I went to the local Mens Warehouse today to get fitted for a suit for a Memorial service next week. They went form saying it would take 14 days to not able to help me.So I went Sugar Menswear. 2 hours later I walked out today with a perfectly fitted suit ready to take on the plane with me next week. Safe to say who just got another customer for the long haul.Lesson learned: stick with the independently owned and operated small businesses like Sugars. That not only live or die by quality of their craftsmanship but take great pride in building a friendship with their customers.

First, I went into Sugar‘s thinking that their clothing was all tailored clothing. I was happy to see that they had nice casualwear and actually athletic leisure for men as well. Owning a yoga studio, I now know where to send my men clients who are looking for comfortableClothes that can transition them from yoga class out into the world!Joe and Jeannette were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. There was nothing stuffy or snooty about their store! I think sometimes with fine clothing stores it can be very intimidating to shop. But they were kind and funny and made me feel at ease.My guy is not a fan of fine clothing. If he had his way he would wear old jeans and T-shirts all the time. But we had an important event to go to and I told him if he was coming with me he was going to look nice! And thanks to Joe and Jeannette he looked fantastic! In fact, he felt great enough that he has decided to wear nicer clothes more often! As Joe told me, a fine dressed man is a woman’s best accessory!Go see Joe! You won’t regret it.
