Disclaimer: My local store had nothing to do with my issue so my review has nothing to do with the service they provided. I ordered the wrong sized shoes. When I realized it, I immediately ordered the correct pair with the expectation that the incorrect size would have to be returned. The shoes came in today (I hadn’t even taken them out of the box). I went to my local Journeys to complete the return. The store clerk inspected the shoes prior to completing the return and realized the shoes had been worn. They were so disgusting on the bottom, she had to write them off as damaged. This is completely unacceptable. I’m thankful that the store clerk went ahead and did the return, but I’ll consider other stores prior to shopping at Journeys again.

Department store prices ... Doesnt carry 2x sizes... Didnt have a good sticker variety..Didnt have a good longboard truck selection... Please carry large sizes.. Fat people skate also...Fat people like to spend money also..

We walked all around the mall without finding much in my daughters size. Joubert had the fit and style that apparently teenagers like.
