Real fast unload, hrs start around 8, small yard one truck at a time. No overnight parking, but there is a waiting area outside gate to get ready for unload for 2 trucks.

Very small facility. Only one truck at a time can enter the property to get unloaded. Only space for 4 trucks to stage in front of property. Unload time varies on in and out traffic.
