Don’t go here. Mistakenly bought the wrong size boot. Put one boot on and immediately realized it was too large. Didn’t walk in them at all. Brought it back the next day. They told me the boot was too creased and they wouldn’t exchange it. The boot they said was too creased wasn’t even the one I tried on. Used to recommend this place to everyone and used to be a loyal customer. Won’t be coming here anymore.

So I bought a pair a day before, tried to wear it the next day but it was just one size too big and it made me feel like I was in a mascot costume with the space in my shoes. So I called to ask if I was allowed to switch and whoever answered the phone said okay, see you later. When I got there, they helped me find the right size and let me to exchange my boots for that smaller size. (Also, I think I read the UK size and not the US size on the chart, so it was definitely on me, but I’m very grateful!) Overall nice people and good service.

Brought my husbands boots in for a shine Saturday night, he needed them Sunday morning for a last minute event. They are closed on Sundays but the owner worked with us and we were able to pick them up the next morning. Quality work and nice people. Will come back again.

Not a huge selection, but plenty to choose from. The customer service was spot on. I was heading out of state soon for vacation and they were able to work with me on getting my boots done sooner. The modifications on my boots were well done and exactly what I wanted. Quality service from quality people

Bought what I thought was coyote boots opened the box and was tan tried to return them and employees told me I had worn them because I had laced them up. I understand they would not offer a refund but would not exchange beware and make sure you have exactly what you are looking fof before you buy

Sent my boots in for my second sopc special. First time was the old lighter colored army boot back in 2014. Came out great.They ruined my second pair of boots. Stains all over. Definitely cant wear them in uniform. I asked for a partial refund as I will still use the boots for something. They refused.In the process of a chargeback with my credit card company. Pretty shameful.

Gave them dress boots agreed on price got boots back in same condition with maybe a coat on them. He didnt strip and cant shine them unless theyre new. Take you boots next door to SOS boots and get them done right for a better price

Place is trash. Bought some used jump boots shined and tried them on when I got home and my feet were too wide for them. Tried to take them back and the guy didn’t understand English and said they couldn’t take them back or give me my money because I “wore” them.

Their website says they do civilian and womens shoes, but I tried taking my suede ankle boots in for repair and was turned away. The man behind the counter said they only do military boots..

I had new boots done sop.c guy charge my 89 plus tax 95.23 3 months ago had stains all over them... they ruin my boots ..went to sos boot shop last week it was only 75 bucks for sop.c takes 1 day only.. an no stains on....by aware ...go to sos boot shop they are professional in sop.c. boots...

Excellent price. Other shops on Yadkin tried to upsell me to a $70 dollar re-sole. Yadkin Boot just reglued my heels. When I picked them up he noticed me fiddling with the shank plate in one of my boots( it came loose months ago but I never had it repaired). He fixed that too on the spot at no extra charge( I tipped him 5 bucks). As promised, on time, extra service....they will look after all my shoes from now on. Awesome experience.

The re-sole was done with attention to detail, solid work and good customer service.

Brought my boots in for a SOPC Special, and they cut the soles at an angle so they dont support my feet properly anymore.
