My husband purchased a vehicle in August and there were some things that they promised would be fixed such as the passenger window. A few days later we realized there was an issue with the A/C it took them weeks to finally set up a repair. Last week my husband was finally able to get an appointment with their mechanic at his shop to fix the window, I forgot to mention they said it needed a new motor. After 3 days at the shop the mechanic informed us that the passenger door was not from the same model as the SUV and he could not get the new window motor to connect so he was not able to fix it. He said he called them and they did not return his call. They are very unprofessional. Stop making promises you will not keep!

Today I witnessed something totally amazing. One of the owner’s son (Travis ) was “signing” with a customer. Man, for some reason I became overwhelmed with emotion. I work as a Health Care Professional and often times the interpreters are busy and sometimes unavailable. Everybody is not blessed with the ability to talk, hear, or see for that matter. Just made me feel good to see that this man (Travis) took the time to learn another “special skill set”. You moved me today. Travis you Rock!

They tried to sneak in extended warranty and GAP insurance into the deal without telling me. When I questioned it, they said the bank required it, which is a lie. I made them remove both add-ons.They overcharged me on my DMV fees. When I emailed them about it, they blew me off and refused to answer or send me a refund.Travis promised me a manual for the car, never got it. He also promised me a list of work that was done to the car because he bragged about how the car went through the garage and they did a lot to the car….never got that either.They didn’t file my paperwork with the DMV until 34 days after I bought it, which means I had to park the car for 4 days with an expired plate. The worst part is they lied about the plate when I called and asked where it was. When I didn’t get the plate, they lied again saying they’ll send it out, that the salesman forgot to tell the title clerk to mail it. It took 3 more phone calls until they admitted the paperwork was never filed.Very unhappy and disgusted that they would treat customers this way. Spend your money elsewhere, but if you do buy from them…watch them like a hawk and do your homework, especially with your loan rates and what your monthly payment would be. Had I not…I would’ve been paying an extra hundred dollars a month and had extra services I didn’t need or want. Buyer beware has a whole new meaning for me now thanks to Sell Your Car Today, LLC.

Bad and worst experience ever, just bought a suv from them and worst customer services and especially with (ALY)!..started having a lot of problems with vehicle in 2 weeks of purchase. They send me and recommended me to a transmission shop to fix the problem because I had a warranty but instead I leave my vehicle for a whole week and with a full tank of gas..there mechanic test drive it and said it was torque converter.. they call me back and told me that everything was good with the transmission and the torque converter and that they couldnt fix the problem that it was just spark plugs needed to be replace .. I took the vehicle to another shop and they told me it was the torque converter the same thing what the mechanic Aly had recommended me to take it to; I was so mad because I had toMake Multiple trips trying to fix a Vehicle they had told me and more when the mechanic didn’t fix the problem and just wasted my gas and left it with 1/4 when I came back to pick it up. But I learn a really good lesson ( you pay what you get) saying you might pay less for something that is not going to last long. WORST PLACE EVER will not ever and ever in my life go to that place again and purchase another vehicle. I do not recommend this place to nobody.

Bought a car about a month ago and this dealership have gone above and beyond for us to this day, unfortunately when we bought the car we didn’t realize there was an issue with the driver side window because in most cases people just don’t think to check them so totally our fault, Well I ended up notifying the dealership seeing if they possibly knew of a good mechanic to fix it since North Carolina is a buy as is state and at that point they’re not obligated to help, They told me to bring it in to see if they could get it to work which I wasn’t expecting so we brought it in and they tried to figure out what was wrong they even ordered a brand new switch for the window to see if ours was malfunctioning but that didn’t work, it ended up needing a new motor and they covered the cost of labor and parts for us and I will be 100% great full for because they didn’t have to do that at all. And I see so many people bashing this company and I honestly don’t know/see how or why you could! They’re amazing handsDown

After visiting this establishment with my spouse to sell his vehicle(keeping in mind this was our first stop and had not gotten a quote from anyone else), they quoted him at 2800, which during the conversation got brought down to 2500, then went down to 2100 and then settled on 2150. Because my spouse did not have the title on him at the time, he told them he would be back that coming Saturday (keep in mind this agreement for 2150 was agreed upon on Thursday). By the time my husband and I went back that following Saturday, the owner decided to change the agreed amount to 2000. Even though they said, the quote is good for seven days. We then went to Carmax across the street (we had not been to them before this) and offered 4000. DO NOT SELL TO THEM. GO TO CARMAX across the street!The people at this establishment are entirely unprofessional and hurting for business enough to get mad when you walk away from their offer!

Do not do business here. Goto CarMax across the street. After being given a quote for them to purchase my car, on the day I showed up they decided to change the quote for a 4th time. My car wasnt in the best shape so I did not expect alot but what I did not expect was to be given a lower quote (again), especially after they established an actual quote 2 days prior. The dad, even after inspecting my vehicle on the original day 1 day prior, decided to change the quote. After I questioned him on this practice he got upset and stated 2100 take it or leave it. Mind you this is my 3rd car, I do not need to really sell it. Needless to say, he decided to get verbal and aggressive, cussing and in my face to which I responded in kind. His other son decided that he wanted to stick his chest out though once we got close to the door. Interesting. Anyways, we left and went to CarMax and CarMax literally appraised my car at double the amount so I sold it to them. So do yourself a favor and dont waste your time with them. Just goto CarMax first and only.

I was called back several times saying they could help me and when I returned to the establishment no one knew what was going on I had about four people working on it and They really didn’t show any concerns or made me feel comfortable even if they could not help me I would never go there again they make you feel unwelcome. Shady people. My husband and I went there to sell our vehicle we had it appraised at a few other places before going to them and we had the results printed out but when they asked if we got it appraised anywhere we said no to see what kind of price they would give they said 3,000$ on a 2 and a half year old car with 60,000 miles on it (which was thousands of dollars under what other places offered)! Nothing wrong with the car. After they gave us that low blow offer we pulled out the other offers they tried to cover it up and said they were looking at the wrong vehicle even though they looked right at it and typed in the information as we were saying it. After we showed them the other price they offered us 100$ more than those places but at that point I decided I would look at other places where the people were not so rude and shady. We got a better offer elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE FRAUDS. My wife’s aunt recently had surgery and went to them to buy a new car because her’s had a recall on it. They saw that she was a sick elderly woman and immediately started trying to hustle her. She looked at a black Chevy Cruze and they made her believe that the car was in great condition. When she did the paperwork, they told her that they were not going to take her trade in (however, they put in her paperwork that they did). When she asked them what she was supposed to do with her old car, they told her to leave it in her yard and Carmax would come pick it up (in other words, let it get repossessed). When she left the lot with the car, the check engine light was on and they told her that it was the gas cap. Even after adjusting the gas cap, the light was still on. Come to find out, there are recalls on the vehicle. When we read over the paperwork with her and realized what they were trying to do, she decided to take the car back. When we got to the dealership with her and she told them she wanted to give the vehicle back, the salesman immediately became very hostile saying that he was doing her a favor and saying that they did not need our business and referring to us as “you people” (yes, unfortunately, people still do that). Then he expected her to pay them for the mileage on the vehicle (she only drove the vehicle once after she perchased it). The disrespect that was shown in the dealership was absolutely insane. For someone to knowing sell a vehicle with recalls on it to an elderly woman that you know just got out of the hospital from having a major surgery, willing let her get another vehicle repossessed, treat her like a second rate citizen because she’s black and has her lesbian niece with her, admit that you planned to come back and take the car, and then have the audacity to kick them off your property after YOU were very disrespectful a racist towards them is beyond baffling. Never in my life have I experienced something like this. This is not at all how you do business. All I have to say to the owner is if they want to stay in business, he might want to consider firing the man with beard because having openly racist people working for your company does not look good. Trust and believe the BBB has been contacted.

If I could give a zero rating, I would. Aly was VERY persistent about my completing the welcome call, with the fiance company, so that he could receive the payout for the vehicle. He made promises to have things fixed with the car, but as soon as I did the welcome call, he reneged on everything that he promised, the tire, car manual, even the rubber around the top of the back doors are peeling off. I am now told that there is nothing wrong with the tire, even though I have txt msgs from him stating that he was going to order the tire, he asked for the tire size, he asked me to take a picture of the tire so that he could order the right size, ALL IN TXT MSGS. Now, he is saying that there is nothing wrong with the tire, and refuses to have it replaced. Meanwhile, I drive around with the tire making thumping or sounds familiar to helicopter choppers. I am still waiting for the manual. I believe that Ill get better results filing a complaint, with the Better Business Bureau or Consumer Complaints, this is my next step. If he reads this, he will know exactly who I am. Also, FYI...if you are a female and do not know anything about cars, DO NOT go to this dealership without taking a male family member or friend, this place will make it seem like you are getting a good deal, no money down, easy financing, making repairs or corrections, etc., but once the finance company sends the check for the vehicle a complete 360 is done.04/03/2019I must say that Sell Your Car Today has made things right, by miscommunications and mistakes being corrected. The owner, Aly, has made good on any promises that were made. He has followed through, and because of his actions that were taken, I sincerely do not have a problem recommending anyone to Sell Your Car Today.

Scammers! Tried to sell me a car with multiple critical faults a, after I took the car to get check I told them about the faulta. they then tell me theyll do a full diagnostic test. Afterwards they say it nothing wrong with the car. I have the vichicle inspected again again and find even more faults and flaws.
