Called ahead for a dashcam install and arrived at 5:30. They were able to install both cameras, route the power source to save battery life, and quote me on a future Amp and speaker upgrade for later this year. Super friendly and knowledgeable.

Try someone else who installs audio equipment on Motorcycles. The shop manager confessed they do not work on bikes after they damaged my new bike. On a Harley Davidson 2020 Road Glide, this company destroyed my $600+ custom extended bags with multiple 1.5 holes when installing car speakers. The sound goes out and cuts off from poor installation and workmanship. The lied to Snap Financials about their responsibility to fix their mess and refuse to honor their 30 day warranty on labor. I am stuck with a $2000.00 system that will not continue to work and a company who will not honor their work.

Bought an amp kit and amp from them for the brand new speakers I installed. The so called tec sold me on the amp and said it would push my speakers. Well I didnt get around to the install till a month later and the only way to get 3000w out of the amp is if I wire my speakers dripping them to 1ohm. That is impossible with two 12s with single vice coils. To late to take amp back now! Plus the feed back hum coming from the amp will literally make you nauseous. Not happy here at all!

I needed a wiring harness and an antenna for a new radio install. They sold me the parts along with a mounting kit for over $100. I ended up looking the parts up on Amazon to see if I couldve got a better deal and found everything for a total of $30. When I tried to return the items they said I could only get store credit. Save yourself the headache and dont do business with these thieves.

The shrunk my leather and blamed it on a previous tint job but I purchased my car with tint already on it. Im going to file a complaint on post and request they be placed on the off limits establishments list.

Overall, Id say my experience was less than pleasant. The install itself was clean and I appreciate that so Ill give 2 stars. However, I did not appreciate the customer service.I brought in an aftermarket android radio after being quoted over the phone for $80 plug and play install. The CSR prices me at $180 and says he will not install the camera that comes with the package. He also stated that the install will take 2.5 hours.6.5 hours later, I pickup the car. None of the steering wheel functions are working, the factory rear view camera is not working, the radio is making a humming noise, AND the lights on the dash are flickering. But they finished the install and put everything back together.I politely ask the rep Can you make sure you connected everything correctly. This seems unsafe to drive. He says You can bring it back Sunday. This is a common thing. If its common, why not have a disclaimer? Why not notify the person that their car is not safe after work THEY performed? Why not let the customer know whats going on BEFORE closing it up?Very dissatisfied. Hopefully Sunday, they will relook at their work. If the fault is the radio I brought, then hopefully they will uninstall it.

They stayed open on a holiday and still got my sound system installed quickly. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Heard what I wanted and got it on the money.

I arrived as soon as they open 9 a.m. first customer and only customer in the parking lot and the store I get one price quoted over the phone while Im there the next day they give me a different price not only that they pull my car in the back and proceeded to install the stereo with takes them 4 hours to do and its in a pickup truck that does not take 4 hours to install one stereo and I am the only customer here now 3 hours later other customers are pulling up and they stopped working on my car to help the other customers which means Ill probably be here for another two hours for a simple Amp Install. I give this place for thumbs-down stick with Rudys car audio the line is longer but they get you in and out

Dont buy because they wont warranty none of their products. New amp out the box and goes into protect mode n they wont warranty it want me to pay another 45 bucks to ship it back.

These guys are pretty bad. However, if you enjoy waiting 3 hours AFTER your appointment time for them to begin working on your car and then having them wire the amp to your doors and not the subwoofer they just installed you’ll probably like them a lot. They’ll tell you they’re not busy but be prepared to wait 3-4 hours before they’ll work on your car. Also, bring headphones so you don’t have to hear other customers complaining to the employees about their service. I wasn’t going to write a review about them but after calling them to see if they’re free to look at the situation I explained above the girl told me she was going to put me on hold for just a moment..25 minutes later I hung up after no one spoke to me and I wrote this

Went in to get some subs installed on my truck. The desk lady said they didn’t have my box on hand so they ordered it with a 20$ down payment and said it would be in in 2 weeks. 2 weeks passed, I got no call so I called and a guy said the desk lady was off that day and they would call me next week. I moved from NC and to this day, haven’t gotten so much as a call. Keep my 20$ but y’all are honestly trash. Would give them no stars if I could.

Absolutely the worst car audio service I have ever had. They took 2 days and over 8 hours to install a double din car car stereo. I had to go back the second day because the bluetooth, back up camera, usb port and amp were not connected. Also charged more than twice what I was quoted on the phone. When I finally left the second day my backup camera was still not installed and one speaker is shorting out on one side and now I have to go somewhere else to have my backup camera installed and speaker fixed. I would not recommend..

I first would like to say being that everything is and was so short notice for me that I was more than satisfied with my service I received I don’t stay in town in was only visiting for a funeral service the place prior to this named Rhudys told me they couldn’t provide the service due to them closing in 20 minutes I came here of off word of mouth and glad I did. The gentleman was very knowledgeable of his items amps etc me personally I don’t know much so asked most of all the important questions. If your from out of town coming in for whatever your reason maybe and need some audio work done I would highly recommend that you check to see if this place is open thank me in advance, oh also ask for Julio when you do

Horrible customer service. I went twice to get my dash kit replaced because both times the AC controls stopped working and they were not helpful at all the third time I came up there and just asked them to put my factory stuff back in they wouldn’t do it. I will never go here again and don’t make the mistake of going here either.

Great customer service from him and there’s not much of that these days. I got front and back speakers with twin 12 subs. They sound amazing and installment was fast and everything looks good. I was planning ahead for my 50th Birthday and I decided I wanted Rims for my 2015 Camaro. I have been looking for Rims since February 2021, I have been to All the Rim stores in Fayetteville. Every store gave me false hope, with Covid its hard to get Chrome Rims is what I was told. I rode by and ran into Banging systems . I met Julio and he immediately found me exactly what I wanted. I went in he got my Tire size said he needed some time to call around. He showed me what my car would look like with the Rims and he got to work. In 2 days I came in to pay to order, Julio was off. This was my second time purchasing equipment from this company. Will not be back, ever! Customer service is nonexistent here in my opinion. Staff do not even try to fake it! On top of the lackluster customer experience, the installer disconnected an essential function of my existing head unit which I had previously purchased from the company. I was, virtually, forced to take a long distance holiday trip without the ability to make phone calls! Ironically, there was no appointment needed to purchase and get the equipment installed (the same day); however, there was an appointment required for them to fix what they broke (with an attitude). Never again!

My radio broke, so i decided banging audio systems probably knew what they were doing. Well i got in there at 9 am and my car wasnt ready till 3pm. It cost about 490 (and 500 for labor?)for the system which he stated came with gps and andriod auto.....it didnt have gps. I was told my steerring wheel would be incorporated to the audio system as i already had volume controls. 5 minutes into my drive home not so much. So here i am at 5pm waiting for them to fix it again. Also if your bored while waiting for them to work on your car they do have a tv blaring which they refuse to turn down.At thanks julio

Just walked in there asking for help and see what deals where in the store. A guy on the heavier side and another skinny guy were talking very vulgar about a girl they were with. They also did not help when I asked for help and stayed talking amongst themselves. I was recommended by a friend to go there and honestly I’m so disappointed and will not be going back in there.

System messed up 4 times and workers not proffesional. I kept having to repay. I just did the speaker my dam self sounds better now never going back ripped me for to much money. I normally dont take time to do bad reviews, but they did a horrible job installing my head unit. Charging $250 just for the head unit, my new one came with GPS (10 WIRE w/antenna on the end) instructions say to mount on windshield, also came with XM satellite radio (20 wire with antenna to be mounted on the roof) that didnt even work (they told me the unit mustve been defective). WELL... the reason they didnt work was they were stuffed directly behind the head unit. I spent 2hours routing and mounting both antennas, after which they both worked perfectly. Please! Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Just pulled into the driveway and the kids are loving the new dvd player we had installed today. The installation took a couple hours longer than estimated but was done same day and looks very professional. They were very flexible with my appointmnet and fit me in last minute. Julio was very helpful at the front desk and answered all our questions. We called about 4 other places and found the best pricing here. They have more brands than anyone else an will price match!
