a full set hours are not far off. If companies would stop picking up the products for these types of companies until they changed how they operated this industry would change overnight. There is no point in having to sit in a dock to be unloaded more than 30 minutes or so. Just my opinion.

Premium brands is a horrible place to work they treat their workers terrible. The workers are under paid and over worked. Heath feels like he is some type of God that just barks orders.

Hit or miss. Do NOT come here without a full set of hours to burn. My 5 am appt is now 9 am and still unloading. A pallet every 10 mins or so. The last time I was in and out in an hour and a half so, depends on the mood if the folks here and if you rub them the wrong way, you WILL sit for a while. Good luck fellas!

Wont be going back there is have 2 pallets on my truck call them 11 am get told there open all day but wont unload 2 pallets so I could go home have to wait till 5-10 am tomorrow cant even show a little compassion for another human being I live in Joplin explain to them I could go home and see my wife but no come back tomorrow. Thats what wrong with USA Everyone just worried about them and doing as little as possible. The hell with someone else thats not your problem. They need to change the name nothing PREMIUM ABOUT THE WAY THEY TREAT DRIVERS. HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY WHILE I SIT ON MY ASS

You can be in and out in no time.. 0500AM-1000am receiving. Fast. Just be careful when turning in. I almost missed it lol

Management here is horrible. Very rude, and inconsiderate. Multiple staff members will contest to being treated like dirt by these employers; they are selfish and do not care for their employees at all.Dont even waste your time applying they take months to respond.
