Had a wonderful experience. Erin helped us find the perfect shoes. She waited on us patiently and gave us information about each pair we tried on. Unfortunately our sizes were not available but she set us up with free store to door delivery to our house in Ft. Worth! She gave us top notch customer service and made shopping for shoes enjoyable!! We will be back again!!

Erin and her staff were incredibly helpful and very polite! I searched all around NWA for some new boots but was let down by the selection at other outdoors shops. Not only did they help me find a perfect pair of boots, but they also had a different style of the same model shipped and let me wait to pay until they arrived to make sure I was paying for the ones I really wanted. Plus, they give a nice discount to students, military, police, medical professionals, and others!

Its alright. Not really an outdoor clothes store more like a store with clothes that people wear that want to seem outdoorsy. The employees were great! Been a few times for shoes.

I have shopped here regularly, not because their prices are good but because of location. Today I pulled in to check the parking lot for my card that’s gone missing and an employee immediately came out and asked me to leave. I explained the situation and instead of being reasonable, she continued bothering me and being rude. I ended up being in the precious parking spot five times longer than I would have been if they had just decided not to be difficult. It was all so unnecessary, I won’t be returning. I surely hope this isn’t how management is teaching their employees to treat people.

The staff was very professional and accommodating. I will continue to shop with them in the future and tell others about my experience. I was very pleased.

Good selection and very cool store. However, they only seem to carry smaller sizes the max size I usually see there is XL in a select few shirts.
