LOVE this water and the customer service! I picked up the bottles on my own for a while and decided on using a delivery service after 5 or so years of getting it myself. The other company was HORRIBLE - I was going to go back to my tried and true pick ups but decided to give Le Bleu a try after my neighbor referred me. I am so glad I did!

The best water I’ve tasted but the customer service is poor I’ve a million times and no one picks up.....they called me and I didn’t get to the phone in time, and called them back ASAP no one ever answered.

I had this service 10 years ago until I had to move out of state - nothing compared to my Le Bleu. My family and I moved back to the area 4 years ago when we began the service again. Nothing competes with their water, even the plastic is top notch! The ladies who answer the phone are always helpful and my driver even brings a dog treat for the pups.

LeBleu is the purest water you can buy. The customer service is always helpful and willing to work with you. The drivers are always professional and very courteous. I have had LeBleu water for 17 yrs and love it.

We receive delivery once a month and the prices are always different. One statement says one thing and when he delivers it states another. Bad business.

Very disappointed in this company. My office wanted a water cooler in the office. Another office had this company and gave us the information. They kept promising to bring us the water but never delivered on the times they told us. When they would answer the phone (very rarely), they would tell us they would look into the situation and call us back - they never did. We were about to go to another company when they finally showed up. Now our four bottles are empty and we are waiting for them to bring us more. They have missed two promised delivery dates and are not answering the phone. If you want water, go to another company. Poor service and poor customer service.

Water is delicious

They will not deliver water and when you call you will get they will be there tomorrow and tomorrow never comes. We cancelled our service a month ago and they still havent come by to pick up the cooler of the bottles. If you want water, go somewhere besides Le Bleu as their service is Le Pew.

Great water
