I purchased an unique ball gown from here, the service was perfect from Gina. I got so many compliments on the dress. Thanks a million Gina & owner! They also referred me to a seamstress for alterations. The cost for gown and alterations were affordable! (not cheap merchandise)!

Sent two friends there and as always Miss JoAnn helped them, gave AMAZING customer service, and they loved their dresses as much as I loved mine. One year after my wedding and I am still in awe at the gorgeous dress you guys helped me find and now have helped 4 or 5 pageant, prom, and wedding friends of mine. The workers are fabulous! Always making you feel confident with yourself and always making sure you just have a good experience. Everywhere else I have went looking for a dress they dont seem to care much about me but more of wanting to just sell a dress. These people make you feel important and its been the best experience shopping for a dress with them!!

When I walked into the store I didn’t know what to expect. I had been bridal dress shopping all day. I felt so overwhelmed and I didn’t think I was going to find anything that day. I was greeted at the door by the girl that helped me throughout my bridal appointment. She was so helpful and really felt like I was with friends or family. Throughout the process of trying on dresses all 3 women were so energetic and happy. I really felt like a princess when I walked in there. And when I found my dress, we all knew it was the one. They helped me accessorize the dress to enhance the dress and my natural figure. I have never felt so beautiful or pampered in my life. I want to thank them all for helping me find my dress for my wedding. You all were amazing. If I could give a 100/5 stars I would!

The staff was absolutely amazing. We were able to get my sister in the most amazing gown, at an amazing price. Joann and Dena were the most friendly and welcoming staff I have ever encountered. Everyone should shop there for any pageant or party needs.... I would actually give 10 stars!!!!!!

Daughter had a dress on layaway before the pandemic occurred. Contacted owner about refunding the 150 i have paid. Normally they do not do refunds but with the pandemic I requested a refund. The owner stated they soemd the money to pay there bills. Offered to extend time to keep paying for a dress I could not use due to pandemic. Refused to give me my money back regardless of pandemic. Very dissatisfied!!!!!

I visited Bridal & Pageant Connection and I was not impressed. I was looking for a flower girl dress and what they call flower girl dresses looked very trashy and not appropriate for an eight year old. It was a waste of my time. But they did have a large section on pageant gowns. The store wasn’t very clean and had an odor. Shop at your own pleasure. I will never return.

It was a great experience. My daughter had been looking for months for a prom dress online & off andhad not been successful. The first dress she tried on at Bridal & Pagent was the one we purchased. The ladies were so helpful and friendly. It was just awesome!!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I rented a tux and the vest was missing a button. She went in the back to sew the button on and get all my stuff together and bring it out finished for me. I went to our xmas dinner and realize that she gave me a smaller vest that was missing 2 buttons on the bottom. She didnt offer to give me some of my money back or anything. I came here wanting to support black business owners, but from now on im going to mens warehouse. At least there i will know that my stuff will fit and have all the buttons

If you wasn’t the absolute most fun time picking out your dress this is the place! They have so much fun taking pictures & letting you try on as many dresses as you’d like. Their dress prices are the best in town! Thank you ladies for making me feel like a queen!

This is the best place if you are looking for formal gowns. The customer service here is amazing. They have the most beautiful dresses. If you purchase your gown here, you can rest assured that you will be the only one wearing your gown at your event. The selection is huge, and if they dont have what you are looking for, then they will help you find it. This is my go to place for gowns.

Wish I could have gave 0 stars! Dealt with this company for years and I finally saw the side of her that everyone else saw. I called and told her what color dresses I needed. Went in to try them on and nothing that I liked. Flipped through the catalogs and saw a dress, told her the color and she ordered the wrong color. It was the same color dress in the catalog! I told her I needed dark brown or chocolate and she stated mocha was brown so she ordered it. The part that really gets me is I told her the color and that dress is the same color as the one in the book. The lady that was helping me even told her I said I needed dark brown but she ignored her. Very dishonest and I will never do business with her again. I’m not finished though. Just wait! I didn’t even mention a refund she stated it first and it’s her fault not mine! All she could have said was, I apologize I did give you incorrect information but it’s store policy that refunds aren’t given but it was my mistake. I can offer you a refund or you can look for something else. Not done but I’m not either!

From day one Ms Joann has been very helpful and super friendly. She greets every customer with a very friendly smile and offer to help with any issues or concerns presented to her. She has been a pillar of the community for years and I look forward to working with her in the near future.

I have nothing but great things to say about this shop and ALL of the lovely ladies that work there. They were completely awesome to me and my family members when we went in search of my wedding dress. This store was the 3rd one I went to and within minutes I found the dress of my dreams. I told the lady helping me what I wanted and she found exactly what I was looking for. The best part is that they allow payment plans and when I had a rough month they were completely understanding and accepted a partial payment from me that month. They made the entire process of getting a dress, making payments, and getting alterations simple and a joy. I would highly recommend this store for all your formal wear needs. The ladies are always cheerful and happy to see you when you walk in the door and I just couldnt be happier. I cant wait to go to my final fitting in a few weeks after my alterations are complete!

I recently came to the store in search for a bridal gown. The woman who assisted me did nothing but insult me the entire time and rushed me to try on gowns that were not even close to what I was interested in. When I asked questions, her answers were quick and she was rude the entire time. I exercised concerns with getting dressed so close to the mirrors in the store because other customers could see me getting dressed. She insisted that they could not, but they could see me and I could see them. Also, the woman was too busy trying to embarrass me instead of helping me. She was so focused on me not being a size 0 that she kept announcing it to the store repeatedly. She complained when I used my phone to navigate my family to the location of the store, when I said I did not like particular styles and when I was not interested in any of the gowns they had in their very limited selection. She also said You cant afford those dresses, so dont even go in that section. She had no idea that my budget far exceeded the price of the dress she was talking about. I will NEVER come back to this store. Go to the Bridal and Formal Center on Sycamore Dairy Rd for a more pleasant experience. They have a larger selection of gowns and are far more friendly. I would NEVER advise anyone to waste their time here!

Its not a Davids Bridal shop, no. The dresses are beautiful but you have to select from your size. Not many of the same dresses come in different sizes. They arent cheap but not expensive either. You get what you pay for.My experience was amazing! I am a plus size girl and had been to 3 bridal shops already, feeling defeated. The sales lady that dressed me made me feel amazing! By the second dress, I was in love. I hadnt smiled at myself in a dress since I started shopping months ago and I even went to Davids Bridal. All the women have been nothing but nice and helpful to me and my Maid of Honor.

Ms JoAnn and all the staff are awesome. It is a relaxed and friendly environment where they are honest enough to tell you if something isnt quite your style instead of selling it anyway. I LOVED my experience here after searching for a bridal gown. Found one here for a great price! Will definitely go again (for a formal gown next time) and refer everyone I can!

I seen a comment below about being insulted while trying on dresses.....was it that or more of the sales person being honest with you? I felt as if they were very honest with me on what looked good and what did not. That is a great quality to have in a salesperson! I would want to be told if it flattered me or if it did not and I feel they did that for me today. Thank you ladies again!**EDIT**Ran into a little snag today and went right in there and they fixed it for me! Best Place in town to shop for Wedding Dresses and Great Customer Service!

Found a great dress on Tuesday several weeks ago but it was too large. They said they could alter the dress but I am not local and I needed the dress for an event on Saturday. They said they could alter the dress and have it ready by Thursday and a family member could pick it up and overnight it to me. This would work. First red flag, alterations have to paid in cash! So I paid $65 and they pinned me. A family member picked up the dress. I received the dress on Friday and tried to try it on. The dress had been 1-2 sizes too big and now could not be zipped. When I called, Joann Parker, the owner, said that I was not putting it on correctly. I went to a seamstress in my home town and she said the alterations were horrible and the dress was now 1 inch from being able to be zipped up. I now had to pay $65 to have someone let out the dress and re-alter the dress and do so in less than 24 hours. Joann said I would get some or all of the initial $65 back. It has been several weeks and Joann will not return my call nor have I received in money back!

I have gotten my wedding dress here and I am in love! My mom found it in the size that noone thought would fit because another did. They are fab there. Wonderful prices. All my wedding party is getting dressed from there! Love the owners they are sisters and their employee. I think her name is Amy she is a doll. Love love love this place

Curtains didnt close all the way, employees had a bad attitude, and anyone who wasnt trying on the dresses had to wait outside. Employees didnt care for the comfort of the buyers. There was only one employee who cared alot and was helpful. I wouldnt recommend going to check this place out. It was really a waste if time.

The woman who assisted me was very rude. After telling her which prom dress I was interested in, she completely ignored that dress and offered me to look at another one. She acted like she didnt even want me trying on the dress. My friends have had the very same experience and I wouldnt recommend anyone getting a dress from here. They are very expensive too.
