This is our favorite location in the Fayetteville area. They always have a good selection. They also made it possible for us to get an X series at a normal price. Love these employees, always friendly and professional! Korynn helped us today and she was great with my kiddos 🤗

I enjoy my experience while being in gamestop. Because they know what they are talking about when you ask them questions. They also ask if I need help with finding games and related products. I definitely plan on returning in the future.

Today I bought this for my hubby because he deserves it! The gentleman I worked with was very polite. He brought out this one after telling us the series 2 was not in stock, and helped me get discounts I didnt even ask for! (All Im allowed such as military or member but I still appreciated it). Overall Ive been to this game stop several times and have never had a bad experience. Theyre always willing to check inventory or work with us to find a gamestop that does have what we need (even though weve never run into the problem before). Id check them out 🤗

Love that I can buy a new game, beat it and trade it in and still get at least 40% of the purchase price.. and that I can get a used game play it for a week. And trade it in for another used game of equal price...Dont understand the hate GameStop gets. Unless your upset your NBA2K 17. Is work only 5bucks in 2020.

I go to GameStop about once a week and am very familiar with the people who work there and the layout of things. The employees are all very nice and willing to help you look for anything. They are all pretty knowledgeable about the games as well. I really like browsing at the collectibles which they have plenty of. You can find Pokemon, Rick and Morty, Pops figures, stuffed toys, puzzles and more. With the rewards program I save so much money by accumulating the points to get coupons to save money off my purchases. They also have great sales for rewards members.

They have a wide selection and pretty good prices too.

I love coming to gamestop. Their early Black Friday sale started today, so I came to pick up some games on sale. They had brand new copies of all of the PS4 games I wanted. Made my shopping a lot easier. The employee that helped me even told me about other items on sale that Im interested in. Very knowledgeable about what I was interested in. Would recommend this place to anyone.

One of the bigger game stops Ive been to. They had a wide variety of used games on all platforms. This location also carries a ton of memorabilia, plush dolls, cards, and accessories for each gaming console. They have three registers making for a speedy check out. I purchased two used games that were still in very good condition considering their age.

Staff is super helpful and friendly. We came in within 20 minutes closing time and they were not concerned with trying to close up shop and ignoring customers as most places would be . Customer service came first and they helped us with an issue we had with a used PS3 that had gone bad.

Very small and did not have what I wanted

Aleck was my cashier and was extremely kind and helpful with helping me find fun and easy games for my five year old. He was very patient while talking to me during a busy morning. Great selection of games and etc.

Great people, great stock of items. Tevon helped me out a lot and, greeted me with a smile when I entered.

The employees are really nice they always answer my questions over the phone and in store. This one is a lot bigger and has more space then the one by cold stone. They happily gave me all my money back when I canceled a pre-order.

This is probably the best and most organize GameStop in town. The workers help problem solve and get you answers for selling you games.

This is actually my favorite gamestop to go to ever. Its the biggest one iv been to out of dozens and they have a massive amount of figures, game accessories, and just collectible stuff. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Most importantly the staff is not too pushy about making you do pre orders or buying used. I know thats the business model but it gets really annoying and awkward having to say no thank you 5 times in sixty seconds. I have bought several figures, games, and consoles from here. No complaints here :) Fun fact: I actually competed here in the official tournament for smash bros when it released on the 3ds a couple years ago. It was fun, well run, and I just wish there was another one when it released on the switch.

Yes. The AC here is cold and the games are fresh and my dude got a new headset and some tshirts and acted 15 all night which is my favorite version of him so in closing, buy your swag here.

The Used Controllers and games at this store is sad, I’ve been at least 3 times to exchange my controller and each one has had a major flaw. I’m so tired of wasting my gas to drive there to trade it. Buy new if you purchase anything from GameStop they don’t even test or check there used equipment like thy should.

I’ll be up there tomorrow to fix the problem but this isn’t the only time they messed up. I bought a game and only received the downloadable content disk it wasn’t the game. Last week I bought an Xbox 360 and I asked the guy before he rung me up is this the one that has av cords because my tv does not support hdmi cables. He assured me it did it didn’t. When I called to trade the cords I came back up and apparently I had “the wrong Xbox” which doesn’t take av cords so the 3rd day I came up there I had to trade everything in for different set. Three days guys to get it right. I just left there an hour ago maybe and bought my wife saw 2 flesh and blood. I did not get that game instead I was given saw the first game. I mean I understand you’ve been working all day your tired you wanna go home I work 6 days a week in construction I understand but take a second and look at what your handing people before they pay for it. I live 35 min away from this store. I think it’s kinda messed up your making people drive back and forth to get the games they thought they had days ago. I called and called and called and received no answer. You guys need to get it together because I’m sure I’m not the only person this happens to.

Sold me a used ps4 with the disc eject button jammed in. Didnt even start having problems til after it was too late to take it back. Ps4 randomly ejects discs mid play. Lame.
