Came here to look at/purchase a boat. All i got was boats are outside through that red door. Noone to help, show me around. Mostly everything seemed to be customer boats, but i wouldnt know cause noone would come out and speak with me. Guess they didnt wanna sell a boat today. As far as tackle they have the selection so i guess thats a plus. Hope i have a better experience in the future but was not bo pleased with my first.

Brad was excellent, I have no issues with him. Great salesman. With COVID, I understand backlog on goods. I put a 500 deposit down on a boat over 3 months ago. I called once a month to check and boat still not in. Last Wednesday I finally found a boat and bought for my daughter. Then of course two days later, they call and boat was in. I felt like I could at least get store credit for the 500, but owners said no. I feel this is not the way to treat people. Hope no one loses money like me!!!!!

Great place to get supplies. Unfortunately, I was told they had a few items and when I arrived they did not have what I needed. Its a good thing I didnt call before driving 45 mins... however, it is a great marine store.

Found the crankbaits I was looking for and spent less then the Amazon price. Would have bought more but I took too much time looking at reels and still had to get a biscuit for my bride before they each closed. For those who dont know there is a biscuit war going on less than a mile away from AK McCallum on Grove St. and its no joke yall. That honey chicken biscuit vs the steak biscuit across the street....decisions. Biscuits and fishing go hand in hand.

I love this store. If you need your fishing license then you can get it here. Has tons of fishing equipment & the necessities. The staff is always there to help. Bonus is that they have a cat that wanders around the store whos super cute and friendly.

Had a small problem with a boat I had bought last year.... The service department got me in right away ! Had me out there in about 20 minutes at no charge ! A great place to purchase anything from bait and fishing tackle, to boats and all sorts of marine parts. I highly recommend AK McCallum !!!

Love this tackle store, they have a LOT of fishing tackle and the place is organized perfectly for finding what you need.. I just wish their staff was a little friendlier, when I go to most tackle stores, people will talk to you, ask if you need help, maybe even have a conversation about fishing. Here, they will help when you ask, but Ive never had someone reach out to me to talk fishing or to help me find something, I just dont feel very welcome when I go there, maybe its cause Im not buying a boat... dunno

Went there today on good Friday and they were so busy but dropped everything to help me replace my wheel bearings on my bass boat trailer. Pouring rain and my only choice was standing in the rain and doing it myself or find a place to fix it for me. The mechanics wasted no time and I purchased a new $40 hub and bearings and they replaced it and were very pleasant. Im visiting and this is a last minute find by me last night. Nobody would fix it and one hub kit, install and taxes was $100 about $20 more than just bearings but quicker so they could get their other work done. I will go there for all my boating and trailer needs when Im visiting my son here in Fayetteville.Thanks guys, youre awesome.

Every time this place came up on searches I thought it was primarily a dealer. I came by to title my boat and found out they actually sell parts and accessories too. Theyve got lots of parts and pieces to help you with your weekend projects. Good, friendly service too, without the high prices of West marine. I wish I found out about this place sooner

Great selection and staff. Brad in sales patiently spent alot of time going over different product options. One of their mechanics, Matthew was very knowledgeable and explained the installation process to me.

I purchased a new boat and had it outfitted the way I wanted. The salesman Brad James is very nice and helpful. The problem I had with them is their service department not fixing my issue. I had a rather considerable leak coming form somewhere. It took it back a couple of months after the purchase. They kept the boat for a month. The first time I used it after that guess what the leak was still there. When I pulled it out at the boat ramp and pulled the plug water steadily ran out for 3 plus minutes, probably about 10-15 gallons ran out. I was finally able to pinpoint the issue myself and it turned out to be the rivets inside the livewell. I put JB Weld over the rivets inside the livewell and after it cured I filled it with water again and not a drop of water ran out into the boat. Im very disappointed in their service. I will not be doing any further business with them and I do not recommend them to anybody. My boat should have been a priority since I am a new customer who paid $8500 cash for my boat package. They also did not keep me informed a single time while they had my boat. Thumbs down.

Had a console installed in my boat. Prices are a little high but thats just how boat stuff is. Took a while to get it done and a few odds and ends were not finished upon pickup. Example like I took the boat out the next day and it would not go in reverse because they didnt tighten the shift cables enough and stuff like that. Quality if installation of console was really good though.

I can honestly say that if you are in the market for an aluminum boat that this is the best place IN THE COUNTRY to go. HUGE store, selection and frankly the most honest people I have ever dealt with in retail. Do NOT go anywhere else.

Prices are fair. They have a huge selection of Jon boats. Some are in package or buy boat and trailer sperate. They also have Creek boats. Customer service is good with mechanics offering helpful tips. They have what you need when it comes to Jon boats.

A boating supply store that doesnt sell boating supplies. I was in a wreck and damaged my boat trailer I called to inquire about buying a new trailer 1500.00. They told me that they wasnt going to sell a trailer with out a boat that was odd coming from a boating supply store. So if you need a trailer call the Marine warehouse.

I ordered a boat here in April, and was told it would be delivered in about 8 weeks. I had to call multiple times to check when I might be able to pick up the boat. It wasnt until last week almost 11 weeks from time of order I was told the boat was delivered wrong. Today the only suggestion was to order another boat. Very disappointed with customer service. Decided to look elsewhere.

We are currently standing here! Asked for help . Salesman seemed irritated basically walked off. We spent $315 on odds and ends for a boat trailer as well as jigs. We will locate somewhere else to purchase from in the future.
